Purpose: 

The Mass Tort Litigation Associate will handle a range of litigation responsibilities, including drafting and responding to pleadings and motions, managing discovery, preparing clients and witnesses, coordinating expert and records development, and supporting depositions, hearings, and trial preparation as needed. The Associate will also partner closely with paralegals and case managers to maintain pre- and post-filing deadline control, ensure consistent work product across assigned matters, and drive timely, compliant deliverables in line with court orders, case management orders, and firm standards.
