About The Role

As Fora expands globally, we’re hiring an International Sales Operations Manager to build and own the systems that power advisor acquisition across international markets. This is a high-ownership, infrastructure-focused role at the intersection of sales strategy, analytics, and operations.

Reporting to the Head of International and partnering closely with Sales and cross-functional teams, this person will shape the international sales infrastructure, enabling scalable advisor growth outside the U.S. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, including direct engagement with prospective advisors and full ownership of the international sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities

International Ops & Localization

• Design and localize the international acquisition journey, building scalable workflows and sales sequences tailored to each region’s norms and channels.
• Build and integrate new international lead-facing tools and communication channels such as WhatsApp for Business, WeChat, and Intercom.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and improve the advisor lead experience.

Funnel Ownership

• Own the end-to-end international advisor sales funnel in the CRM, from lead sourcing and scoring through conversion and handoff.
• Build and continuously improve inbound and outbound sales strategies to drive high-quality international pipeline.
• Create and maintain sales playbooks, outreach sequences, objection-handling guides, and scripts tailored to international markets.
• Establish funnel reporting and analytics by tracking conversion rates at each stage, identifying drop-off points, and implementing data-driven improvements.
• Host sales calls, onboarding webinars, and informational sessions for prospective advisors.

AI & Tech Enablement

• Use AI tools to improve sales efficiency, including lead qualification, follow-ups, and internal workflows.
• Build or contribute to playbooks, scripts, and automation that increase productivity across international operations.
• Partner with internal teams to test and deploy AI-driven solutions that support advisor growth at scale.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Team Management

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Operations to implement company-wide initiatives, experiments, and improvements.
• Act as a voice of the international advisor, sharing insights to inform product and operational decisions.
• Onboard and manage remote team members.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in a revenue operations or go-to-market role with direct exposure to sales processes
• Proven experience building or improving sales processes and workflows with measurable impact on funnel performance
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex systems and multiple workflows simultaneously
• Fluency in English and at least one additional language
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of ownership and ambiguity
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with prospective customers and internal stakeholders

Strongly Preferred

• Experience supporting or selling into international markets across regions such as LATAM, APAC, Europe, or the Middle East
• Experience designing localized sales motions or adapting go-to-market strategies by region
• Familiarity with international communication tools and channels such as WhatsApp, WeChat, or similar platforms
• Experience using AI tools to enhance sales workflows, automation, or productivity
• Background in a startup or high-growth environment with exposure to systems-building or operational scaling

Compensation

Compensation for this role varies based on experience, with an indicative range of $90K–$130K + equity. Final compensation will depend on the level at which the candidate is hired, as we’re considering multiple levels for this role.

About The Role

We’re seeking a Head of Operations to accelerate the growth of Fora across Asia. This leader will grow the market in terms of the advisor base and revenue and ensure scalable, best-in-class operations. They will unlock advisor potential by building the right partnership ecosystem and financial structures in the region. 

This role may be based in East Asia (China, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong or Taiwan), Singapore, or New York City. Candidates based in Asia will work remotely with a requirement to travel to New York City 1–2 times per quarter. Candidates based in New York City will be expected to travel to Asia 1–2 times per quarter.

Key Responsibilities

P&L and Performance Ownership:

• Own the full P&L for the Asia market, ensuring efficient spend versus revenue growth.
• Develop and execute the country strategy, aligned with Fora’s international priorities and KPIs.
• Oversee end-to-end revenue performance, forecasting, and KPI tracking.

Strategy, Operations, and Compliance:

• Understand priorities for your market, define and operationalize strategic priorities.
• Work with international team members and leadership to align with Fora’s international expansion framework and adapt go-to-market strategies accordingly.
• Manage localization of tools (e.g. HubSpot, Intercom, WhatsApp) for advisor and client workflows.
• Build and optimize operational processes across advisor onboarding, support, payments, compliance, and other key areas essential to market operations.
• Ensure adherence to local tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.

Marketing & Growth: 

• Lead the go-to-market strategy, including paid marketing, PR, partnerships, and events.
• Create locally relevant messaging, content, partnerships, and client-facing events to grow Fora’s presence in the market.
• Monitor and improve CAC and LTV per advisor, ensuring growth efficiency.

Advisor Success & Community Building:

• Ensure the success of advisors across Asia, proactively identifying and closing gaps across training, onboarding, platform tools, partnerships, client-facing materials, and community engagement.
• Serve as the “face of Fora” for advisor questions and concerns in your market.
• Lead and host advisor events to strengthen Fora’s local community and brand presence.
• Build and manage relationships with local travel partners, tourism boards, and related organizations based on advisor business needs.

Leadership & Team Management

• Act as the leader of Fora in Asia, representing the company across internal and external initiatives.
• Source, vet, and manage third-party partners or vendors to strengthen and scale local operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop your local team, ensuring alignment with established goals and performance metrics.
• Foster a culture of efficiency, accountability, and advisor-first servant leadership.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Mandarin

• Experience living or working in Asia
• 6–8+ years of total professional experience, including: 
  • Operations leadership in a high-growth environment (such as a fast-scaling startup) 
  • Experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a similar analytical setting
• Excellent organizational and project management skills; proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with the ability to build financial and operational models from scratch and discern data
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field
• Ability to travel regularly

The Coordinator, Business & International Operations plays a critical role in scaling two strategic growth initiatives: International expansion and the Accessible Travel Program. Launched in January 2025, Fora’s Accessible Travel Program positions the company as a leader in the rapidly growing accessible travel market—driving inclusion while unlocking meaningful commercial growth.

This is a high ownership role designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity, is excited to build structure from the ground up, and wants hands-on exposure to how new business lines are launched, operationalized, and scaled. You will work closely with partners across the company to turn early traction into durable, repeatable programs that improve advisor experience and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Accessible Travel Program

• Own day-to-day execution of the Accessible Travel Program, building scalable workflows, systems, and advisor resources.
• Manage program budget, external consultants, and key supplier, media, and community partnerships.
• Track performance and implement operational improvements to increase advisor efficiency and sales impact.

International Operations

• Support strategic projects across the International Team, including testing new channels, products, and go-to-market approaches for global expansion.
• Work cross-functionally to execute project plans and track milestones, KPIs, and program impact to support broader roll-out.
• Design and implement scalable, support operational systems to support a fast-growing global advisor base.
• Identify gaps in processes or execution and proactively design and implement solutions (e.g. automating support flows, reducing ticket volume, and improving self-service tools).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of professional experience; previous work in operations, consulting, or a startup is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with a bias toward action.
• Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly, juggle multiple priorities, and solve problems independently.
• Strong communicator with the ability to work diplomatically across diverse stakeholders.

About The Role

As Fora expands globally, we’re hiring an International Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive advisor acquisition in new markets. This is a high-ownership, customer-facing role at the intersection of sales, growth, and international operations.

Reporting to the Head of International Markets, you’ll be an early member of the Business & International Operations (BIO) team, helping shape how Fora onboards advisors outside the U.S. You’ll build region-specific sales motions, support scalable workflows, and serve as a primary point of contact for international prospects. This is a remote-optional role with travel to New York City 1–2 times per year.

Key Responsibilities

Advisor Acquisition & Sales

• Lead inbound and outbound sales efforts to recruit new international Fora advisors
• Qualify international leads and convert them into active advisors
• Own and continuously improve the international advisor sales funnel in HubSpot, including follow-ups and conversion tracking
• Host sales calls, onboarding webinars, and informational sessions for prospective advisors

• Proven ability to book meetings through cold outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn)
• Fluency in English and at least one additional language
• Ability to work European hours
• Experience selling into international markets (e.g., EMEA, APAC, LATAM)
• Strong communication skills and comfort leading sales calls and webinars
• Analytical, process-oriented mindset with experience tracking funnel metrics
• Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM and comfort using AI tools to increase efficiency
• Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
