Job Description
As a Staff Research Scientist on the Enterprise Agents team, you will be responsible for keeping up with the latest developments in Agent Context, Information Retrieval, Knowledge Assistants, RAG, Embeddings, and advancing the scientific frontier by creating new techniques that go beyond the state of the art. You will work together on a collaborative team of researchers and engineers with diverse backgrounds and technical training. And most importantly, you will love our customers: our goal is to make our customers successful in applying state-of-the-art LLMs and AI systems, and we encode our scientific expertise into our products to make that possible.

As a Senior Customer Success Manager (Sr. CSM) at AlphaSense, you will be the strategic lead for our most complex and high-value accounts within the Financial Services sector. You are responsible for navigating multi-million dollar global organizations and driving long-term ROI through technical group/individual training while ensuring company-wide adoption across multiple business units. You will manage a concentrated portfolio of strategic accounts, remaining at the forefront of product and Financial Services expertise, while scaling your impact across the organization through account strategy, leadership and innovation.

The goal of a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Scale is to leverage techniques in the fields of generative AI, computer vision, reinforcement learning, and agentic AI to improve Scale's products and customer experience in production environments. Our machine learning engineers take advantage of robust internal infrastructure and unique access to massive datasets to deliver improvements to our customers.
Our Public Sector Machine Learning team is focused on deploying cutting-edge models to mission-critical government systems through products like Donovan and Thunderforge. Our work spans multiple modalities, with a strong focus on both large language models and computer vision. On the LLM side, we are developing agentic systems that help solve complex operational and planning challenges for government partners. This includes building agent frameworks that integrate with custom retrieval pipelines and production APIs, as well as evaluation tools to benchmark and refine agent behavior. We're also advancing research in areas like reinforcement learning for agentic LLMs, with successful deployment into real-world operational environments. On the computer vision front, we're training advanced models to increase labeling throughput and automate perception tasks. Our efforts include building large-scale fine-tuning pipelines, training models across multiple modalities, and developing generalizable vision foundation models to support a wide range of defense applications.
Compensation packages at Scale for eligible roles include base salary, equity, and benefits. Position Summary:
Metropolitan Commercial Bank (the “Bank”) is seeking a VP-level AI/ML Engineer to deploy AI solutions at enterprise scale, with a strong emphasis on Large Language Model (LLM) applications and modern MLOps & AIOps practices. This role sits at the intersection of data science and software engineering, reporting to the manager of the IT Application Development and Support team and working closely with the Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer, transforming innovative AI prototypes into robust, scalable production systems. The AI/ML Engineer will lead the deployment of high-impact AI capabilities (e.g., generative AI systems, personalization engines, automation tools) and ensure scalable AI platforms that deliver real-world value. The role also includes designing, constructing, and maintaining the Bank’s AIOps solution, with Snowflake as the primary ML platform (e.g., Snowpark Python, UDFs/UDTFs, Tasks/Streams, and Snowflake-native ML).

The applicable salary range for this position is $112,000 - $154,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
