About the Role:
This role sits at the intersection of Account Management and Strategic Partnerships, supporting broker partners who both use the AlphaSense platform to produce research and distribute their proprietary research through our network.
You will serve as the day-to-day commercial owner for a defined group of sell-side and independent research firms, driving adoption across analyst teams, strengthening relationships with research leadership, and supporting the value of their research within the AlphaSense ecosystem.
Unlike traditional account management roles, this position balances platform adoption, commercial growth, and the health of a dual-sided partnership.
You bring a foundation in capital markets and a curiosity for how technology is reshaping research workflows. You are commercially aware, analytically minded, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.
Financial Services Grounding: You have spent time inside or alongside equity research, investment banking, capital markets, or a Financial Services-focused SaaS environment. You understand how research is produced, how analysts consume information, and what differentiates firms competing for attention in a crowded market.
Commercial Instinct with Accountability: You think beyond activity and focus on outcomes. You are comfortable owning renewal conversations, identifying growth opportunities, and balancing relationship building with commercial rigor.
Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable working with data and context. Usage signals, workflow behavior, and market trends help you tell a clearer story about value and risk. You approach problems with structure and curiosity rather than assumptions.
Credible Communicator Across Seniority Levels: You can engage a junior associate in a detailed workflow discussion and then shift seamlessly into a strategic conversation with a Head of Research. You communicate with clarity, confidence, and respect for your audience’s expertise.
Ownership Mentality: You take responsibility for your partnerships. You are proactive, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity as both AlphaSense and the broader AI landscape continue to evolve.
Education and Experience: You typically bring 1 to 3 years of experience in a Financial Services or closely related environment, along with a degree in Finance, Economics, or a similar discipline.
What You’ll Do:

Execution & Adoption
Internal Collaboration
