As a Senior Product Manager for Core Client Experience at Grow, you’ll be at the heart of defining product direction, prioritizing work that drives measurable outcomes, and influencing product culture across the organization.
Getting a client to book their first therapy appointment is only the beginning of the journey — to have a meaningful impact on Clients’ lives we need to make sure they have a great ongoing experience helping them navigate their experience while in care and form a meaningful connection with their provider.
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Core Client Experience team, which is responsible for ensuring every client has an experience with Grow while in care that is effective and delightful. This is one of the highest-impact product areas at Grow by setting the standard for a consumer-grade experience in healthcare.
You'll own the end-to-end experience for our Client portal, how they manage their ongoing care and get to resources where Grow can help. You’ll also work to make sure that our product effectively serves different segments of Clients equally from children to adults, individuals to couples and those seeking talk therapy or medication management.

This is hybrid (onsite from our NYC, San Francisco, or Seattle hub location three days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

The Opportunity:
At Grow, we’re building toward a future where mental health support extends far beyond the therapy session. As Staff Product Manager, Consumer Mobile, you’ll own the mobile experience that helps clients make meaningful progress towards their mental health goals between therapy sessions.
This team’s mission is to build a consumer-grade, AI-powered experience that strengthens the relationship between clients and providers while helping people engage more consistently in their mental health journey. This is a rare opportunity to define how Grow shows up in clients’ daily lives through products that are useful, trustworthy, and genuinely engaging.
You’ll lead 0→1 product work at the intersection of mobile, AI, behavior design, and care delivery. You’ll partner closely with engineering, design, data, and clinical stakeholders to shape a new category of mental health experience, one that brings together the convenience and craft of top consumer products with the nuance and responsibility of healthcare.

Base Compensation: The base compensation range for this position is $200,000–$233,000 USD Annually.
This is a hybrid role with the expectation to work onsite from our NYC, San Francisco, or Seattle hub location three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and travel 2–3 times per year (e.g., company and department offsites).

As a Senior Product Manager on our Billing Automation team, you’ll own one of the most complex and mission-critical areas of our platform: how therapy claims are submitted, processed, and reconciled with insurance. This is a chance to tackle a deeply messy, real-world problem and build systems that meaningfully improve the experience for providers, patients, and the business.
You’ll work closely with a strong engineering team and cross-functional partners to modernize the revenue cycle and help shape the future of mental health care infrastructure.
