What You Will Do
You will work closely with product and platform engineering teams to improve the security of Lattice’s applications and services.
Product Security & Engineering Partnership
- Partner with engineers to identify, triage, and remediate security issues in product features and services
- Participate in security reviews and threat modeling for new features and systems
- Perform security-focused code reviews and help identify common vulnerabilities
- Contribute to secure-by-default patterns, libraries, and tooling in our TypeScript-based stack
Security Tooling & Operations
- Help implement and operate security tooling (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, etc.)
- Support vulnerability management workflows, including internal findings and bug bounty reports
- Assist in investigating security issues and assessing risk and impact
Cloud & Platform Security
- Collaborate with platform and infrastructure teams to improve application and cloud security posture
- Contribute to improving security practices in AWS-based environments
AI/LLM Security
- Assist in identifying and mitigating risks in AI/LLM-powered features, including prompt injection, data leakage, and unsafe output handling
- Apply emerging best practices (OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications) to real product use cases

What You Will Bring to the Table
Experience that is important for you to have at some level:
- 1–3+ years of experience in product security, application security, or software engineering

What you’ll do
- Own the end to end user experience for our Performance Reviews product area – a unique opportunity to revolutionize the performance review process for the AI era.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer stakeholders to define, scope, and execute against solving customer and business needs.
- Design systems, not features –– understanding how the Performance Reviews product fits into the entire customer journey.
- Partner deeply with other product areas to ensure the customer experience is cohesive, not disjointed.
- Work closely with your engineering team throughout the design and development process, bringing your team along and then ensuring every detail of the design is implemented in a high-quality way.
- Lead through ambiguity and own the hardest design problems.

What you’ll bring

Core design skills
- 7 to 10+ years designing complex workflows, in particular flows that move across or have impact on multiple products within a suite.
- Expert-level understanding of visual and interaction design: including typography, hierarchy, spacing, grids, and responsive layouts. Capable of producing novel, high-quality UI and occasionally diverging from standard patterns when it elevates the overall product.
- Strong systems thinking: proven success working with an established design system, by reusing existing components, as well as driving the evolution of that system by building net new components and layouts.
- Experience working across multiple teams to connect the dots, regularly considering the holistic user journey and how individual design decisions impact the cohesion of that journey.
- Experience deeply understanding customers and their needs, working closely with User Research and Data to collect and evaluate both quantitative and qualitative inputs, and incorporate those into your work.

- A builder mindset: you’re comfortable prototyping, working in coding tools, and using modern AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, coding agents) to accelerate how you work.
- An interest in applying AI tooling to your design process to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and depth of thinking.

This is Procurement at Lattice
Lattice’s Procurement Team builds value for the company through both supplier and stakeholder relationships and balanced agreements. As part of the accounting team, we place a large focus on risk mitigation and compliance in addition to the commercial elements of the deals we support. Contract details: This is a five-month contract role, fully remote, 3 days/week guaranteed with the potential for additional hours as needed. You’ll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the full procurement lifecycle, procurement orchestration tools (P2P), and exposure to a high-performing tech organization.
What You Will Do
- You’ll be responsible for reviewing, scoping, negotiating, and executing procurement requests from intake through signature.
- You’ll partner with cross-functional leaders, stakeholders, and department contacts from FP&A, Finance, IT, Security, Compliance, Privacy, and Legal to ensure our deals meet or exceed team requirements.

AI Evaluation & Quality Systems
- Contribute to AI evaluation pipelines, including offline evals, production tracing, and feedback systems.
- Implement and maintain performance metrics (e.g., response quality, task success, reliability) using established frameworks.
- Help create and maintain evaluation datasets and test cases to identify regressions.
- Analyze results and propose incremental improvements to model and agent quality.
AI Systems & Infrastructure
