FanDuel is seeking a Games Specialist to help scale our rapidly growing business and strengthen our position as the premier destination for online casino. This role is centered on delivering best-in-class game content, with a sharp focus on the preferences and behaviors of the US customer.
You will actively manage and curate our casino lobbies, ensuring players are consistently presented with the most relevant and engaging content based on data and key performance metrics. You will partner closely with game suppliers to ensure the timely launch of high-quality titles from roadmap alignment through configuration and release. Acting as a key point of contact for vendors, you will build strong relationships, organize upcoming releases, and identify new content opportunities that keep our offering fresh and competitive.

- Curate localized casino lobbies by surfacing the newest and highest performing content based on key game performance KPIs and player engagement data.
- Coordinate lobby elements such as game tiles, videos, banners, and more.
- Build and manage strong relationships with casino game suppliers, serving as a key point of contact for game delivery.
- Track and analyze game performance metrics, including player engagement, popularity, and seasonal trends. Leverage data-driven insights to make informed content decisions to best service FanDuel Casino players.

What we're looking for in our next teammate
- 3+ years’ experience in e-commerce, content management, or a similar role
- Strong industry experience preferred, but not required, ideally with particular focus on slots, live casino, gaming content providers, and iGaming generally
- If no gaming experience, transferrable skills in functions including content management, homepage optimization and third-party content partnerships will be considered
- A skilled relationship builder, you will form strong, sustainable business relationships internally and externally

The applicable salary range for this position is $73,000 - $91,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. FanDuel is seeking a Senior Director of Product, Discovery & Engagement to provide vision, direction, and strategic leadership to our Discovery and Engagement efforts within the Sportsbook. This role is accountable for defining and executing product strategy across multiple domains, ensuring tight alignment to broader Business Unit and FanDuel-level objectives while balancing near-term delivery with long-term innovation.
As a Senior Director, you will operate as a portfolio owner and strategic leader, not just a people manager. FanDuel is looking for a Product Analytics Manager to join our growing Flywheel & New Ventures (FNV) team supporting FanDuel Predicts. This role will be responsible for leading product analytics and experimentation initiatives in line with our goals of deepening engagement with existing customers and opening up new customer acquisition opportunities. This role is critical in helping product and commercial leadership make data-driven decisions, optimize product performance, and guide long-term product strategy.

- Work as a strategic partner to the product, commercial, and marketing teams to identify areas where KPIs, product metrics, insights, and experimentation can shape the roadmap or drive objectives
- Execute the Predicts product analytics and experimentation strategy to support product development and decision-making

- Present data insights and experimentation outcomes to key stakeholders, focused on delivering actionable insights

- An excellent understanding of product metrics and the latest techniques in measuring the customer experience and app performance combined with the ability to use those skills to influence the product development lifecycle.
- Proven track record in the implementation of analytics and measurement solutions in a digital ecosystem, expert level knowledge of product analytics tools
- Strong experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills. Able to influence decision makers at all levels with data-driven insights, demonstrated experience leading
- Strong experience in SQL, with experience writing complex queries.
- Deep understanding of statistical methods (e.g., t-tests, chi-square, regression analysis)
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or related field.

The applicable salary range for this position is $129,000 - $171,100 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. The MerchOps Experimentation Associate supports the merchandising experimentation program across FanDuel Sportsbook and Predicts, partnering closely with the Senior Associate, Experimentation and the MerchOps Sr. Director. This role sits at the heart of how we test, learn and ship improvements to the customer experience - from A/B tests to multivariate and multi-armed bandits - covering the full experimentation lifecycle at a smaller scale, with guidance from more senior team members on design nuance and go/no-go decisioning.
The Associate will help run experiments end-to-end across both surfaces — Sportsbook merchandising (parlay module, pre-packaged bets, market templates, SGP/SGP+, X-Event) and Predicts (prediction markets UX, module placement, event discovery). They'll partner cross-functionally with Product, Risk & Trading, Tech, Commercial, and UX Analytics to build, QA, monitor, and report on tests, keeping the pipeline visible and the learnings flowing back into the roadmap

- Experimentation Backlog — Support the Senior Associate in grooming and maintaining the testing backlog across Sportsbook and Predicts, helping keep ideas, hypotheses and priorities clearly documented and visible to stakeholders.
- Intake & Triage — Be a first point of contact for experiment ideas coming from Product, Commercial and Marketing, capturing requirements and surfacing feasibility questions for senior review.

- Analysis & Decisioning — Contribute analysis and point-of-view to go/no-go rollout discussions, with senior team members owning the final call, and help standardize learnings back into the MerchOps knowledge base.

The MerchOps Experimentation Associate supports the merchandising experimentation program across FanDuel Sportsbook and Predicts, partnering closely with the Senior Associate, Experimentation and the MerchOps Sr. Director. This role sits at the heart of how we test, learn and ship improvements to the customer experience - from A/B tests to multivariate and multi-armed bandits - covering the full experimentation lifecycle at a smaller scale, with guidance from more senior team members on design nuance and go/no-go decisioning.
The Associate will help run experiments end-to-end across both surfaces — Sportsbook merchandising (parlay module, pre-packaged bets, market templates, SGP/SGP+, X-Event) and Predicts (prediction markets UX, module placement, event discovery). They'll partner cross-functionally with Product, Risk & Trading, Tech, Commercial, and UX Analytics to build, QA, monitor, and report on tests, keeping the pipeline visible and the learnings flowing back into the roadmap

- Experimentation Backlog — Support the Senior Associate in grooming and maintaining the testing backlog across Sportsbook and Predicts, helping keep ideas, hypotheses and priorities clearly documented and visible to stakeholders.
- Intake & Triage — Be a first point of contact for experiment ideas coming from Product, Commercial and Marketing, capturing requirements and surfacing feasibility questions for senior review.

- Communication — Keep stakeholders updated via Slack, Confluence and quarterly summaries, maintaining clear records of in-flight and completed tests across Sportsbook and Predicts.
- Analysis & Decisioning — Contribute analysis and point-of-view to go/no-go rollout discussions, with senior team members owning the final call, and help standardize learnings back into the MerchOps knowledge base.

- 1–2 years of experience in an analytical, operations or product role, ideally within digital marketplaces, ecommerce, gaming or sports betting.

- Familiarity with Amplitude Analytics (or a comparable analytics/experimentation platform) is highly preferred.

- Metrics and Strategic Oversight: Establish, track, and communicate success metrics (e.g., deposit success, auth rate etc.) Use a data driven approach to prioritize work and drive measurable impact.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Lead complex initiatives end-to-end—from discovery and business case through delivery and iteration. Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk/Fraud, and Operations; remove blockers and drive decisions.
- Experimentation and Iteration: Champion a test-and-learn approach: concept validation, A/B tests, pilots, and phased rollouts.
- Product Quality and Delivery: Partner with engineering to ensure clear requirements, strong acceptance criteria, and high-quality launches. Manage dependencies, triage issues, and act as an escalation point to keep delivery on track.
- Stakeholder Management and Influence: Deliver concise, action-oriented communication and confidently present to senior leadership and cross-functional partners to secure buy-in, align priorities, and drive outcomes.

What we're looking for in our next teammate
- 7 years + payments product or product management experience
- Passion for sports betting and sports-adjacent products
- Knowledge of sports and/or experience working within a heavily regulated industry is a plus
- Comfort crafting business cases, prioritizing tradeoffs, and communicating clearly with executive stakeholders.
- Experience building products in heavily regulated environments and working closely with Legal/Compliance
- Technical fluency: ability to collaborate deeply with engineering on APIs, payment flows, risk systems, experience with 3rd-party integrations is a plus.
- Bonus: experience with prediction/futures market mechanics or cryptocurrency/digital asset products

The applicable salary range for this position is $129,000 - $171,100 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
