Prosper Health is on a mission to make life happier and healthier for autistic and neurodivergent adults.
Despite autism diagnoses increasing more than 5x in the past 25 years, autistic adults have been systematically overlooked. This has led to extremely poor outcomes, including high rates of co-occurring mental health conditions and a lower life expectancy. Prosper is here to change that.
We deliver specialized mental health services for autistic adults, covered by insurance. We've helped tens of thousands of people receive an autism diagnosis for the first time, work with neurodivergent-affirming therapists, and find belonging through community. Our outcomes meaningfully outperform traditional care for autistic adults, with substantially greater improvements in mood, anxiety, and quality of life.
Prosper is growing 3x year over year and are at mid-double-digit millions in run-rate revenue, with thousands of active clients and 400+ clinicians. We're a high-ownership, mission-driven team, building something that has never existed for autistic and neurodivergent adults.
As our Creative Marketing Manager, you will own the system that turns ideas into winning consumer ads. You are directly responsible for doubling our creative capacity over the next 3 months.
You’ll run the full creative pipeline: source and manage creators, coordinate production with editors, build assets, making sure everything ships on time, and iterating to find high performing creative. The ads you produce are what help connect clients to care, and the performance of our creative ultimately drives our growth.
Prosper’s work sits inside a much bigger shift. More adults are starting to understand themselves through the lens of autism and neurodivergence, and this is happening online. The content they see plays a real role in that.
We are building the brand that shows up in those moments. The creative we produce shapes how people understand adult autism: what it is, who it’s for, and whether they see themselves in it.
Success in this role means:
Own the influencer engine. Build and maintain a strong, trusted pipeline of influencers producing great content. Source, outreach, onboard, and manage influencers end-to-end: relationships, negotiations, contracts, and payments. Continuously raise the bar on creator quality and output.
Own the creative production pipeline. Take creative briefs and drive them to finished, winning ads. Coordinate creators and editors, manage timelines, and ensure assets are delivered on time. Personally build simple but resonant static ads. Insatiably push for winners: judge quality, ideate, and iterate.
Own and improve the system. Build and maintain the infrastructure behind the creative machine (creator tracker, production pipeline, asset library). Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve speed and output without letting things slip. Move fast and maintain quality while doing it.
Stay deeply plugged into culture. Be highly attuned to trends, influencers, and what’s working across social. Bring new ideas and inspiration into the team constantly, and turn those ideas into ad performance and growth.
Own organic social execution. Select and post high-performing content. Maintain a consistent presence and help grow brand awareness. This is where your creativity can really shine.
Extreme ownership and follow-through. You don’t just track things, you own outcomes. Driving winning creative that scales the business is your ultimate goal. You proactively solve bottlenecks to ensure creative volume and you stay focused on high-performing ads to drive performance.
Exceptional creative taste. You have a sharp instinct for what makes content good. You can immediately tell what will resonate vs. what won’t, and push work in the right direction. You care deeply about quality and engagement.
Insatiable drive to win through creative. You don’t just like making content; you want ads to perform. You’re excited by breakout performance, dig into what’s working, and push to replicate it. You’re competitive, data-aware, and motivated by driving real growth.
Chronically online (in a good way). You love ads, good content, and internet culture. You’re constantly consuming content and intuitively understand what works and why.
Interpersonally warm and competent. You can manage creators and editors to outcomes. You communicate clearly, follow up persistently, and get work over the line while maintaining strong relationships. You will own our relationship with some of the biggest voices in the adult autism community - your ability to do so with grace matters immensely.
Scrappy and fast-moving. You find a way. You move quickly, prioritize well, and ship consistently regardless of resources or roadblocks. You’re the first to try out a new AI tool, pick up a camera and film something yourself, or walk down the street to the store to buy some DIY arts and crafts supplies - all in the name of ad creative performance.
Mission-driven. You’re excited to help build the defining brand in a category that actually matters — expanding access to adult autism diagnosis and care.
1.5-3 Years Experience in influencer marketing, content creation, ad production, or other social media related role.
Nice to have: Very strong design skills, video editing, or experience creating content yourself.

We are hiring a Strategy & Operations Lead to own Prosper Health’s assessment business end-to-end.
Prosper’s autism assessment has transformed diagnosis for neurodivergent adults by making high-quality adult autism evaluations accessible at scale. The assessment process is a pivotal moment for our clients, and you will be responsible for ensuring we continue to deliver that experience with the highest clinical standards as we scale.
Assessments are one of the most important drivers of the company and a major strategic differentiator. Over the next few years, we need to scale from thousands of assessments annually to hundreds of thousands while improving clinical quality, rigor, and how we set clients up for success.
You will partner closely with company and clinical leadership to ensure the continued success of the assessment business, including expanding conditions we assess for, improving how we support psychologists, strengthening clinical quality systems, making assessments more efficient, and building the infrastructure required to support a rapidly growing clinician network.
You Will
Own the operational performance of Prosper’s assessment function. Run the operating model for how assessments are delivered, monitored, and continuously improved, and be accountable for performance outcomes.
Lead high-impact strategic initiatives that advance Prosper's clinical mission. Own and drive cross-functional projects that expand Prosper's clinical footprint and deepen the value delivered to clients including expanding into new diagnoses (e.g. ADHD), reducing assessment cycle time, and improving the quality and impact of post-assessment recommendations and support.
Define and operationalize clinical quality at scale. Partner with clinical leadership to translate clinical standards into measurable processes, quality frameworks, and scalable protocols as Prosper grows and expands into new clinical areas.
Build the systems that enable clinical scale. Document and systematize what works today, design repeatable workflows, and implement operational infrastructure that supports growth from thousands to hundreds of thousands of assessments.

We're hiring a People Operations Lead to build the people systems that will scale Prosper Health from 350 to 1,000+ clinicians over the next 12 months.
As our first people ops hire, you'll establish the function from the ground up. You'll own the full people operations surface area—employee relations, performance management, lifecycle operations, compliance, and compensation systems. You'll report into the Head of Clinical Operations, and work to turn people challenges into clean, scalable processes that protect the company while enabling fast growth.
This role requires high ownership and sound judgment. You'll personally manage investigations, coordinate with our PEO, administer pay and benefits, work with providers on accommodations requests and more. If you're excited by first-principles thinking, high-stakes problem-solving, and building durable systems from scratch in a fast-moving environment, this role is designed for you.

Our client experience team is crucial to making our clients feel supported day-to-day — managing all inbound phone, text, and email support. We believe in putting clients first, and that ethos runs through everything we do: every interaction is held to a high standard because the people on the other end of it deserve nothing less.
As our Client Experience Manager, you will lead this team and own the function fully — hitting SLAs, building out triage structures, managing response quality, and establishing SOPs. When something breaks (e.g. a flagged spam number), you don't wait for someone to tell you how to fix it — you figure out what needs to happen, execute, and build the process that prevents it from happening again.
This is a rare opportunity for someone who wants to do more than manage a function — you'll shape it. We're a startup, which means you'll report directly into senior leadership, have a real seat at the table, and build processes and team culture largely from the ground up.
The ideal person for this role thinks like an owner. They're restless about quality and never satisfied with "good enough" when better is possible. They're comfortable in ambiguity, resourceful with tooling and systems, and they genuinely care about the clients this team serves.
