The Manager, Client Advice & Management is responsible for managing multiple projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost to deliver specified requirements and meet customer satisfaction. Position Summary
The role of a Manager, Communications Designer is to supervise and manage our integrated media planning product and assume an active role on the business. The Manager, Communications Designer will assist with the development of media strategies and operating procedures and will also be responsible for leading, mentoring, coaching and developing employees.
This role requires you to work as part of an integrated media planning team to ensure the product is grounded in insights and experience, resulting in flawless media executions.
Key Responsibilities
· Accountable for leading the preparation, writing and presentation of integrated media plans, proposals and analysis that satisfy client objectives and that go beyond the brief.
· Maintain stewardship and accountability of the media plan, regularly evaluating and monitoring execution.
· Liaise and foster knowledge-sharing with other disciplines internally, partner agencies and other departments to ensure that media and client knowledge is current.
· Ensure that all media plans adhere to the agency's values, philosophies, and processes.
· Lead the preparation and presentation of evaluations of media opportunities, media trends and issues of interest to clients.
· Awareness of client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and objectives, ensuring that tracking is in place for check-ins as required.
· Manage and lead a team of employees. Effectively communicate agency goals, manage workloads, provide ongoing performance feedback and support professional development. Interview and participate in hiring decision of employees if/when required.
· Accurately and effectively manage client’s day-to-day planning requirements, with a strong understanding of client’s business objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
· Inform leadership of potential challenges and opportunities as it relates to client and/or people management.
· Influence decision making by encouraging appropriate strategies and benefits of offerings to clients.

Position Overview
As Associate Director, Communications Design you are the orchestrator of the Communications Plan, and all its detail. Working with the Director, Communications Design, you oversee the translation of the idea approach into the detailed communications architecture and connected plan, the brand will take to market, tied to culture. Your role is to curate every detail to create powerful experiences for your client’s brands in market, aligned to the strategy and idea leaning into your knowledge of how communications work in today’s dynamic landscape.
As the Associate Director, Communications Design, you will help to manage the delivery of next generation plans. You will work with the Specialty Business Units, and creative partners to design the right tactics for the idea. You will work with strategic audience experts on the right high value audiences to meet the brief. You will work with growth analytics to guide the appropriate high-level communications goals required to deliver the business outcomes. You will work with partnerships to identify and vet the short-list of the right channels and partners for the task, you help to make the strategic direction and idea a reality.
Responsibilities
· Oversees the development of the detailed communications plan to power the idea
· In conjunction with Director, Communications Design present the Connections Design holistic approach to the relevant stakeholders
· Manage the outputs of day-to-day requirements and workflow of the client as it relates to Communications Design
· Present client education program around Communications Design relevant marketplace trends.
· Oversee the management and training of design team in communications planning fundamentals
· Spearhead the best practice application of planning approach including key tools and techniques to surface media and marketing intelligence and insights to produce an impactful, culturally rich communications plan across owned, earned, shared, paid (OESP)
· Write and manage outputs from RFP submissions from the Design discipline, in collaboration with Partnerships leads
· Contribute to client Key Performance Indicator (KPI) delivery and to Specialty Business Units (SBU) growth and client profitability

Required Skills and Experience
· Experience in an integrated planning role in media, publisher / vendor, or communications discipline (digital, content)

The Media Supervisor will act as the go-to resource for media budget, client billing and support for PI, Kinesso, and Local Mediabrands. You will be responsible for leading and managing the execution and updates of media tools, prepare written and present competitive spending reports and insights. Portfolio & Growth
· Assist with day-to-day operations of the client media plan and budget details, including flowchart, budget trackers, ensuring client signs accurate, timely media authorizations prior to buys.
· Attend client status meetings and demonstrate interest in client's business/category.
· Act as the go-to resource for media budget, client billing and support for PI, Kinesso, Local Mediabrands as they take on accountability (in 2024) Prisma entry, invoice reconciliation and channel-level budget tracking.
· Responsible for getting client MBA (media buy authorization) signed prior to the buy being place.

The Senior Associate, Paid Social will provide tactical paid social recommendations and manage paid social media campaigns for clients. Role Description
For our Biddable team, we are looking for a Biddable Senior Executive, who will support the Biddable Manager and Account Director in delivering high-performance advertising campaigns across both Search & Social platforms.
The role will involve developing a full understanding of Search Engine Marketing, assisting the team in the building and optimization of Search and Social campaigns, data gathering for reporting, competitor and market trend analysis and more. Role Description
You will be responsible for supporting the senior team members on the delivery of meaningful insights and strategic direction across the agency’s full range of digital marketing disciplines (including SEO, Biddable Media, Content and Social), in addition to primary research and audience insights.

As Manager, Communications Design, you are managing the production and application of accurate and insightful consumer, cultural relevant, media and market intelligence to contribute to an impactful communications/media plan. In this role, you are leading the preparation of the communications/media plan flowchart via MediaTools or Lumina and ensuring the communications plan is built on solid, data rich fundamentals. · Responsible for maintaining impactful media plans; oversight of brand media plans, financials, ATBs and billing documentation internally and for the client
· Leads internal, client and partner agency status calls and updates; organizes and coordinates call-reports and ensures that follow-ups are documented and carried out in a timely manner
· Digests the client's goals/target and leads compiling planning inputs – competitive reporting, syndicated audience research, landscape trends, campaign learnings
