The Role

Gigs is expanding into Brazil and this role sits right at the center of that buildout. We're at an exciting inflection point: the strategic groundwork has been laid, priorities are set, and we're now fast moving into execution mode across a wide range of complex workstreams.

As Senior Business Operations Associate, you'll be the engine that makes this happen. You'll work directly with our Brazil lead to drive execution across multiple high-stakes, ambiguous tracks, context-switching between a business development negotiation, a product requirement, and a process design challenge, often on the same day.

This isn't a support role, it's a builder role. You'll own problems end to end, drive clarity where there isn't any, and move fast to deliver results that matter. What You Will Do

Drive the Brazil launch program - own the day-to-day execution of our most critical workstreams across commercial, legal, technical, and operational tracks, including finance, tax, compliance, CX, and SIM fulfillment. You'll keep things moving, hold stakeholders accountable, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks..
Solve complex, ambiguous problems - take ill-defined challenges, structure them, and turn them into clear paths forward. You'll be the person who figures out what needs to happen and makes it happen.
Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders - act as the connective tissue between Gigs' global teams (Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Operations) and our local partner, keeping everyone aligned and accountable.
Build operational processes from scratch - design, adapt, and implement scalable workflows for new (local) business processes, from SIM inventory management to tax compliance and customer support.
Support commercial and financial decisions - prepare analysis, business cases, and briefing materials that help leadership make fast, well-informed calls.
Identify and close gaps - proactively surface risks, blockers, and inefficiencies before they become problems, and come with a proposed solution.

What We Are Looking For

6–10 years of experience in business operations, strategy & operations, product operations, management consulting, or a similarly high-performance environment, ideally with some exposure to early-stage or high-growth environments.
A bias for action - you don't wait for perfect information. You structure the problem, make a call, and move. You're just as comfortable in a spreadsheet as you are in a room full of ambiguity.
Strong business judgment - you can connect the dots across commercial, operational, and product dimensions and understand what actually matters.
Some product sensibility - you understand how technical systems work well enough to be a credible interlocutor with engineering teams and to help shape operational requirements.
Excellent communication - clear, concise, and confident across written and verbal formats. You can align a room of senior stakeholders or write a crisp one-pager without much help.
Entrepreneurial and accountable - you take ownership. When something's yours, it gets done. You treat problems like a founder would.
Based in São Paulo - this is a hybrid role but requires regular in-person presence.
Portuguese fluency required; strong English is essential for working with our global team.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and craft-obsessed creative designer to set the bar for Gigs’ next phase of growth. You’ll join us as a foundational member of our Brand Studio and play a pivotal role in bringing Gigs’ brand and web design to new heights. You’ll also have the opportunity to work with some of the world’s most exciting brands and apps, crafting experiences that support their journey with Gigs from first touch to consumer launch.

What You Will Do

Elevate Gigs’ brand across all channels, formats, and verticals.
Collaborate directly with a variety of stakeholders to translate big ideas into visually compelling deliverables.
Iterate on the design foundation and scale the design language of a fast-growing generational scale-up, as part of a small high-impact team.
Create templates and systems for yourself and the rest of the Design team to deliver at pace without sacrificing quality.

What We Are Looking For

Technical skills
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong motion design skills (e.g. After Effects) and ability to bring assets to life.

The Role

Partner Marketing at Gigs is deeply cross-functional. You’ll collaborate closely with Implementations, Product, Sales, Account Management, Creative, Finance, and Data to ensure our partnerships deliver meaningful value to end users and drive sustained revenue growth.
You’ll shape how connectivity is positioned, launched, and scaled within our partner ecosystem. Our team operates across the full product lifecycle — from influencing product strategy and launch readiness to driving adoption through always-on growth campaigns. The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to help shape and scale how Gigs shows up in the world.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the center of our marketing efforts. You will play a key role in defining how Gigs is positioned in the market and how our story evolves as we scale.

You will own and execute across brand, content, performance, AI-driven marketing, and events. You will collaborate closely with Product, Partnerships, Design, and our Executive Team to bring our story to life in every touchpoint.

What You Will Do

Own Gigs’ brand and content storytelling across channels, including our website, blog, social media, case studies and other key marketing assets
Own and evolve our AI marketing strategy, improving how Gigs is represented, discovered, and recommended across LLMs and emerging AI-driven channels
Manage and optimize performance marketing channels such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Lead internal communications to ensure leadership and cross-functional teams are aligned and informed on key marketing initiatives
Plan and execute event marketing, from strategy through on-the-ground coordination
Partner with Design to ensure consistency and quality across all campaigns and marketing assets

The Role

A Solutions Engineer is our customers’ technical partner at Gigs. You will help customers plan, coordinate and successfully launch integrations using the Gigs API.

The role is a unique blend of the technical, strategic and operational. Work can range from partnering with Product on a critical feature blocking a strategic onboarding, to scoping, coordinating, and driving an API implementation over multiple geographies with one of the world’s largest Fintechs.

Implementation sits within Customer Success at Gigs but the role lies at the heart of Gigs’ different functions. You will work closely with Product and Engineering, working together to scope new features and provide on-going feedback. But you will also be heavily involved with Growth: working in tandem with the Business Development team for new implementations and being the main point of contact with our largest customers as they do further development.

What you’ll do

Deliver customer implementations. You will act as an owner, treating each API integration as a unique proposition and carefully scoping and delivering the perfect implementation for a specific customer’s use case. You will work step by step with the customer to ensure that they are including the right feature set, API endpoints, and wireframes for success.
Key technical contact. You’ll work with our customer’s engineering and product teams as they integrate and continue to develop with Gigs, and advise them on the best implementation path.
User flow advisor. You will be the subject matter expert when it comes to the UX/UI the customer builds, and specific endpoints that are required to build out a best in class user experience.
Project management. You have experience with and are a super user of Smartsheets, Asana, Linear, or another type of project management tool. You will own a portfolio of complex, critical implementations and projects, and will shape roadmaps, define key milestones, and track progress to ensure successful execution ahead of the deadline.
Cross-functional coordination: You will ensure alignment across Business Development, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams, driving them toward a shared vision. By setting clear goals and building cross-functional roadmaps, you will keep all stakeholders focused, coordinated, and executing efficiently.
Product Management. We’re creating a completely new product, so you will need to spot when a new feature could help unlock a use case and be comfortable working with product and engineering to make it a reality.
Commercial Strategy: Understand the commercial fundamentals of each implementation and work to ensure they are delivered successfully. Deeply understand what characterises a high conversion user flow and help our customers successfully implement it.

What we are looking for

You are an implementation powerhouse: You have 5+ years of experience in Implementation, Professional Services, or Product Management at a B2B or SaaS tech company. Your expertise lies in working with high-growth, product-led technology companies, ideally in FinTech or HR. You’ve worked on complex API integrations and you know exactly how to execute them successfully.
You have exceptional project management skills: Juggling multiple high-priority projects is second nature to you, thanks to your outstanding organizational skills and ability to maintain clarity in chaotic situations. You are organized and are a champion at pushing customer projects forward.
You balance a technical, product, and commercial mindset: You have a strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and influence product development, and a deep understanding of API’s and webhooks. Additionally, your business acumen shows you have the ability to onboard into complex, operationally intensive industries, and ensures well-rounded decision-making.
You are a master of communication: Your written and verbal communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to convey complex ideas effectively and engage with diverse stakeholders. You are able to persuade C-level executives at leading tech-enabled businesses.
You are proactive, creative, and hands-on: You take the initiative to tackle challenges, bring creativity to your work, and consistently think ahead in a fast-paced environment. The Role

Implementation sits within Customer Success at Gigs but the role lies at the heart of Gigs’ different functions. You will work closely with Product and Engineering, working together to scope new features and provide on-going feedback. But you will also be heavily involved with Growth: working in tandem with the Business Development team for new implementations and being the main point of contact with our largest customers as they do further development.

What you’ll do

Deliver customer implementations. You will act as an owner, treating each API integration as a unique proposition and carefully scoping and delivering the perfect implementation for a specific customer’s use case. You will work step by step with the customer to ensure that they are including the right feature set, API endpoints, and wireframes for success.
Key technical contact. You’ll work with our customer’s engineering and product teams as they integrate and continue to develop with Gigs, and advise them on the best implementation path.
User flow advisor. You will be the subject matter expert when it comes to the UX/UI the customer builds, and specific endpoints that are required to build out a best in class user experience.
Project management. You have experience with and are a super user of Smartsheets, Asana, Linear, or another type of project management tool. You will own a portfolio of complex, critical implementations and projects, and will shape roadmaps, define key milestones, and track progress to ensure successful execution ahead of the deadline.
Cross-functional coordination: You will ensure alignment across Business Development, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams, driving them toward a shared vision. The Role

An Implementation Manager is our customers’ technical partner at Gigs. You will help customers plan, coordinate and successfully launch integrations using the Gigs API.

The Role

Gigs is growing fast across markets, and we need someone to build the operational systems that make that growth possible. That includes compliance -- but this isn't a compliance role. It's a BizOps role where regulatory work is one of the hardest and most important problems you'll solve.

You'll build workflows, design processes, ship tooling, and work across Business Development, Legal, Product, and Engineering. You'll enable how we launch new markets, how we stay compliant across jurisdictions, and how we keep internal operations tight as we scale.

This is our first hire in this area. You'll shape the function from scratch.

What You Will Do

Build our operational infrastructure for market expansion. Own the end-to-end process for launching in new markets: regulatory readiness, product compliance checks, internal workflows, and cross-functional coordination.
Turn regulatory requirements into systems. Work with Legal to understand what's required, then build clear, repeatable processes that the team can follow without bottlenecks. Don't just document rules -- make them run.
Automate before it breaks. Partner with Engineering and Product to embed controls into our systems early. Reduce manual work. Build things that scale before they need to.
Own filings, registrations, and reporting. Manage our ongoing regulatory obligations across jurisdictions. Track deadlines. Make sure nothing slips.
Run audits. Develop audit frameworks for internal operations and customer-facing processes. Keep them current.
Track compliance health. Define metrics, build dashboards, flag problems early, fix them fast.
Keep documentation sharp. Maintain policies, procedures, and process docs that are clear, findable, and up to date.
Stay ahead of regulatory changes. Monitor new requirements across target markets. Build implementation plans before deadlines arrive.

What We Are Looking For

5+ years in business operations, ideally at a fintech, payments company, or other regulated tech business.
You've built or scaled operational systems in a fast-moving environment. You know how to take a messy process, structure it, and make it run.
Real experience with compliance or regulatory work -- not as a lawyer, but as someone who's turned regulatory requirements into working processes across areas like product compliance, vendor risk, or cross-border operations.
Comfortable with tooling: GRC systems, databases, workflow automation. You don't need to be an engineer, but you can build things using AI.
Strong communicator. You can explain a regulatory filing to an engineer and a process gap to a lawyer.

Bonus if you have experience in telecoms, fintech, or B2B SaaS.

The Role

The Role

As the GM / Head of Gigs for Work, you will own the end-to-end business for Gigs' flagship enterprise product — a platform that simplifies global phone plan management for companies operating in 50+ countries. You'll be the GM of this vertical: owning P&L, go-to-market strategy, product direction, customer success, and operational execution.

Gigs for Work replaces the tangled web of rigid carrier contracts, unpredictable roaming fees, and manual IT work with a single platform where companies can activate, manage, and scale employee phone plans globally. The product offers unlimited local talk, text, and data via enterprise SIMs from the world's top networks; global roaming data covering 195+ countries; secure mobile hotspot; eSIM delivery through Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, and email; powerful usage and spend reporting; and automated SIM provisioning tied to the employee lifecycle.

You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Connectivity, Growth Marketing, and Customer Success to scale this business from its current traction to category-defining status. This is a rare opportunity to build and lead a vertical with massive TAM at the intersection of enterprise SaaS, telecom infrastructure, and the future of work.

What You Will Do

Own the Gigs for Work P&L: drive revenue growth, manage costs, and be accountable for key business metrics including ARR, logo acquisition, net revenue retention, and gross margin.
Define and execute the GTM strategy: build the sales motion (direct and embedded/channel), pricing & packaging, ICP definition, and competitive positioning for enterprise buyers (IT, HR, Finance, and Procurement leaders).
Lead and scale the team: hire and manage a cross-functional team spanning business development, customer success, operations, and growth marketing for the vertical.
Drive product strategy: serve as the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering; prioritize features, integrations (Rippling, Deel, Workday, etc.), and platform capabilities that unlock expansion.
Build strategic partnerships: develop and manage relationships with HR tech platforms, device management providers, and channel partners to embed Gigs for Work into existing enterprise workflows.
Own the customer journey end-to-end: from first touch through implementation, launch, and ongoing account management; ensure world-class NPS and expansion revenue.
Manage carrier and connectivity operations: work with the Connectivity team to negotiate carrier contracts, launch new countries, and ensure operational excellence across 50+ markets.
Represent Gigs for Work externally: be the face of the product at industry events, in customer executive meetings, and with press and analysts.

What We Are Looking For

10+ years of experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or infrastructure companies, with at least 3–5 years in a GM, Head of Product Line, Head of GTM, or similar P&L-ownership role.
Proven track record of scaling a B2B product or vertical from early traction to significant revenue (ideally $5M–$50M+ ARR range).
Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, including selling to IT, HR, Finance, and Procurement stakeholders.
Experience building and leading cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, ops, CS) in a fast-paced, startup or scale-up environment.
Strong product intuition — ability to translate customer needs and market trends into product priorities and work closely with engineering teams.
Experience with platform/API businesses, partnerships, or embedded distribution models is highly valued.
Exposure to telecom, connectivity, or adjacent infrastructure categories (device management, HRIS, expense management) is a strong plus but not required.
Exceptional communication skills — able to operate at both the strategic and tactical level, and influence across all levels from ICs to C-suite.

The Role

As an Operations hire for Gigs for Work, you'll be the operational backbone of one of our fastest-growing verticals. This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role, where you'll own relationships with 50+ carriers across the globe, integrate them into our systems, and ensure every touchpoint operates with precision and consistency as we scale.

You’ll work closely with Connectivity, Product, and Go-To-Market to turn local carrier agreements into long-term, high-functioning partnerships. What you will do

Own carrier relationships end-to-end: from onboarding newly signed carriers to maintaining and deepening those relationships over time across multiple countries and regions.
Lead carrier integrations into Gigs systems, coordinating across internal teams and external partners to make each launch smooth and scalable.
Be the primary point of contact for carrier accounts: managing day-to-day communications, resolving issues quickly, and building trust over time.

The Role

As Business Operations Analyst you'll sit at the intersection of our data team and core leadership. You'll report to the Head of Data, but your primary mission is to work directly with our founders and Chiefs of Staff — turning the questions that keep leadership up at night into rigorous, clear, actionable analysis.

Gigs is a genuinely complex business. We operate across multiple markets, network partners, product lines, and customer segments — and understanding what's really happening at any given moment requires someone who can move fluidly between a SQL query and a founder conversation. You won't hand work off to a strategy team. You'll own the insight end-to-end: structuring the problem, writing the code, building the asset, and delivering an answer that changes how someone thinks about a decision.

This is a high-visibility role with real stakes. The Founders Office will rely on you to keep them genuinely and actively informed — not with surface-level summaries, but with the kind of honest, precise analysis that holds up to scrutiny in a room full of smart people.

What You Will Do

Own the analytical layer for the founders' operating cadence. Build on top of our existing data platform and metrics to maintain the dashboards and recurring analyses that keep leadership aligned on what matters — growth, retention, ARR, unit economics, and operational health.
Turn ambiguous questions into defensible answers. Work directly with founders and Chief of Staffs to scope and answer high-priority business questions. Take the ambiguous ask and return with a clear, structured answer — and the judgment to know when it changes the decision.
Drive alignment on how we measure the business. Get stakeholders on the same page about how key metrics are defined, tracked, and interpreted. Build out vertical-specific views that give leadership a clear, consistent lens into different parts of the business.
Use SQL and AI — to get to the truth. Extract, shape, and analyse data across our stack. Build lightweight assets yourself and know when to pull in the broader data team. Use AI as a core part of your workflow: to write code faster, explore datasets, and accelerate the path from question to answer.
Support strategic planning cadences. QBRs, annual planning inputs, ad-hoc initiative tracking. The deliverable is almost never a long deck — it's a tight doc, a clear chart, or three sentences that reframe how leadership is thinking.

What We Are Looking For

3–5 years of experience in a role where analytical rigour was non-negotiable — consulting, investment banking, strategy or BizOps at a fast-scaling tech company, or a data analytics role where you consistently translated numbers into business decisions.
Strong SQL skills and the ability to build analytical assets that real stakeholders depend on. Python is a plus.
Fluency with AI tooling as a day-to-day working practice — for writing code, exploring data, and accelerating analysis.

The Role

As a Support Operations Engineer, you are the backbone of how Gigs delivers support at scale.

This role sits at the intersection of Delivery and Scale. You're not just closing tickets. You're identifying what's driving them, feeding that back to Product and Engineering, and maintaining the AI tools and documentation infrastructure that keeps the entire operation improving over time.

We're looking for someone who cares deeply about the customer experience, thinks in systems, and is always asking why something broke rather than just closing the ticket and moving on. You'll be working across customer interactions, operational processes, and data, and you'll be expected to bring your full brain to all three.

This is an early and foundational role on a team we're building intentionally. The people who do well here are the ones who see a gap and fix it, who notice patterns before anyone asks them to, and who make the people around them better.

This role is located in our New York hub.

What You Will Do

Own how we interact with our customer and partner end to end, across all channels, from first contact through resolution
Identify recurring issues and escalation patterns and translate them into actionable improvements for Product, Engineering, and internal processes
Maintain and improve the knowledge base and documentation infrastructure that powers our support operation and AI tools
Configure, optimize, and improve the tooling and workflows the support team runs on
Work closely with Technical Support on complex escalations, and with BizOps, Connectivity, and product teams when issues point to something systemic
Contribute to automation and agentic support initiatives, helping define how AI fits into the support workflow
Track and analyze support data to surface insights, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement

What We Are Looking For

Experience in a customer-facing or operations role at a tech company, ideally in a B2B or B2B2C environment
Strong analytical mindset, you're comfortable working with data and drawing conclusions from it
High technical aptitude, you need to be able to understand how products work and learn complex tooling quickly

The Role

Partner Marketing at Gigs is deeply cross-functional. You’ll collaborate closely with Implementations, Product, Sales, Account Management, Creative, Finance, and Data to ensure our partnerships deliver meaningful value to end users and drive sustained revenue growth.
You’ll shape how connectivity is positioned, launched, and scaled within our partner ecosystem. Our team operates across the full product lifecycle — from influencing product strategy and launch readiness to driving adoption through always-on growth campaigns. The Role

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will serve as the technical anchor for our support operations. You exemplify excellence in every response - whether to a business customer or an end-user - intuitively adapting to their distinct perspectives. You do not just close the tickets assigned to you; you take ownership of a healthy queue, ensuring the entire operation runs smoothly.

In this role, you will act as the primary escalation point for complex connectivity challenges that stump our Tier 1 partners. You will navigate the entire technical stack - from debugging API logs to troubleshooting live network connectivity issues for end-users. You will act as a bridge, translating technical root causes into clear solutions for customers while feeding critical insights back to our Product and Engineering teams. You ensure that when a user needs to connect, the Gigs platform delivers.

This role is located in our New York hub.

What You Will Do

Drive Technical Resolution - Go beyond standard fixes to deconstruct complex provisioning and API failures. You will investigate the "why" behind an error to prevent it from recurring.
Troubleshoot Connectivity - Serve as the domain expert for network-related incidents. Whether it’s a failed SIM activation or an outage, you will diagnose the issue and guide customers to a resolution.
Empower Tier 1 Support - Act as the safety net and mentor for our Tier 1 support team. You will unblock them on escalated tickets and provide the technical guidance they need to handle less complex issues independently.

The Role

As our Head of Communications, you’ll shape how Gigs shows up. We are the first in our category and our ambition is to build a beloved brand. The Role

At Gigs, customer support isn’t a back-office function — it’s a core part of our product. We're building a support experience that’s fast, frictionless, and scalable — powered by automation, AI, and great humans. Your job is to lead this effort.

You’ll be responsible for designing and scaling support across every dimension: our subscribers, our enterprise customers, our product flows, and our global ops partners. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Network teams to make sure customer issues go down as Gigs grows — not up.

This role reports to the Head of Product, because we believe support should be productized: self-healing flows, intuitive self-serve, and AI-first assistance. You’ll play a key role in shaping and rolling out this vision.

What You’ll Do

Lead a high-performing support team across Tier 1–3, with a focus on speed, efficiency, and exceptional quality.
Own outsourcing partnerships, ensuring consistent, cost-effective, high-quality service — especially for Tier 1/2.
Scale “support as a product” for our B2B customers — handling end-user support on their behalf and turning this into a core offering.
Automate everything that can be — from root cause detection to resolution — by working closely with our AI and product teams.
Manage incidents and escalations with clear customer communication, structured post-mortems, and strong cross-functional coordination.
Build with the long term in mind — setting up the right processes, tools, and KPIs to help us scale across markets and customer segments.
