Maven is looking for a commercially-minded and strategic Client Success Manager to join our Client Success team, to own relationships with our employer accounts. 

The Client Success Manager will be the main point of contact for employer accounts introduced through Maven’s channel partnerships - driving enrollment and engagement while taking direct accountability for net revenue retention, renewal health, and expansion readiness.  You’ll translate member outcomes into quantifiable business value for clients, orchestrate cross-functional motions with Sales, Renewals, Product, and Analytics, and build the strategic account plans that protect and grow Maven’s revenue. This is not a reactive support role,  it’s a commercial position that requires equal parts relationship depth, analytical rigor, and business acumen. This person will be on the front lines as a trusted advisor to our clients and a key partner to our channel partnership teams. 

As Client Success Manager at Maven, you will:

What we’re looking for you to bring:

• 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client services within digital health, healthcare, benefits, or SaaS companies, with demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and contribute to commercial outcomes.

About the team

We're looking for a Senior Analyst, Workforce Management to own demand and supply forecasting across Maven's multiple member-facing services and workflows, monitor operational metrics, and optimize Maven's workforce to ensure service level objectives are met while balancing cost. This role sits at the intersection of data, operations, and strategy, translating complex demand signals into workforce decisions that allow Maven's frontline teams to meet our members when they need us most.

As the Director, Employer Sales at Maven, you will:

About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic narrative leader to own and evolve Maven’s go-to-market narrative across B2B and D2C. This role will shape how we communicate the value of Maven’s end-to-end women’s and family health platform to employers, health plans, consultants, and to members navigating some of life’s most important healthcare decisions.

This is not a traditional product or content marketing role. You will define the core company-level narrative frameworks that anchor our go-to-market efforts, ensuring that narrative is expressed consistently across key touchpoints, including corporate pitch decks, landing pages, and campaign materials. Your job is to ensure one coherent company-level narrative across enterprise sales, enrollment marketing, and new product launches, as well as support brand campaigns and major company moments with the rest of the brand and communications team.

The right candidate understands how to bridge audiences and tell compelling stories grounded in data. You can articulate financial impact and outcomes to executive buyers while also communicating trust, empathy, and clarity to members.
