The Senior Associate, Claims and Benefits Analyst owns end-to-end member-level billing and reimbursement accuracy, corrections, and escalations. This is a senior operational role responsible for resolving complex billing discrepancies, conducting cross-system investigations, and safeguarding the integrity of cost-share calculations, claims processing, eligibility inputs, and reimbursement workflows.

What You’ll Do

Own Complex Billing & Reimbursement Escalations

• Manage complex billing cases and reimbursement requests from intake through final resolution.
• Investigate discrepancies related to eligibility, prior authorization, cost-share (copay, deductible, out-of-pocket), accumulators, and denied claims.
• Conduct thorough reviews of reimbursement submissions to identify errors in processing and ensure correct payout amounts and methods.
• Ensure all corrections align with compliance standards, internal policies, and payer requirements.

Conduct Cross-System Investigations

• Analyze claims lifecycle data, eligibility feeds (RTE), accumulator logic, and backend billing workflows.
• Differentiate between one-off errors and systemic configuration or automation issues.
• Escalate infrastructure-level defects with clear documentation and impact analysis.
• Perform end-to-end review and resolution for complex member benefits and claims escalations.
• Engage with Maven members via Zendesk support tickets, emails, reimbursement processing, and other business channels as needed.

Partner Cross-Functionally

• Collaborate with Payment Operations, Revenue Cycle Management, Engineering, Finance, Member Benefits, and external TPAs.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for backend billing adjustments and payer coordination.
• Work with internal teams to provide clear and concise explanations of complex billing and benefits issues.

Improve Processes

• Identify recurring billing defects and operational risk trends.
• Recommend workflow or system improvements to reduce future escalations.
• Contribute to SOP refinement and billing integrity initiatives.

Communicate with Clarity

• Explain billing determinations, denials, and member financial responsibility in a clear, compliant, and empathetic manner.
• De-escalate sensitive disputes while maintaining financial accuracy and professional transparency.

What You Bring

• Experience: 4–5+ years in healthcare billing, claims operations, revenue cycle management, or benefits management.
• Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of claims adjudication, cost-share structures, eligibility verification, and accumulator logic.
• Analytical Rigor: Experience managing complex billing investigations across multiple systems and performing root-cause analysis.
• Systems Fluency: Familiarity with TPA platforms (e.g., Alegeus or similar billing/claims systems).

Maven is looking for a Senior Benefits Consultant (Labor & Public Sector), who will report to the Head of Growth Enablement & Strategic Alliances, and be accountable for converting the consultant-influenced pipeline to sales. This role will build strategies for their territory and core consulting firm relationships, create pipeline, progress deals and drive bookings with a particular focus on labor and public sector markets. Success is measured by pipeline, win-rates and closed booking, with targets aligned to company growth goals.

As a Senior Senior Benefits Consultant at Maven, you will:

• Accountable to achieving individual pipeline goal: Originate and qualify new opportunities through consultant networks including those serving labor and public sector clients
• Advance deals to close: Partner with Sales to shape deal strategy and influence consultant recommendations, achieving win rate target

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative Clinical Insights Analyst to help us analyze, evaluate, and communicate how Maven’s world-class support for women and families impacts clinical (e.g., preterm birth, mental health) and business (e.g., productivity) outcomes.

The Clinical Outcomes Analyst will collaborate closely with members of the Sales and Client Success teams as well as the Data Team, Product Team, and Clinical Operations Team. As an Clinical Insights Analyst at Maven, you will:

• Help design and execute studies to evaluate Maven’s impact on health outcomes and ROI for existing clients, including analysis of healthcare claims and self-reported platform data, study design, and communication of results in Powerpoint and / or Word

Maven is looking for a Manager, Payments Program Governance who will own and evolve the governance framework for our payment products. This role will be responsible for authoring and maintaining payment policies and SOPs, identifying and mitigating risks related to inaccurate or inconsistent adjudication decisions, and partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence. This role reports to the Director of Payments and plays a critical role in supporting scalable, compliant, and high-quality payment operations while protecting member experience and financial integrity at Maven.

As a Manager, Payments Program Governance at Maven, you will:

• Own the end-to-end program governance framework for Maven’s payment products, ensuring policies and standards drive accurate, consistent, and compliant adjudication decisions.

About the team

We're looking for a Senior Analyst, Workforce Management to own demand and supply forecasting across Maven's multiple member-facing services and workflows, monitor operational metrics, and optimize Maven's workforce to ensure service level objectives are met while balancing cost. This role sits at the intersection of data, operations, and strategy, translating complex demand signals into workforce decisions that allow Maven's frontline teams to meet our members when they need us most.

As the WFM subject matter expert at Maven, you'll take what we do today and make it materially better — building the models, planning cadence, and analytics infrastructure behind our workforce strategy. You'll partner closely with Finance, Operations, and Product to design processes that are data-driven and built to evolve with the business.

• Develop and improve complex demand forecasting models across our multiple workflows / channels, translating demand trends into forward-looking workforce strategy.

Minimum qualifications

• 5+ years of WFM experience in a scaled B2C CX organization (contact center, member services, or comparable). You've owned forecasting and capacity planning across multiple channels and queues — not just executed someone else's plan.
• Experience owning demand forecasting models for scaling businesses and designing/maintaining WFM schedules across multiple roles/channels, including shrinkage modeling, shift bidding, PTO processes, and capacity planning inputs.
• Track record managing intraday operations — monitoring real-time queues, adjusting staffing plans, communicating deviations, and executing mitigation tactics to protect SLAs.
• Demonstrated ability to drive RCA on SL misses and cost overruns — decomposing variances into drivers and turning findings into model and operational improvements.
• Ability to translate operational insights into system configuration recommendations, including routing logic, skill assignments, and WFM tool optimization to improve accuracy and workflow efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills and data storytelling — you can present a clear narrative with data to operations, finance, and executive audiences.
• Experience analyzing large data sets to draw insights and inform operational decisions; advanced Excel/Sheets modeling.

About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic narrative leader to own and evolve Maven’s go-to-market narrative across B2B and D2C. This role will shape how we communicate the value of Maven’s end-to-end women’s and family health platform to employers, health plans, consultants, and to members navigating some of life’s most important healthcare decisions.

This is not a traditional product or content marketing role. You will define the core company-level narrative frameworks that anchor our go-to-market efforts, ensuring that narrative is expressed consistently across key touchpoints, including corporate pitch decks, landing pages, and campaign materials. Your job is to ensure one coherent company-level narrative across enterprise sales, enrollment marketing, and new product launches, as well as support brand campaigns and major company moments with the rest of the brand and communications team.

As a Director of GTM Narrative at Maven, you will: 

• Define and evolve Maven’s main narrative across B2B and D2C, ensuring one coherent story that connects employer value and member experience
