Department: Telemedicine Program – Doctors Without Borders / Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF)
Medical Specialty: Endocrinology
Position Status: Volunteer
Location: Remote Only
Time Commitment: up to 3 hours per week/bi-weekly
The Telemedicine Program is looking for Endocrinology Specialists to support medical teams in the medical management of people living with diabetes. Specific topics identified include reinforcement of history taking skills, interpretation of patient self-testing log sheets, and adjustment of insulin doses in response to self-testing results, especially with respect to transitioning patients from human NPH or Biphasic insulin to analogue basal bolus insulin regimens.
In low and middle income countries, access to insulin for self-injection and glucose meters for self-testing is very rare. Over the last few years, MSF has begun to offer these services with plans to transition patients from NPH or Biphasic insulin regimens to basal bolus which requires significant training and education.
The most urgent need is to prepare clinicians to correctly interpret patients’ self-monitoring of blood glucose results and adjust insulin regimens. Clinicians providing care for Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD) can be nurses, clinical officers, and general practice doctors, none of whom have had dedicated NCD training prior to joining MSF. Standard treatment protocols and algorithms have been developed, but clinicians can adapt their approach to each patient within the confines of those protocols.
The MSF Telemedicine Program helps remove geographic barriers to healthcare by providing secure digital solutions for MSF’s medical teams worldwide. These tools enable clinical collaboration, improve access to specialized expertise, and support more equitable, high-quality patient care.
The Case Management platform provides remote medical and clinical support to MSF's global medical teams on a case-by-case basis. Volunteer Medical Specialists review and respond to patient cases assigned to them via our secure Telemedicine Platform. Support is provided asynchronously (not in real time), offering maximum flexibility for volunteers.
The Video Case Discussion platform is a videoconferencing service that connects MSF projects staff with a Volunteer Medical Specialist to discuss cases pertaining to a specific clinical topic or specialty. Projects supply the cases and clinical questions in advance, and the Volunteer Medical Specialist facilitates a live, virtual group discussion based on the submitted case/question. The goal is to support continuous medical education using the specific clinical scenarios that medical teams are encountering.
We welcome applications from Endocrinology Specialists around the world. Please note that applications are reviewed and selected based on the needs of our medical teams. We are not accepting applications from general practitioners at this time.

With the move to the cloud, Kubernetes has become widely adopted by DevOps and Platform Engineering teams, but it has also added complexity. While scaling Kubernetes at Intuit, the Akuity founders started building Argo CD in order to streamline the adoption of Kubernetes. Argo CD helps developers own, understand and deploy their K8s deployments via GitOps.
Today, Argo CD is the third most popular project in the CNCF (Cloud Native Computing Foundation) and is used by 70% of companies who are using Kubernetes in production. The list of Argo CD users includes companies like Intuit, BlackRock, Tesla, Major League Baseball, Peloton, and many more.
The team founded Akuity in 2021 to enable enterprises to ship software faster and more reliably with modern GitOps best practices. The Akuity Platform enables teams to manage the development and deployment across hundreds – if not thousands – of Kubernetes clusters from a single control plane. Trusted by top companies around the globe, the Akuity Platform provides the only end-to-end GitOps platform for the enterprises.
Our mission is to simplify the software delivery process so that DevOps and Platform Engineering teams can move fast, and deploy code effortlessly without the fear of breaking things.

This is a hands-on leadership role with direct impact on how developers find us, trust us, and ultimately bring us into their organizations.

Fairmarkit is the #1 autonomous sourcing platform revolutionizing the way all organizations buy & sell. Fairmarkit equips procurement teams with automation, AI, and GenAI so they can source more competitively at scale. Our solutions for tail spend and strategic sourcing help innovative procurement teams reduce cycle times, drive out costs, meet ESG/Diversity targets, and provide a better stakeholder experience to internal partners and suppliers. Fairmarkit has been recognized with awards by organizations such as Gartner and IDC, and is backed by strategic investors like Notable Capital, Insight Partners, 1984.VC, and Newfund.
What We Do
Every enterprise buys things: equipment, raw materials, services, software. But finding suppliers still runs on email chains, spreadsheets, and fragmented systems. It's slow, inconsistently applied, and difficult to scale. Fairmarkit helps enterprises like BP, Boeing, and Snowflake source smarter and spend better. Our autonomous sourcing platform puts AI agents to work across every category of spend. The result: up to 86% purchasing acceleration and 11% of savings, a direct boost to the bottom line.
The Role
Procurement leaders learn about new technology from peers at conferences, around roundtable dinners, and in the rooms where practitioners get honest with each other. This role owns those rooms.
As our Events and Field Marketing Manager, you'll run Fairmarkit's full external presence: industry conferences, speaking opportunities, hosted field events, Customer Advisory Boards, and virtual programs. This is a hands-on role with real ownership — and a real pace. We run multiple events every month, big and small, and this person keeps all of it moving.
You'll manage logistics and budget, order swag, coordinate speaking submissions, prepare teams, and still have a point of view on what's worth doing. That point of view extends to content: you'll collaborate with the team on what gets said on stage, in invitations, and in follow-ups, and you'll have real taste for what resonates with a procurement audience. AI-native efficiency isn't optional here; it's how you do the job well.
What You'll Do
What You'll Bring
Huge bonus: procurement or procuretech experience. If you've worked in procurement, marketed to CPOs and sourcing leaders, or know tools like SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Workday Sourcing, you'll hit the ground running. We sell to a specific, tight-knit community, and knowing it from the inside changes everything.
Life at Fairmarkit
We're a remote-first team that's built culture intentionally. People here stay because the work is genuinely interesting, the mission has real stakes, and the team pulls together. Here's what that looks like in practice:
Procurement is one of the last major enterprise functions being transformed by AI. We're the ones doing it, and this role is in the middle of it.
Compensation
For this role you need to reside in one of the following states: California (CA), Colorado (CO), Florida (FL), Georgia (GA), Illinois (IL), Indiana (IN), Maryland (MD), Massachusetts (MA), Montana (MT), New Hampshire (NH), New Jersey (NJ), New York (NY), North Carolina (NC), Ohio (OH), Pennsylvania (PA), Rhode Island (RI), Texas (TX), or Washington (WA). The annual base salary for this role is $110,000–$150,000, depending on experience and location, plus equity and benefits.
Fairmarkit is an equal opportunity employer and selects individuals best matched for the job based on qualifications regardless of race, religion, color, creed, sex, sexual orientation, age, ancestry, national origin, gender identity, genetic information, disability, pregnancy, veteran or military status, or any other status protected by law.

About Creative Fabrica
Creative Fabrica is a subscription platform serving millions of creators, designers, and crafters worldwide. We're built on the principle that everyone can be creative. We remove what stands in the way: expensive software, technical expertise, and time-consuming production.
Our Studio AI suite offers more than 26 specialized AI tools that automate technical work: generate custom images, remove backgrounds, create fonts, and produce publication-ready designs in minutes instead of hours.
Our content library contains 15+ million commercially-licensed fonts, graphics, SVGs, and templates, giving you professional-quality building blocks without the expense or time of creating assets from scratch.

That's where you come in. You'll create the accounts, figure out what content hits, post at high volume, and scale distribution through a network of reposters and remixers. You own the whole thing. What you post, how often, which formats, which platforms, how you grow it. The only metric that matters is that millions of people discover Studio AI through your content.
This role is for someone who's already done this. You've built faceless pages, you know what makes content spread, and you want to do it backed by a platform with real tools and real scale behind it.

About Paloma
In 2024, our founders, Mark and Darshak, were shocked to find that children needing an NHS autism or ADHD assessment were waiting 4-10 years for these assessments. Delayed assessments result in children being more likely to develop mental health conditions and fall behind in education. Furthermore, the much-needed pre/post-assessment support (outside of ADHD medications) is typically not funded by the NHS.
These long waits have built up due to increased recognition and understanding of neurodevelopmental conditions and a lack of investment and innovation within the NHS to meet the growing demand.
Mark and Darshak, with their 25 years of combined NHS experience, including building services that have treated over 1,000,000 patients in obesity & ophthalmology, founded Paloma to change this. Our mission is to make NHS autism and ADHD assessments and care accessible within 4 weeks of a GP referral, and, in turn, help every child achieve their potential.
