We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and scale Grow Therapy's iOS engineering team. Work Arrangement: Hybrid, with required in-office presence 3 days per week at our San Francisco, New York, or Seattle office. This role also includes travel 2–3 times per year for company and department offsites.

We’re looking for a Manager of Credentialing and Enrollment Special Projects who is excited to lead a dedicated team in a fast-growing environment. In this role, you’ll lead a team of Operations Associates in developing and implementing innovative workflows and automations that dictate our credentialing and enrollment processes. You’ll be responsible for partnering closely with the credentialing and enrollment managers, and cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

You'll Be Doing:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Ops Associates on the Credentialing and Enrollment Operations team
• Oversee the design and implementation of payor builds or process improvements while protecting quality, compliance, and operational performance 
• Manage the roadmap for ongoing improvements to operational workflows

The Senior Manager, Clinical Quality leads Grow's Clinical Quality branch, owning team performance and clinical quality outcomes across a network of 26,000+ independently licensed providers. You will manage Clinical Quality Specialists, set the clinical standard for what good looks like across the branch's workstreams, and operate as a highly independent leader who drives results without requiring close direction. This role is the day-to-day owner of Grow's provider quality program, from data interpretation and network management to MIC standards, VBC performance monitoring, and payor audit readiness. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Payor teams to translate clinical quality priorities into organizational action.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and develop a team, setting clear expectations, managing performance directly, and building a team that surfaces problems and drives solutions independently
• Own provider quality program and define what quality means at Grow, setting and maintaining the clinical standard across the provider network, and driving measurable improvement in provider quality across the network
• Oversee MIC program integrity and VBC performance monitoring by ensuring Grow is on track against payor contract targets, identifying clinical risks early, and partnering with Operations and Product to close gaps
• Manage payor audit readiness and clinical risk monitoring across priority payor relationships, ensuring the branch is proactively identifying and resolving risk rather than reacting to it
• Represent the Clinical Quality branch cross-functionally by communicating program performance, clinical priorities, and trade-offs to leadership and partners clearly

You’ll Be a Good Fit If: 

• You hold an active, unrestricted behavioral health clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent)

1. Design, implement, and maintain core IT infrastructure systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security across identity, device, network, and SaaS environments.
2. Lead cross-functional technical initiatives by gathering requirements from IT Support, Security, HR, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that reduce operational overhead and improve overall system performance and consistency.

The Talent Activation Strategy and Projects Manager is for someone who wants to be in the engine room of that build. You'll own execution of our highest-priority initiatives, turn strategy into tools and processes that PBPs and managers actually use, and help us become an AI-forward People organization without losing the human touch that defines our culture. You'll report directly to the Senior Director of Talent Activation and work closely with senior Talent Activation leaders every day.

• Own the execution of Talent Activation's highest-priority initiatives on our roadmap. This is not a one-project-at-a-time role. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should have hands-on experience applying AI tools to People or operational workflows — and be genuinely curious about what's next
• Swing support as Business Partner. On an as-needed basis, you'll provide project and operational support to our Tech PBP (or others) by helping move people programs forward

In this role, you will lead cross-functional, data-driven initiatives and drive insights that get more people successfully onboarded and retained in online therapy, shape how we build our mobile app and digital experiences, and lead the charge on how AI is used alongside therapy. • Fluent in SQL and Python, with deep experience designing A/B tests, building models, and setting a high bar for translating complex data into clear recommendations for stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven experience owning and driving product or growth decisions through deep user understanding, funnel analytics, or marketplace dynamics, and doing so through influence as well as hands-on work.

Grow Therapy's providers are licensed professionals building practices, expanding their clinical skills, and growing their careers. This role is the architect of how we support that professional growth at scale.

As Clinical Education Program Manager, you'll own the clinical learning infrastructure that serves thousands of behavioral health providers across the Grow platform — designing and delivering continuing education programming, maintaining our accreditation relationships with NBCC, ASWB, and AANP, and ensuring every CE-bearing event meets regulatory standards and delivers genuine clinical value.

You'll sit within the Provider Experience team, embedded in community, events, and engagement, and serve as the licensed clinical authority that makes our programming credible, rigorous, and provider-trusted. You'll work closely with events, community, and communications teams to bring clinical content to life across live webinars, our annual provider summit, in-person and external events, and our online provider community.

This isn't a traditional L&D role. It's part clinical educator, part community strategist, part relationship manager — operating at the intersection of provider trust, clinical rigor, and business growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

Clinical Content & Programming

• Lead development and ongoing maintenance of clinical education content: webinars, 1-pagers, microvideos, courses, and community posts
• Source, vet, and coordinate external clinical speakers aligned with provider needs and community programming
• Serve as clinical POC for the Grow Forward Summit — keynote support, breakout speaker coordination, and CE administration for clinical sessions
• Own the review cycle for clinical resources across the Help Center and community (100+ resources), ensuring accuracy and clinical currency

Continuing Education & Accreditation

• Maintain Grow's approved provider status with NBCC, ASWB, and AANP — including all regulatory requirements, documentation, and renewal
• Oversee CE administration for all live events: evaluations, certificates, email communications, and compliance with each accrediting body's standards
• Ensure Summit clinical sessions meet accreditation requirements and CEs are accurately administered for attendees
• Manage and grow third-party CE partnerships (currently PESI, Violet, MI Center for Change) — contract oversight, engagement strategy, and provider-facing awareness
• Serve as the clinical oversight authority for all CE offerings, including speaker vetting and evaluation design

Provider Pipeline Programming

• Lead clinical content and CE administration for quarterly live CE events for prospective providers — a growing recruitment and lead gen channel
• Ensure these events meet accreditation standards and are executed with the same rigor as programming for current providers
• Own the CE experience from registration through certificate delivery for this audience

Community & Cross-Functional Partnership

• Serve as the clinical anchor for community moderation — providing guidance on clinical questions and ensuring the integrity of clinical content across the platform
• Act as licensed clinical reviewer for provider-facing communications in partnership with Events, Community, and Comms teams
• Attend and represent Grow at in-person provider events and sponsored external conferences as a clinical subject matter expert and panelist
• Partner with Product and Clinical teams on provider-facing resources tied to clinical initiatives and product launches

You’ll Be a Good Fit If: 

• You have an active, unrestricted clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent master's-level licensure required)
• You have 7+ years of clinical practice experience in behavioral health, with strong familiarity with documentation standards, ethical frameworks, and scope of practice
• You have 3+ years in clinical education, CE programming, or professional development — including direct, hands-on experience administering continuing education credits (or adjacent experience)
• You have experience managing NBCC, ASWB, and/or AANP accreditation requirements; ability to independently maintain approved provider status
• You're comfortable operating cross-functionally alongside events, community, and marketing teams without losing clinical rigor

Reporting directly to the Head of Security, you'll be part of a team focused on protecting Grow's patients, providers, employees, and business by embedding risk awareness into everyday decision-making. Your work will directly support Grow's mission to expand access to high-quality mental healthcare—safely, responsibly, and at scale. Your responsibilities will include building and maturing our enterprise risk management framework, driving audit readiness, shaping executive risk reporting, and partnering closely with teams across Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and Product.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and mature Grow's enterprise security risk management program, including risk identification, assessment, prioritization, remediation tracking, and maintaining a comprehensive risk register that informs business decisions.
• Lead the charge on AI risk management: Security sits within Grow’s Internal Foundations pillar, which is building company-wide infrastructure to support AI adoption. You’ll be in an incredible position to influence safe and thoughtful adoption of AI tooling at the enterprise level.
• Own the third-party/vendor security risk management program, streamlining review workflows to support business velocity while ensuring robust security oversight of partners and vendors.
