Summary

Morgan & Morgan is looking for an experienced General Liability Litigation Attorney to join its quickly growing practice of plaintiff's personal injury lawyers and supporting case staff in our growing office in Los Angeles, CA.

The General Liability Litigation Attorney will handle a heavy and complex case load from pre-litigation, litigation, trial prep and trial. Cases may include representing plaintiffs in slip and fall; security negligence; wrongful death; dog bite / animal attack; and other cases in Los Angeles.

Our law firm's generous and competitive compensation includes a base salary, guaranteed commission, and competitive ongoing commission fees / bonuses (uncapped), as well as a full benefits package. Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of both pre-litigation and litigation cases

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Production Designer to support large-scale marketing and advertising initiatives. Primary Responsibilities

• Create high-impact, social-first creative assets across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts, including short-form video, long-form video, still photography, and graphics.
• Concept, shoot, edit, and produce content end-to-end, from scrappy meme-style pieces to more elevated series and partnership-driven moments.
• Partner closely with the Social Lead to develop smart, unexpected creative that aligns with brand voice and cultural trends.
• Capture and produce real-time content during live events, activations, and time-sensitive moments.
• Conceptualize and develop recurring social series and formats that can scale.
• Provide on-set direction, guiding talent, lawyers, creators, or partners to get strong, authentic performances.
• Translate Morgan & Morgan’s bold offline presence into culturally relevant social storytelling.
• Travel up to 10% for activations and major moments.

Required Skills
