The Role
The Marketing Manager, Enterprise Strategic Segments will serve as the strategic architect and execution lead for Farther's priority growth segments, with an initial focus on High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth private clients, 401k plan sponsors, and institutional audiences. This is a high-impact role offering immediate ownership, combining sophisticated segment strategy with hands-on, end-to-end execution of our most critical growth initiatives.
You will design and run marketing programs that generate qualified leads, accelerate their conversion to clients, and equip Farther advisors with scalable materials and campaigns to win sophisticated private-client and institutional mandates. Over time, you will help mature and expand Farther’s enterprise segment offerings, while partnering closely with performance marketing, brand, product, and the institutional team.
Your Impact
- Define and continuously refine segment positioning, messaging, and value propositions for HNW, UHNW, 401k plan sponsors, and institutional audiences, ensuring Farther shows up as a differentiated, modern partner
- Actively participate in and enhance Farther's overall content strategy, ensuring segment needs are integrated into corporate and Advisor Marketing plans for maximum impact and consistency
- Build and execute integrated HNW and institutional marketing plans and targeted digital campaigns that generate qualified leads and support conversion, balancing advisor-led initiatives, targeted campaigns, and corporate programs
- Design, launch, and iterate multi-channel online campaigns (email, webinars, digital content), including AI-powered, automated drip journeys that nurture prospects and deepen engagement over time
- Create scalable sales and advisor enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, playbooks, email templates, event-in-a-box kits) that help advisors consistently win sophisticated private-client and institutional mandates
- Serve as the marketing point of contact for institutional sales materials, elevating the layout, structure, and answer quality of RFP-related content and presentations while the institutional team owns drafting and tracking
- Stand up a practical operating rhythm in the first 90 days, grounded in clear KPIs and reporting, while establishing HNW as a formidable and clearly defined offering within Farther
The Ideal Match
- Proven track record as a hands-on marketer who can both set segment strategy and personally execute campaigns, content, and sales materials, comfortable with a 70% execution / 30% strategy split initially
- A results-driven mindset and fluency in linking marketing performance directly to core business outcomes (lead volume, conversion rate, revenue, and AUM)
- 5-8+ years of marketing experience in financial services, wealth or asset management, or a closely related environment, with direct exposure to HNW/UHNW and/or institutional audiences
- Strong experience in sales enablement and go-to-market support, including building persuasive pitch materials that move complex, multi-stakeholder deals forward
- Working knowledge of how to leverage marketing automation (e.g., for segmentation, personalization, send-time optimization, and automated drip journeys) and a demonstrated ability to design and manage AI-enabled drip campaigns at scale
- Collaborative, organized, and comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives with Advisor Marketing, Corporate/Brand Marketing, Product, Investment Strategy, and institutional stakeholders, including moderate travel for key events and meetings

The Role
This role runs Farther's advisor growth systems day-to-day: owns the content library lifecycle, authors and enforces the operating processes, drives projects across stakeholders, and keeps the machine moving and improving across hundreds of advisors. You'll be measured on operational excellence and marketing results at scale — contributing meaningfully to strategy and direction set by Advisor Marketing and cross-functional leadership.

Your Impact
- Own the lifecycle (intake, editorial review, publication, retirement) of marketing content and component library. Keep the library fresh as ICPs, brand, and services evolve.
- Author and operate the workflows that make advisor marketing happen at scale: compliance review, content production, HubSpot day-to-day operations for advisor marketing, advisor request intake, asset distribution.
- Maintain the inventory of agents and their inputs; refresh prompts and components as the underlying strategy evolves; run regular spot checks for quality drift; operate the human-in-the-loop review layer on AI outputs before they reach advisors.
- Author and maintain advisor-facing and team member enablement.
- Drive cross-functional projects to completion across teams and departments.
- Track and report analytics for advisor-led organic growth and surface insights.
- Lead prospective advisor recruiting calls, articulating Farther's marketing growth capabilities

- 5-8 years in B2B2C marketing, wealth management marketing, or content/systems roles directly serving professionals in a service industry.
- Demonstrated track record in building and maintaining structured, reusable systems such as content libraries and resource hubs.
- AI-native. Daily user of Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini for real work. Has shipped and maintained something built around an LLM (a Project, a Gem, a custom GPT, an internal tool, a structured prompt library). Can talk fluently about retrieval, system prompts, metadata, and where AI quality breaks down.
- Strong project management discipline, working on parallel workstreams, and pushing things over the line without dropping handoffs.
- Process designer to know how to build processes, identify broken workflows, and rebuild them.

The Role
We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Product Designer to build Farther’s design system from the ground up and own it long-term. This foundational role will define how our entire product organization works—creating the infrastructure that enables consistent, high-quality experiences at speed.
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the design system: auditing assets, creating a scalable component library, defining patterns, and layouts, documenting usage, and driving adoption across design and engineering. This is deep, hands-on, expert-level work that requires strategic thinking, systems-level vision, and the ability to execute down to the smallest detail.
Your Impact
Design Systems Ownership
- Audit existing design assets and build a scalable, accessible component library in Figma
- Create reusable components, design tokens, and detailed usage documentation
- Own prioritization, roadmapping, and stakeholder communication for the design system
- Define governance processes for adoption, enhancements, and deprecations
- Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure design-to-code fidelity and proper implementation

- 5+ years of product design experience, including 3+ years leading design systems

The Role
We're looking for a Staff Product Designer specializing in investment products, responsible for shaping end-to-end experiences for Wealth Advisors and client-facing tools. This role translates complex financial systems into clear, intuitive, and high-performance user experiences.
You'll thrive in ambiguity, work at high velocity, and drive problems from discovery through polished execution — collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Research to define solutions, rapidly prototype and validate ideas, and shape product direction. The Role
Farther Finance seeks an exceptional Director of Marketing Strategy and Operations to serve as Chief of Staff to the firm's marketing lead. This role is designed for a rare operator — one who combines the judgment of a general manager, the discipline of a strategist, and the analytical rigor to ensure marketing is unequivocally tied to business outcomes.
As a force multiplier at the center of Farther's growth engine, this person will extend the marketing lead's bandwidth across integrated planning, go-to-market execution, performance analytics, board communications, and cross-functional alignment. Initially acting as a Swiss Army knife across strategic and operational priorities, this person will ultimately own the full suite of marketing operations, running weekly and monthly analysis, integrated planning, budgets and forecasts, and year-over-year marketing plan development.
This role operates on the hybrid schedule across Farther's New York City and Connecticut offices.
Your Impact
- Serve as the strategic and operational extension of the marketing lead — institutionalizing best-in-class marketing processes across planning, execution, and measurement
- Own all weekly and monthly performance analysis, dashboards, and reporting that connect marketing spend to pipeline, client acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
- Lead integrated planning across all marketing disciplines, ensuring messaging, sequencing, and execution are consistent and audience-aligned across all channels and touchpoints
- Drive go-to-market trafficking and launch coordination across channels and functions, partnering cross-functionally with sales, product, finance, data, and CX teams
- Own the development of board presentations, executive updates, and strategic marketing communications, distilling complex data into clear, compelling narratives
- Manage budgets, forecasts, actuals, and year-over-year planning to ensure disciplined resource allocation and measurable return on marketing investment
- Serve as connective tissue across the frontline commercial organization, helping marketing, sales, product, and advisor teams script, sell, and service to the right audiences
The Ideal Match
- 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, integrated marketing, growth strategy, or a Chief of Staff role supporting a CMO or Chief Commercial Officer
- Deep fluency in full-funnel performance metrics — including CAC, LTV, payback periods, contribution margin, funnel conversion, and attribution modeling

The Role

The Role
As an AI-Native Data Platform Engineer at Farther, you will design and own the canonical data foundations powering our financial AI systems. The Role
As a Staff Software Engineer at Farther, you'll be a technical leader who shapes how we build software. You'll drive architecture decisions, tackle our most complex challenges, and guide other engineers while remaining deeply hands-on.
We're building an elite engineering team. We look for three things: deep technical expertise in your craft, high horsepower to rapidly context-switch across complex problems, and a track record of winning in multiple areas of your life.
We give Staff engineers significant autonomy to drive technical strategy. You'll own major architectural decisions, establish engineering standards, and be accountable for technical outcomes. We trust you to make the right calls and measure success by the impact you create, not the process you follow.
We expect technical leaders to champion AI adoption. As a Staff engineer, you'll demonstrate how to leverage AI tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and multiply team effectiveness. You'll help the organization work smarter and ship faster by showing teams how AI can transform their workflow.
Your Impact
- Drive technical architecture decisions that shape the future of our platform
- Lead the design and implementation of large-scale systems spanning frontend and backend
- Establish engineering standards and best practices that scale across the organization
- Champion adoption of AI tools across engineering teams – demonstrate how to leverage AI to multiply effectiveness and accelerate delivery
- Tackle complex technical challenges in system design, scalability, reliability, and performance
- Operate with significant autonomy – own major technical decisions and be accountable for architectural outcomes
- Guide and mentor engineers through complex technical decisions
- Drive technical excellence through code reviews, architecture reviews, and documentation
The Ideal Match
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated ability to work across the full stack
- Fluency with AI coding tools and passion for leveraging them strategically – you're already multiplying your output and want to help others do the same
- Thrives with high autonomy and ownership – you want to drive technical strategy and own major architectural decisions without micromanagement
- Track record of making significant technical decisions that positively impact engineering organizations
- Outstanding communication – you explain complex concepts clearly and provide actionable updates

The Role
As a Senior Mobile Engineer at Farther, you'll build exceptional mobile experiences that serve both our advisors and clients. Working with React Native, Expo, and TypeScript, you'll ship features that directly impact how wealth management works - from client onboarding to portfolio management to advisor tools.
You'll join our mobile engineering team working on core product features and roadmap delivery. We're hiring as part of an exciting initiative: we're creating a Forward Deployed Engineering team where our top engineers rotate to work directly with advisors on urgent challenges. As senior engineers rotate onto that team, you'll help maintain the momentum on critical mobile features. Once you've ramped up and gained context on our platform (typically 3-6 months), you may have the opportunity to rotate onto the Forward Deployed team yourself.
Your Impact
- Build and ship mobile features across iOS and Android using React Native and TypeScript
- Create high-performance mobile interfaces for complex financial workflows
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver complete experiences
- Contribute to mobile architecture decisions and establish patterns that scale
- Build reusable mobile components and improve our mobile infrastructure
- Mentor other engineers on mobile best practices and React Native development
- Participate in code reviews and drive technical excellence across the team
- Take ownership of significant mobile features from design through deployment
- Ensure mobile experiences meet the quality bar our advisors and clients expect
- Contribute to the development of our cutting-edge, agentic-based, software manufacturing pipeline.

The Ideal Match
- 6+ years of mobile development experience, with at least 3 years in React Native
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and modern mobile development practices
- Experience with both iOS and Android platforms
- Deep understanding of mobile architecture, state management, and performance optimization
- Experience building complex, data-intensive mobile applications
- Product-focused mindset - excited about shipping features that solve real user problems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work autonomously and drive projects from idea to completion
- Track record of delivering high-quality mobile experiences on schedule
- Experience mentoring other engineers
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Your Impact
- Own and optimize the complete martech stack—from Google Analytics 4 and AppsFlyer for attribution to Braze for lifecycle marketing, plus all the connective tissue in between
- Manage the technical health of all website properties, including scaling advisor microsite experiences from 50 to 100+ by year-end
- Architect and maintain data flows and integrations between first-party data lakes and third-party martech tools, ensuring clean attribution and zero data leakage
- Design and execute A/B testing programs across web, email, and campaigns—building an experimentation culture that compounds marketing ROI
- Partner with product, growth, and engineering teams to ensure marketing technology is a competitive advantage, not a bottleneck
- Rapidly build and iterate marketing landing pages in concert with the growth team, build promotional microsites, and campaign-specific experiences that convert—fast
- Drive SEO and LLM optimization to ensure Farther shows up where high-net-worth individuals and top advisors are searching
The Ideal Match
- 5-7+ years in marketing operations, martech, or growth engineering—preferably in fintech, financial services, or high-growth B2B SaaS
- Deep expertise with modern martech: Google Analytics 4, GTM, Zapier, AppsFlyer, Braze (or similar), Search Console, Salesforce/HubSpot, testing platforms like Optimizely and measurement platforms like CrazyEgg
- Strong technical chops: HTML, CSS, React, JavaScript, API integrations, SQL for analytics, and comfort with AWS products
- Webflow expert (or similar CMS platforms like Contentful or WordPress) with experience building, scaling, and optimizing sites end-to-end. Experience managing a large portfolio of related but distinct sites, such as hundreds of microsite experiences, is a strong plus.
- Proven track record optimizing Core Web Vitals, page load times (you know the material difference between FCP, LCP and CLS), and overall site performance
- Experience managing complex, integrated martech stacks—you know how to make disparate tools play nice
- Strong SEO, AIO and Local SEO (GMB) experience and expertise leveraging on-page, off-page, schema and best practices to deliver a meaningful result.
- Strong project management instincts with ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills—you can translate technical complexity into plain English for non-technical teammates

- Experience in wealth management, financial services, or highly-regulated industries
- Familiarity with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Background in growth marketing, conversion rate optimization, or growth engineering
