About the role

We are seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to own the end-to-end vision and evolution of Roku’s home-grown Video Ad Platform. This platform powers programmatic advertising across Roku Media and connects supply, demand, data, and ad decisioning into a unified marketplace.

The Customer Problem

When you open Spotify, the homepage is different for every user. When you browse Nike's site, products are ranked by what Nike thinks you'll buy. When you log into Chase, offers are tailored to your spending. This is web and mobile personalization: deciding in real time what each customer sees inside your product. It directly moves conversion, retention, and revenue at the point where customers are already engaged.

Almost nobody does it well outside of companies that build it from scratch. A single experiment (testing whether high-spend users convert better seeing a loyalty upsell on the account page) requires an analyst to build the segment, a PM to write targeting rules, a designer to create variants, an engineer to instrument the test, and someone to monitor results. Most teams run 5–10 per quarter and end up with a handful of static rules covering a fraction of their users.

What We're Looking For

• Zero-to-one track record. Products you built from nothing to meaningful revenue, ideally at a B2B SaaS company. Domain matters less than evidence you can find product-market fit under uncertainty.
• Technical depth. Can evaluate architectural tradeoffs, debate infrastructure decisions with senior engineers, and reason about things like batch vs. real-time and caching strategies at the level of product decisions.

The Problem

Every large advertiser runs the same loop: strategist reviews performance data, decides what to test next, briefs a designer, waits for assets, hands them to a media buyer who builds campaigns across Meta and Google and TikTok, launches, monitors, repeats. The process is slow because creative production, campaign management, and performance analysis happen in three separate systems, and insights travel between them through decks, Slack threads, and weekly syncs.

Companies like Nike, Uber, and PepsiCo spend millions per month on digital ads and employ entire teams just to keep this loop turning. Most teams run 10 to 15 creative tests per month because every test requires manual work across multiple tools and teams. The result: most ad spend runs against stale creative, performance degrades from fatigue, and the gap between "what's working" and "what gets made next" is measured in weeks.

Why Agents Change This

Advertising is uniquely high-leverage for AI agents because nearly every step in the workflow is now automatable, and the steps compound:

• Research. Agents can continuously monitor competitor ad libraries, auto-classify creative by format, hook, and message, and surface positioning gaps. What used to require a strategist spending hours in Meta Ad Library happens in the background, always current.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales Leadership, ideally with experience in SaaS and a high-velocity sales motion.

As VP of Sales, New Verticals, you will own the strategy, execution, team, and revenue results for Flex's expansion into utilities, insurance, and broadband — three large, underserved markets where consumers deserve the same payment flexibility Flex pioneered in rent.

Compensation

Flex takes a market-based approach to pay, ensuring compensation is commensurate with a candidate's experience and our internal leveling guidelines. The base salary range for this role is $143,000 to $210,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. What You’ll Do: 

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager focused on CoreWeave SUNK (Slurm on Kubernetes), you will be responsible for how CoreWeave positions and brings to market its research and training cluster offering for the most demanding AI workloads. SUNK is a core product within the CoreWeave platform, designed to support large-scale, long-running training jobs where reliability, predictability, and operational visibility are as critical as performance.

In this role, you will develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging that presents SUNK as the best research cluster for AI training—a researcher-first system that preserves the Slurm workflows teams rely on while reducing the complexity of operating and maintaining large training environments. You will translate SUNK’s capabilities, including high-performance and topology-aware scheduling, automated cluster health management through Mission Control, and deep operational visibility, into narratives that resonate with AI research leaders, platform teams, and technical buyers.

You will operate independently within a defined product scope, partnering closely with product management and engineering to bring new SUNK capabilities to market. This includes shaping launch narratives, incorporating customer and competitive insight into messaging, and ensuring GTM assets reflect how research clusters are evaluated, deployed, and operated in practice. You will also collaborate with sales, solutions architects, and marketing partners to scale consistent, outcome-oriented messaging across customer-facing motions.

Success in this role requires strong technical fluency, sound judgment, and a bias toward execution. You will seek out insight from real research deployments, identify gaps in how SUNK is understood in the market, and iterate on positioning over time to improve clarity and effectiveness. You will use data and feedback to demonstrate how your work contributes to product adoption, deal progress, and competitive differentiation within the CoreWeave platform.

Who You Are: 

• 5+ years in product marketing, technical marketing, product management or GTM–ideally within cloud infrastructure, AI and machine learning, SaaS, or enterprise tech.

• Proven track record of developing or shaping demos, reference content, and narratives that translate complex training or research infrastructure into customer adoption.
• Experience working with customer journeys, use cases, and customer proof such as case studies or testimonials

About the Team

Compass Development Marketing Group (CDMG) provides research, pre-development planning, marketing, sales, and leasing services to developers building new residential projects across New York City. Our team advises on everything from unit mix and pricing strategy to go-to-market execution. We are now building a technology layer to match the sophistication of the advisory work we do, and this role is central to that effort.

Please note that this is a 100% in-office role.

The Role

This is a builder role. You will design and develop the next generation of internal tools, data infrastructure, and AI-powered workflows that power CDMG’s advisory platform. You will work directly with our research analysts, project managers, and sales leadership to identify where technology can create leverage across the business and then build the systems to deliver it.

The scope is broad and the environment is entrepreneurial. You will own the full cycle from identifying a workflow problem to architecting a solution to deploying it. You will not be managing a large team or sitting in planning meetings all day. You will be writing code, designing data models, and shipping tools that people use.

A central focus of this role is scalability. CDMG produces high-value analytical work for its developer clients, including building-level performance dashboards, public records analysis, competitive market reports, and offering plan breakdowns. You will build the data pipelines, templates, and tooling that allow these deliverables to be produced faster and deployed across any building in the portfolio, giving the team leverage to take on more projects at a higher standard.

You will also serve as the technical partner to our research function, working closely with analysts to expand how research is produced, structured, and delivered. This is not a research management role. It is an infrastructure role that multiplies what the research team can do.

The base salary for this role is between $75,000–$175,000 per year and represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range at the time of posting. A discretionary bonus may be awarded in recognition of individual and company performance.

Maven is looking for an exceptional sales Director to join our Employer Sales team. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for driving growth across our employer segment. You’ll create market demand, develop strategic approaches to prospects and buyers, and structure deals that are compelling, scalable, and aligned with Maven’s long-term growth.

As the Director, Employer Sales at Maven, you will:

• Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing sales team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets

Role Responsibilities

• Own and execute an enterprise sales strategy targeting large organizations in regulated and at risk industries such as Financial Services, Technology, Staffing, Healthcare, and Security & Defense.
• Lead consultative, multi-persona discovery across CHROs, CISOs, and CIOs to diagnose identity gaps across the hiring and access lifecycle and quantify the financial impact of fraud, operational inefficiency, and compliance risk.
• Drive both direct enterprise deals and co-sell motions alongside our platform partners—to source, progress, and close pipeline.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline and achieve bookings and revenue targets.
• Articulate ID.me’s Employee Lifecycle value proposition through compelling presentations, demos, and executive-level proposals.
• Spend significant time in the field with prospects and customers. This is a relationship-driven, high-trust sale. In-person engagement with enterprise security and talent leaders and ecosystem partners will be essential to accelerating deal progression.
• Contribute market intelligence on competitive dynamics, product gaps, and evolving buyer behavior back to BD and Product to sharpen positioning and accelerate roadmap priorities.
• Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Consulting, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure seamless handoff, long-term value realization, and expansion into post-hire use cases after initial deployment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in a quota-carrying, “hunter” sales role
• Year-over-year track record of achieving quota and being recognized as a top performer
• Experience working within employment, hiring, or related fields; experience with identity related solutions is strongly preferred 
• Closed opportunities with ACVs ranging from $100k to $1m on 6 to 12 month sales cycles
• Trained in leading sales methodologies (i.e. Command of the Sale, Message)
• Experience selling technology into commercial markets, specifically top enterprises
• Demonstrated success in interfacing with customers and building trust
• Experience working for a team in a startup at a growth stage is highly desired

ABOUT THE JOB

RADAR sells a technically complex platform into enterprise retail. The sales cycle involves multiple stakeholders across IT, operations, merchandising, and finance, each evaluating the platform from a different angle. The commercial team needs materials, messaging, and competitive intelligence that are accurate, current, and useful in an active deal, not polished for their own sake.

This role owns the internal product marketing function: positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, sales enablement, and the materials the commercial team uses to move deals forward. It is not a demand generation or brand role. The output is clarity, credibility, and tools that help RADAR's commercial team have better conversations with retailers at every stage of the buying process.

Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain RADAR's product positioning and messaging across segments, use cases, and buyer personas, ensuring the commercial team has a clear, consistent story that reflects current product capabilities
• Build and manage the sales enablement library: pitch decks, capability overviews, ROI frameworks, objection handling guides, integration briefs, and battlecards
• Own competitive intelligence, maintaining current profiles on direct and adjacent competitors, tracking product and go-to-market changes, and synthesizing implications for RADAR's positioning and sales approach
• Lead the product launch process for significant releases, coordinating messaging, internal readiness, and retailer-facing communication across product, commercial, and customer experience teams

At RADAR, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. The expected base salary range for this position is $170,000-$200,000. Who You Are

This job is interdisciplinary - a mix of strategy, operations, and sales to identify where customers encounter friction in the upsell process, upsell current customers on our products, and improve the customer experience to drive greater revenues per customer. You will become an expert on upselling Justworks’ smaller businesses from Basic to Plus by working with Sales, Customer Success, Underwriting, and Product teams. You will propose and implement new strategies, materials, and processes to increase upsell conversion rates as well as answer and reduce customer questions.

As the department and company grow, we will be incorporating other Justworks products into our upsell catalog so that we can better meet our customers’ needs!
