WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Technical Architect and part of our Expert Services organization at Braze, you will serve as a highly technical resource, responsible for delivering outcome-based technical services and bespoke technical solutions across all stages of the customer lifecycle. You will own and drive complex technical projects and workstreams to successful completion, specializing in architecting integrations, sophisticated data strategies, and customer-centric use case design to unlock the full value of the Braze Platform.
As a Technical Architect, you will be a key driving force of technical and product expertise, working alongside Sales, Customer Success Managers, Technical Account Managers, Delivery Managers, Partners, Product and Engineering, and Technical Support. You will be responsible for rapidly understanding each client’s business and technical requirements, helping them achieve fast time-to-value from their investment in Braze. You will also help clients tailor Braze’s product to their needs by effectively articulating and positioning the value of Braze via workshops, meetings, written communication, and general consultation. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
As a Partner Technical Advisor, you will be part of the Partner Services team that manages Braze’s extensive Service Delivery partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for delivering technical implementation guidance, providing product subject-matter expertise, developing advanced use-case solutioning, and ensuring ongoing alignment to our partners.
Your focus will be on advising and enabling our partner ecosystem by acting as the technical conduit between Braze and our partners. We are seeking a Senior Manager/Director of Technical Partner Solutions to define the strategic direction and lead the evolution of Braze's technical engagement with Technology (ISV) and Delivery Partners. Reporting to the Senior Director of CX Operations, this role acts as a strategic architect focusing on two primary pillars: Headcount Capacity Planning and broad Insights & Analytics.
While our Resource Management team handles tactical resourcing for projects within Certinia PSA, this role will step back to look at the broader picture. You will be responsible for forecasting and headcount modeling for all CX teams, including those not currently utilizing Certinia, such as Customer Support and Customer Success. Beyond capacity planning, you will drive high-visibility analytics initiatives with a heavy emphasis on workflow automation, ensuring our CX leadership have the insights needed for their key business reviews. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Reporting to the Associate Director, Legal, Procurement, the Procurement Counsel will be responsible for the effective negotiation and management of vendor contracts along with managing the overall vendor onboarding cycle from a contractual and legal standpoint, working closely with other teams such as Procurement, Finance, Security, and Privacy. This role supports a high volume of global vendor contracts across all departments at Braze, including the procurement of technology, marketing, professional services, and events. The Procurement Counsel will negotiate contractual terms to address legal risk and accurately capture business terms, establish best practices in terms of process and review across a wide variety of vendor agreements, and contribute to scaling the procurement legal function at Braze.

Braze is looking to hire a Team Lead on our Solutions Consulting team for our Asia-aligned Sales team. Braze Solutions Consultants are trusted advisors to our prospective customers during the sales process, bringing extensive product expertise, strategic vision, and best practices to bear. We strive to lay strong foundations, beginning pre-sales, for long-term partnership between Braze and our customers. The Team Lead, Solutions Consulting role is a hands-on player-coach which includes being the primary Solution Consultant in opportunities, and managing and hiring Solutions Consultants across Braze’s diverse industry verticals, customer types, and geographic markets. This Team Lead will head up our Asia Solutions Consulting team.
This role is an opportunity to expand on your people management and leadership skills, while partnering with Braze’s sales, marketing, security, and product teams. The role will draw upon your experience in Pre-sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success, and hone your people-management skills all while demonstrating and practising a high level of curiosity about all things tech. WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Senior Lead AI Solutions Consultant, you will drive new and expansion revenue by increasing understanding and adoption of the BrazeAI portfolio of tools and services. We serve as the pre-sales data scientists to scope use cases, establish credibility with enterprise data scientists, run proofs-of-concept, and lead AI Academies and other educational and advocacy programs. You will work collaboratively and build trusted relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders, leading with curiosity and inspiring others to transform customer lifecycle marketing.

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $130,000 and $195,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $183,000 and $274,000/year (including bonus or commission). This role is focused on a set number of some of the largest and most recognized financial services companies in Central EMEA (DACH & CEE).
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years selling SaaS Solutions to strategic clients where typical deal size ranges from $200K - $1M+/year. In addition, candidates should have at least 10+ years overall industry experience.
Stronger fit exists with those who have experience working with strategic companies, understand the organizational complexity and decision making processes of very large enterprise organizations.
Ideally, your product sales experience focuses on non-ERP solutions. Experience selling analytics, CRM, marketing automation, digital media publishing or content marketing solutions would be the best fit. For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $98,000-$164,000/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $109,000-$183,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, this role qualifies for a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that you will own a piece of our company.
