About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Program Manager with a history of leading SaaS and consulting engagements, managing multiple concurrent projects, and delivering data-driven solutions that improve client operations and drive measurable business results as we bring our next-gen platform to the world.

As the Program Manager you’ll be working directly with our VP, Consulting to drive execution excellence across a portfolio of client engagements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and delivering measurable business outcomes
In this dynamic role, you’ll lead our teams responsible for:
- Program & Portfolio Management - Lead and manage a portfolio of concurrent insurance-focused projects (e.g., CRM implementations, data integrations, commission systems, agent portals)
- Client & Stakeholder Management - Act as the primary escalation point for client stakeholders across all assigned projects
- Cross-Functional Leadership - Coordinate across Solution Architecture, Implementation, Product, and Support teams to ensure cohesive delivery
Key Responsibilities
Program & Portfolio Management
Lead and manage a portfolio of concurrent insurance-focused projects (e.g., CRM implementations, data integrations, contracting & commission systems, agent portals)Establish and maintain program-level governance, including status reporting, risk management, and executive communication
- Ensure alignment of all projects to client business goals, timelines, and contractual commitments (SOWs, SLAs)
Project Oversight & Execution
- Oversee day-to-day execution across multiple project teams, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and budgets are met
- Standardize delivery frameworks, methodologies, and best practices across engagements
- Monitor project health through KPIs, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary escalation point for client stakeholders across all assigned projects
- Build strong relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, and operational teams
- Facilitate regular program reviews, steering committees, and executive updates
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Coordinate across Solution Architecture, Implementation, Product, and Support teams to ensure cohesive delivery
- Drive alignment between technical and business teams, translating requirements into actionable plans
- Support resource planning and capacity management across projects
Financial & Commercial Oversight
- Manage program-level financials including budgets, forecasts, and margin performance
- Ensure adherence to contractual terms, including scope management and change orders
- Identify opportunities for expansion, upsell, and additional consulting services
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Program or Project Management within SaaS, consulting, or insurance industries
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects or large-scale programs
- Experience delivering SaaS implementations, CRM platforms, or data-driven solutions
- Demonstrated experience managing relationships with executive stakeholders (C-level, VP, and Director levels), including leading executive briefings and steering committees
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience translating business objectives into actionable program plans and measurable outcomes
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into concise, actionable insights for leadership consumption
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to navigate complex client dynamics and build trust quickly
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PMI-RMP, or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with insurance distribution models (IMO, FMO, MGA environments)
- Familiarity with data integration, APIs, and analytics platforms
- Experience working in high-growth SaaS or consulting organizations
- Strong understanding of insurance operations (e.g., contracting, commissions, agent lifecycle, policy data)

The base salary range for this position is [$190,000-$225,000]. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, we also offer generous equity and benefits packages.

About the Role
As our VP, Consulting, you will lead client engagements, shape delivery strategy, and drive consulting-led platform in a vertical (FSI, insurance, or healthcare)
You’ll combine leadership, operational excellence, and technology know-how to design future-state operating models, facilitate change across diverse stakeholder groups, and establish Kizen as a trusted partner for our customers’ long-term digital transformation.
You will start as a player-coach leading enterprise delivery hands-on and being an MVP when required - while you are scaling our Consulting practice, including processes, governance models, and delivery standards that support rapid and high-quality customer value realization.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading end-to-end delivery of enterprise transformation projects across Healthcare, Insurance, and Financial Services
- Designing and executing consulting methodologies discovery, requirements, workflows, and governance
- Partnering with C-suite stakeholders to define business cases, ROI models, and success KPIs
- Ensuring successful change management at every level of the organization including the front lines

Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise consulting, operations transformation, or professional services
- 4+ years in leadership roles managing large cross-functional delivery teams
- 4+ years of experience in at least one regulated industry — Healthcare, Insurance, or Banking
- Strong operational background — able to redesign complex business processes
- Proven success leading digital transformation using modern SaaS technologies
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation, process improvement, and AI-enabled change
- Demonstrated ability to create BRDs, process documentation, and implement best practices
- Experience deploying platforms such as CRM, ERP, EMR, RPA, or low-code solutions
- Understanding of data architectures and enterprise integration patterns (APIs, ETL, etc.)
- Executive-level presence with strong consulting rigor and stakeholder influence
- Highly organized — able to oversee multiple programs while maintaining quality
An Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Experience in Healthcare delivery transformation strongly preferred
- Experience transforming multiple different parts of organizations (i.e GTM, operations, HR) across multiple industries (most relevant to this role - healthcare, insurance, financial services)
- Background in SaaS implementation leadership and/or solution architecture
- Experience scaling a Consulting/Professional Services function in a high-growth environment
- Familiarity with AI automation, intelligent agents, and process optimization frameworks
- Strong change-management expertise — both cultural and operational
- CRM transformation experience (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, etc.)

Requirements
- 10+ years of high-impact experience at a top-tier consultancy or a high-growth SaaS platform.
- Sector Expertise: Deep experience in at least one highly regulated industry—Financial Services (FSI), Insurance, or Healthcare.
- Delivery Mastery: A proven track record of managing complex client engagements from first meeting to proven value
- Problem Solver: The ability to take a messy, manual business process and re-architect it into a clean, automated workflow.
- Executive Presence: The ability to command a room of C-suite stakeholders and pivot from high-level strategy to granular execution.
- Experience leading cross-functional or technical delivery teams, including engineers

About the Role
We are seeking Account Executives with a history of selling into mid-market accounts within the banking and mortgage lending industries as we introduce our next-generation platform to these markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Hunting: This is a full-cycle AE role. You will be responsible for prospecting into accounts, mapping out new logos, and finding innovative ways to close business.
- Shape Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to drive growth, ensuring alignment with Kizen’s overall business objectives.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations. Understand their business needs and challenges to position Kizen’s solutions effectively.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to your manager. Utilize insights to refine sales strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 4-6 years of experience in hunting and closing net-new business across the banking or mortgage verticals.
- Consultative Sales Background - Skilled at deeply understanding prospect business objectives and needs, creating custom use cases on Kizen’s platform, and building strategic plans tailored to each client.
- You must have deep technical knowledge and be able to articulate this in a concise and simple manner to potential clients. Navigating conversations with technical buyers (CTO/CIO).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders. You are a multi-threading fanatic.
- Ideally have an existing book of business that you will have the ability and trust to bring and deploy new technology to.
- Frequent Travel For Large Deals & Live Events - 2X per month on average, budget season could require weekly travel.

In this highly dynamic role, you’ll lead our teams responsible for:
- Pipeline Generation: You will own the numbers, driving the strategy and execution to generate qualified leads and measurable ARR.
- Rapid Experimentation: You will design, test, and iterate on growth hacks across multiple channels, knowing when to double down and when to pivot. From paid search, to SEO/GEO/AEO to email to other digital channels, you own it.

- Rapid Experimentation & "Growth Hacking" We operate in a fast-paced environment where yesterday's tactics might not work tomorrow. Develop and manage high-impact digital marketing campaigns. You will implement a vigorous A/B testing framework across landing pages, ad copy, and email sequences. You will ruthlessly analyze data to find the lowest Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and highest lifetime value (LTV) channels.
- AI-Integrated Campaign Strategy You will leverage AI tools to automate workflows, personalize outreach at scale, and uncover hidden data trends that inform our growth strategy.
- Cross-Functional Alignment & Analytics Own the marketing funnel (MQL, SQL, Pipeline) and provide clear, actionable reporting on campaign performance, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on investment (ROI). Growth also doesn't happen in a silo. You will partner tightly with Sales to ensure lead quality and smooth handoffs, and collaborate with Product to align marketing messaging with rapid feature releases. You will also own the growth dashboard, reporting on key metrics to leadership weekly.
- AI-Driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Partner closely with Sales leadership to identify, target, and win high-value enterprise accounts. You will design and execute highly personalized, multi-touch ABM campaigns, treating our biggest prospects as a "market of one." By leveraging AI to predict buyer intent, map complex buying committees, and hyper-personalize outreach at scale, you will drive engagement with key decision-makers and accelerate our highest-value deal cycles.
- Website & Conversion Rate Optimization Lead A/B testing initiatives on the company website and landing pages to improve user experience and optimize lead capture conversion rates.
Requirements
- Experience: 6+ years in a growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing role within a B2B SaaS/tech/services environment.
- Track Record: Proven success in taking a company from early-stage revenue to a scaled pipeline (e.g., $10M to $50M+ ARR).
- The "Athlete" Mindset: Exceptional agility; you are comfortable with ambiguity, can think on your feet, and pivot strategies based on real-time data.
- AI Fluency: Strong familiarity with, or a deep desire to master, AI tools for marketing (e.g., LLMs for copywriting, predictive scoring, automated workflows).
- Technical Chops: Proficiency in MarTech stacks (e.x., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Looker, SEMrush, Apollo).
- Analytical Prowess: You are highly data-driven. You dream in CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and cohort analysis.
- Channel Expertise: Hands-on experience managing and scaling paid search, paid social (especially LinkedIn), and outbound email campaigns.
- Copywriting Skills: Ability to write compelling, conversion-focused copy for ads, landing pages, and emails both with or without AI.

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Solutions Engineer to join our growing team. In this customer-facing role, you will partner with our GTM organization to drive successful post-sale implementations. Reporting directly to the VP of Solutions, you will leverage your technical expertise in enterprise solutions to showcase Kizen's value, solve complex customer challenges, and ensure seamless adoption.

- Transforming client needs into powerful solutions using our low-code platform
- Guiding clients through the entire deployment journey — from kickoff to go-live
- Working with APIs, automation tools (like Zapier/Workato), and data pipelines to build seamless integrations between platforms
- Cleaning and transforming data to ensure every field lands in the right place, at the right time

Requirements
Minimum Requirements — What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise consulting, solution architecture, or SaaS implementation

- Experience designing data models and integrations (APIs, ETL processes), particularly between systems like EMRs, CRMs, ERPs, etc.
