This is a pivotal year for Pelago. We're scaling fast, hiring across clinical, technical, and business functions simultaneously, and the talent decisions we make in the next 12 months will shape the company's trajectory. We need a recruiter who understands that: someone with the range to move across functions, the judgment to find the best of the best, and the drive to treat every role like it matters -- because it does.

Pelago is seeking an analytical, data-driven Growth Product Manager to own the product strategy and experimentation roadmap across our top-of-funnel and care initiation journey, including landing pages, registration, onboarding, and early activation.
Growth initiatives at Pelago are treated as core product roadmap work, not side projects. In this role, you will operate as the product owner for our growth funnel, leading both long-term strategic bets and high-velocity experimentation to unlock sustainable, high-quality member acquisition. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on rigor: you will architect durable solutions while also running a disciplined test-and-learn program grounded in data, segmentation, and behavioral insight.

As a Senior Accountant, you'll sit at the center of a small, high-trust finance team — working directly with our CFO and Controller, owning the close, and shaping how we report and operate as we scale. The work is real, the scope is wide, and you'll be doing it at a company where what you build here truly matters.
At Pelago, we're actively building toward an AI-native way of working, and we want people who are genuinely energized by that. Not because AI replaces the work, but because the best finance operators we know are already using it to think sharper, move faster, and do more with less. If that's how you naturally work – or how you want to – you'll fit right in here.
