Position Summary
The role of a Manager, Communications Designer is to supervise and manage our integrated media planning product and assume an active role on the business. The Manager, Communications Designer will assist with the development of media strategies and operating procedures and will also be responsible for leading, mentoring, coaching and developing employees.
This role requires you to work as part of an integrated media planning team to ensure the product is grounded in insights and experience, resulting in flawless media executions.
Key Responsibilities
· Accountable for leading the preparation, writing and presentation of integrated media plans, proposals and analysis that satisfy client objectives and that go beyond the brief.
· Maintain stewardship and accountability of the media plan, regularly evaluating and monitoring execution.
· Liaise and foster knowledge-sharing with other disciplines internally, partner agencies and other departments to ensure that media and client knowledge is current.
· Ensure that all media plans adhere to the agency's values, philosophies, and processes.
· Lead the preparation and presentation of evaluations of media opportunities, media trends and issues of interest to clients.
· Awareness of client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and objectives, ensuring that tracking is in place for check-ins as required.
· Manage and lead a team of employees. Effectively communicate agency goals, manage workloads, provide ongoing performance feedback and support professional development. Interview and participate in hiring decision of employees if/when required.
· Accurately and effectively manage client’s day-to-day planning requirements, with a strong understanding of client’s business objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
· Inform leadership of potential challenges and opportunities as it relates to client and/or people management.
· Influence decision making by encouraging appropriate strategies and benefits of offerings to clients.
· Participate in additional agency/team projects and new business presentations as required.
· Oversee financial media control, including purchase authorizations, billing and budget control reports and ensure that discrepancies are resolved in a timely fashion.

The role of the Account Manager, Paid Search is responsible for client communication and will develop and oversee execution of digital plans and strategies for our clients. They will also operate as an internal resource for digital subject-matter expertise.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The role of a Media Solutions Specialist is to maintain all client budgets/ media buys in the media system and act as a liaison between media planning & buying teams, Initiative finance team and client’s Finance & Marketing Operations team. · Conduct in-platform checks throughout campaign lifecycles to prevent budget overspend or underspend. Monitor campaigns’ performance across defined KPIs.
· Ensure efficient budget allocation and adjustments across campaigns and ad groups to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
Reporting & Analysis
· Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
· Develop and deliver comprehensive reports to stakeholders, including key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations for optimization (bi-weekly or monthly).
· Leverage all available Retail Media campaigns data sets to enhance reporting and recommendations.
Craft Development
· Educate agency teams and clients on best practices and campaign objective requirements.
· Partner with Account Manager and other Campaign Managers to source proposals from media partners and liaise with Specialty Business Units (SBUs) as required.

- Professional or educational background in Retail Media or Advertising.

- Proficiency in using 3P SaaS platforms or data aggregators for Retail Media such as Pacvue or Skai is highly desirable.

- Comprehensive experience in retailer managed Shopper campaigns & programs (eg. Walmart, Loblaws, Flipp, others) would be considered a plus.

Position Summary
The Account Manager, Programmatic is responsible for responsible for campaign set up, tagging and optimization. Their goal is to improve the quality and performance of our campaigns.
Responsibilities:
· Ensure effective set up of advertisers, line items (tactics) in various Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) including DoubleClick Bid Manager, TURN, The Trade Desk, Adobe, etc.
· Ensure creative in display, video, mobile, rich media, etc., is uploaded and assigned.
· Ensure campaign set up checklist for is adhered to and provide final sign-off/approval of campaign set up QA.
· Implement applicable Brand Safety measures to a campaign (e.g. MOAT, IAS, OpenSlate, Nielsen DAR, etc.)
· Generate DSP conversion and remarketing pixels.
· Generate campaign performance, delivery and site level reports from DSPs.
· Review and flag any potential challenges (e.g. low viewability placements, non-brand safe sites, etc.) or opportunities (e.g. high performing placements with low eCPMs) and create site lists based on reports.
· Implement and troubleshoot DSP pixels within tag manager.
· Resolve errors in a timely manner (e.g. adjust naming conventions/flight dates so they match the data in the DSP).
· Troubleshoot tagging issues for clients (e.g. tracking/conversion pixels, 3rd party verification, creative, etc.).
· Escalate issues to senior operations lead(s) in a timely manner.
· Build/set up campaign reports within reporting dashboard, and draw meaningful insights that correlate to industry benchmarks and brand KPIs.

The role of the Campaign Manager, Search is responsible for the overall campaign performance and execution. Their goal is to provide best in class expertise and recommendations that drive performance.
