The Brokerage team’s mission is to expand access to financial services by building intuitive, reliable products that support a wide range of investing needs. As a Staff Product Designer, you will lead design for new product experiences from early concept through launch, shaping how customers interact with emerging financial services. You will work closely with senior leadership and partners across the company to define product direction, translate complex requirements into clear user experiences, and deliver high-quality design work. This role involves designing in regulated environments, collaborating with external partners when needed, and taking ownership of design decisions that influence both product strategy and customer outcomes!

This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA and New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

About the Role
As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead design efforts within our Engagement Growth Engine team.

This role is critical to defining how motivation, rewards, and habit loops come to life in the Noom experience. You’ll design end-to-end engagement systems—from streaks and incentives to feedback loops and celebratory moments—that encourage users to stay consistent and achieve long-term success.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Data Scientists to rapidly test, iterate, and scale experiences that directly impact retention and key business metrics.

You Will

• Lead end-to-end design for engagement and reward-driven experiences, from discovery through execution
• Design and evolve gamified systems (e.g., streaks, incentives, in-app currency, progress loops) that drive sustained user engagement
• Design and evolve social engagement loops to increase organic viral spread

The base salary range for this position is $153,000-$207,000. Actual compensation is determined by job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location.

Overview of the Role...

Own the creative system behind how Pelago acquires members: Pelago is hiring a Creative Director, Growth to own the full creative arc of our member acquisition funnel - from campaign concept through shipped execution. Reporting to the Head of Growth, this is a true player-coach role where design is your primary craft and campaign concepting is what elevates it into strategy.

You will define what Pelago’s growth surface looks, sounds, and feels like -  and hold yourself accountable for whether it converts. This is a high-ownership, high-autonomy role where the brief comes from the data, and the creative strategy comes from you.

This is a hybrid role with a high-collaboration rhythm (3 days/week in our NYC office).

In this role you will…

Set the creative direction

• Own the campaign concepting process end-to-end, from identifying the insight (why this message, for this person, at this moment?) to translating it into a coherent campaign across email, direct mail, SMS, and the landing page.
• Evolve Pelago's growth creative voice: the visual language, messaging principles, and channel-specific standards that make our acquisition surface coherent and differentiated. You're inheriting a working foundation, not a blank page, not a finished system, and raising the bar from there.
• Develop testable creative hypotheses: not “let’s try a new email,” but “here’s the insight, here’s the message we haven’t tested, here’s why I think it converts.”

Execute the work

• Own the messaging platform for every campaign: the insight, the angle, the hierarchy of claims across channels. The Senior Content Manager owns copy execution within that direction. You hold the quality bar and can pick up the pen yourself when the stakes are high enough to warrant it.
• You are the designer. Emails, landing page modules, direct mail layouts, campaign visuals: you build these yourself. The expectation is craft, not direction.
• Work hands-on with AI tools across copy ideation, design iteration, and A/B variant production. Not aspirational interest; active practice in your workflow today.

Run creative experimentation

• Run creative experimentation as a discipline alongside the Growth PM, Growth Ops, and Growth Engineer. Every test starts with a hypothesis you can defend, and every result should change the creative strategy underneath, not just the individual asset.
• Treat a flat conversion rate as a brief, not a verdict. If something isn’t working, you generate hypotheses before you’re asked to and test them in order of conviction.

Lead across the organization

• Translate business goals and funnel data into creative strategy that non-creative stakeholders can understand, question, and trust. You can present a creative rationale to leadership without relying on aesthetic language.
• Partner with Growth Marketing, Client Marketing, Content, and Product to ensure creative is integrated with campaign strategy and channel performance data, not delivered as a finished output after strategy has already been set.
• Build scalable creative infrastructure: messaging frameworks, copy templates, and visual component libraries that reduce recurring production time and give the team a foundation to move faster.
• Manage the operational side of the creative function: agency and freelancer relationships when needed, project prioritization across competing requests, and creative budget. You own the throughput of the creative process, not just the quality of the output.
• Build the creative capability of the team: At the Director level that starts with the Senior Content Manager, but the expectation is you raise the creative bar across everyone you work with, not just your direct reports.

The background we are looking for…

• 6+ years of creative experience, including at least 2 years in a lead or director role setting creative direction
• Experience managing or directing a creative or content function, with direct reports preferred
• Strong hands-on design execution across email, landing pages, direct mail, and digital campaigns
• A portfolio demonstrating both strategic campaign thinking and high-quality execution
• Data-driven creative instincts, with experience measuring performance and optimizing for conversion
• Experience using AI tools within a creative workflow

About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, systems-minded senior creative producer to own the production and delivery of creative across our go-to-market marketing functions, Brand, Product Marketing, and Lifecycle. This is a high-visibility, high-coordination role: you'll be the operational backbone that keeps campaigns moving across multiple teams simultaneously, ensuring every launch, email campaign, and brand moment is delivered on time, on brief, and on brand. As a Staff Product Designer, you will lead and own design in our Core product area, focused on empowering beauty and wellness businesses to operate and grow with seamless, reliable tools. Every large advertiser runs the same loop: strategist reviews performance data, decides what to test next, briefs a designer, waits for assets, hands them to a media buyer who builds campaigns across Meta and Google and TikTok, launches, monitors, repeats. The process is slow because creative production, campaign management, and performance analysis happen in three separate systems, and insights travel between them through decks, Slack threads, and weekly syncs.

Companies like Nike, Uber, and PepsiCo spend millions per month on digital ads and employ entire teams just to keep this loop turning. Most teams run 10 to 15 creative tests per month because every test requires manual work across multiple tools and teams. The result: most ad spend runs against stale creative, performance degrades from fatigue, and the gap between "what's working" and "what gets made next" is measured in weeks.

Why Agents Change This

Advertising is uniquely high-leverage for AI agents because nearly every step in the workflow is now automatable, and the steps compound:

The Role

You will lead the Agentic Ads Platform. The foundation exists (customers generating ads today), and the opportunity is turning it into the platform that closes the full advertising loop. Four major areas of work:

• Multi-model creative generation. Today the platform generates static images. The roadmap includes video generation, motion graphics, format adaptation, and multi-model orchestration (routing to the best model for each task). Building a creative generation pipeline that produces broadcast-quality output across formats is a hard, high-value problem.
• Marketing context and brand adherence. Making agents genuinely trustworthy for enterprise creative teams. Better context engineering so agents follow brand guidelines, business rules, legal requirements, and channel-specific policies without constant human correction. The gap between "AI-generated ad" and "ad our brand team would actually approve" needs to shrink dramatically.
• Platform depth across ad channels. Deep integrations with Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and others. Not just launching ads, but understanding each platform's creative specs, optimization levers, and best practices so agents can automatically adapt creative for each channel, syndicate content across platforms, and optimize placement-level performance. Think: an agent that knows a 9:16 video with text-safe zones works differently on TikTok Reels vs. Instagram Stories and adjusts accordingly.

The Customer Problem

When you open Spotify, the homepage is different for every user. When you browse Nike's site, products are ranked by what Nike thinks you'll buy. When you log into Chase, offers are tailored to your spending. This is web and mobile personalization: deciding in real time what each customer sees inside your product. It directly moves conversion, retention, and revenue at the point where customers are already engaged.

Almost nobody does it well outside of companies that build it from scratch. A single experiment (testing whether high-spend users convert better seeing a loyalty upsell on the account page) requires an analyst to build the segment, a PM to write targeting rules, a designer to create variants, an engineer to instrument the test, and someone to monitor results. Most teams run 5–10 per quarter and end up with a handful of static rules covering a fraction of their users.

The tools that exist (Optimizely, Adobe Target) handle infrastructure but don't solve the coordination problem. Every experiment, audience, and piece of content still requires manual configuration. As the eighth member of our engineering team, your work will serve as the foundation for the Prosper Health telehealth platform for years to come. Hill House Home is seeking a Technical Designer to support our New York Team. This role will support the Product team across all women's RTW categories. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate fit, construction, and quality across proto, fit, and production samples. The ideal candidate brings strong pattern knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience working closely with cross-functional partners and vendors.  This role is a hybrid position, working from our NYC offices 3-4 days per week.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with Design and Development teams to understand garment fit, construction, and material intent at the hand-off stage
• Maintain and update tech packs for development and production, ensuring accurate construction details, POMs, and technical sketches, while keeping consistency across seasonal styles

About the Role:

At Nourish, we believe the quality of a product is a massive differentiator that separates great products and services from average ones. As the company scales rapidly and builds new products, we are looking for a Staff Product Designer who can raise the bar and help integrate our new offerings in a seamless way. 

In this role, you’ll own projects that will set the strategic foundation for how Nourish’s product offerings expand and see the projects through from conception to execution and implementation. You’ll use your expertise in design, user psychology, and data-driven decision-making to create intuitive experiences and raise the bar for craft.

What We Are Looking For

• 7+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex B2B SaaS products. Enterprise, healthcare, or CRM experience is a strong plus.

We are seeking an exceptional Staff Product Designer (Visual + Systems) to join our Growth team. About the role

We’re hiring a Staff Brand Designer to bring the Flex brand to life across our marketing ecosystem. This role sits within Brand Marketing and supports Performance Marketing, Lifecycle, Social, Product Marketing, and Partnerships. You will play a central role in implementing Flex’s rebrand across channels, translating our visual identity into high-impact creative across paid, owned, and campaign surfaces.
