Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of JobsRadar (jobs-radar.com), our Telegram bot and our job alerts. By using JobsRadar you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

JobsRadar collects job listings that employers publish on their own public career pages and lets you search them, save searches and receive alerts about new matches. Using JobsRadar as a job seeker is free.

2. Job listings

• Listings come from employers and their hiring systems. We are not the employer, we are not a recruitment agency, and we are not part of any hiring decision.
• We refresh listings several times a day, but we cannot guarantee that a listing is accurate, complete, still open or legitimate. Some details, such as workplace type, employment type or salary, are derived by us automatically and can be wrong. Always check the employer's own page before you apply.
• Applications are made on the employer's site, under that employer's terms and privacy policy.
• Some "Apply" links are partner links, and we may receive a referral fee when you apply through them. This never costs you anything.
• If a listing looks wrong or suspicious, use "Report a problem" on the job page. Never pay anyone to apply for a job or to be hired.

3. Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• An account is for one person. You must be at least 16 years old.
• You can stop using JobsRadar at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to [email protected].

4. Alerts and messages

If you save a search with notifications, we send new matches by email and/or Telegram. You can change or remove alerts in your subscriptions page, unsubscribe from any email, or stop the Telegram bot at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl or bulk-download JobsRadar by automated means, other than through our public RSS feeds or by search engines following our robots rules;
• get around rate limits, bot protection or other security measures, or probe, attack or overload our systems;
• use JobsRadar to send spam, to harvest data about people, or for anything unlawful;
• submit false job reports or abusive messages;
• present JobsRadar content as your own or suggest that we endorse you.

We may block access, limit requests or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Content and intellectual property

Job descriptions and company names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. The JobsRadar name, site design, and our own content and statistics belong to us. You may share links to JobsRadar pages and quote our published statistics with a link to the source.

7. Third-party sites

JobsRadar links to employer sites, social networks and other services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

8. No warranty

JobsRadar is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any listing is accurate, or that using it will get you a job.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, JobsRadar is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from job listings, from your dealings with employers or from third-party sites. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes and termination

We may change these terms or the service, and we may suspend or discontinue any part of it. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use JobsRadar after a change means you accept the updated terms.
