Compensation

• The cash compensation range for this role is $150,000 - $170,000.

About the Role

As a Senior Mobile Product Designer, you will play a key role in designing and building out our Android application from the ground up. We are seeking an exceptional Staff Product Designer (Visual + Systems) to join our Growth team. About the Role:

We are seeking a Staff Product Designer to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping the future of AlphaSense’s product experience. This is a Staff-level individual contributor role, where you’ll lead through design craft, systems thinking, and a deep understanding of our customers’ workflows.

About the Position

We are looking for Staff UX Designers capable of producing elegant design solutions, while also cultivating an environment for sustainable design growth at the firm. You will be placed on one of various teams within our Technology groups, depending on your particular background and focus.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a passionate UX Designer – Growth / Monetization to own the end-to-end subscription experience and drive measurable growth for xAI’s consumer and platform products. You’ll design intuitive, high-conversion journeys that turn curious users into loyal subscribers: optimizing discovery, pricing, checkout, onboarding, billing, upgrades/downgrades, retention nudges, and churn prevention.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of shipped subscription/growth features — include case studies with clear problem statements, process, design decisions, experiments run, and quantifiable business outcomes (conversion lifts, churn reduction, revenue impact, etc.)
• Mastery of modern UX tools: Figma (primary), FigJam / Miro, and familiarity with at least one advanced prototyping tool beyond Figma (ProtoPie, Framer, Principle)

Compensation:

Responsibilities

Design Leadership & Strategy

• Drive the Vision: Lead and drive the design vision for major growth surfaces (Acquisition, Activation, Retention), aligning closely with Product and Engineering leadership to influence product strategy and experimentation roadmaps.

• Drive 0→1 Growth Initiatives: Lead early-stage, ambiguous problem spaces by framing opportunities, defining foundational systems, and shaping first iterations of new conversion and monetization experiences.

• Strategic Influence: Serve as a trusted partner to executive stakeholders, advocating for best product practices and ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.

Craft & Execution

• Complex Problem Solving: Translate business requirements, user friction points, and funnel data into clear strategy and intuitive, elegant experiences. Deliver high-quality interaction designs, prototypes, and visual systems.

• Prototyping & Validation:  Lead the way with rapid experimentation and advanced tools to bring concepts to life, iterating and validating solutions through A/B testing, quantitative data, and user feedback.

Who you are

• Experience: 12+ years of professional product design experience, with a proven track record of leading the design of product experiences with a hypothesis-driven, experimental, and metrics-driven approach to design.

Rockstar Games is seeking a passionate Graphic Designer. The successful candidate will be responsible for design and development of creative concepts primarily for the marketing department.

This is a full-time, in-office position based out of Rockstar’s NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan. 

WHAT WE DO

• The Creative Services team at Rockstar works on projects that include a wide variety of creative assets to promote and support the brand and our games.
• We make creative assets for company branding, digital, print & package design, and advertising campaigns.
• We create promotional materials, assets for events, in-game creative, and other marketing materials to support all our titles.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with a team of in-house designers, illustrators, and animators to develop creative materials from concept to final artwork.
• Ensure high-quality design concepts and complete creative materials as required.
• Work with the marketing team to effectively handle our creative projects and enhance department productivity.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously to realize the organization's creative marketing goals.
• Deliver all phases of production from concept to completion (e.g. mockups, hi-fidelity comps, production ready assets and guidelines for usage).

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of graphic design experience with a strong track record for developing striking visual identities and key art for a variety of industries and brands.
• Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and typography.
• Passion for conceptual ideation and design execution.
• Knowledge and understanding of digital, print and production processes.
• A strong interest and passion for art, design, games, music, film, and contemporary culture in general is critical.
• Independently take objectives from conceptualization to finish.
• Ability to be proactive, to identify new creative ways to help support the brand and the games.

Position Overview

FGS Global looking for an experienced UX Designer to provide project support to the firm’s Website team. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands both UX thinking and execution, and who is comfortable moving from research and wireframes into production-ready site structures using Webflow. The UX Designer will partner with creative designers, developers, and account teams to design user-centered experiences for the firm’s clients that are practical, scalable, and aligned with business goals. 

This engagement may be performed on-site or hybrid from our Washington, D.C., New York City, or Kingston, NY offices, as needed for collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Prototyping 
• Create wireframes, low- and mid-fidelity prototypes, and UX documentation in Figma
• Develop sitemaps and page structures as part of a scalable design-to-build workflow

Webflow Execution 

• Collaborate closely with developers and directly implement designs in the Webflow platform
• Ensure UX intent is preserved through build, including layout, interactions, animations, and accessibility best practices

Collaboration 

• Work alongside UX/UI designers, developers, and project managers to iterate on solutions, while carefully tracking and incorporating feedback
• Present design and UX rationale clearly to internal stakeholders and account teams

Design Systems & Assets 

• Contribute to and help maintain design systems, component libraries, and UX guidelines
• Create UX-related assets that support consistent implementation across projects

Iteration & Quality 

• Apply feedback from testing, internal reviews, and client input to refine designs
• Ensure experiences meet usability, accessibility, performance, and motion standards

UX Strategy & Research 

• Plan and conduct user research activities such as interviews, usability testing, and content audits

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer (agency or in-house)
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and responsive design
• Strong working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Practical experience working with and building in Webflow
• Hands-on experience using Relume for sitemaps, wireframes, and scalable site structures, is a plus
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to enhance design workflow and creativity—including generative AI applications (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini), image and video generation platforms (e.g., Midjourney, Sora), or AI product prototyping tools (e.g., v0 or equivalents)
• Experience designing and implementing website animations and interactions
• Basic understanding of front-end concepts (HTML/CSS) as they relate to UX
• Ability to think strategically while also executing at a detailed level
• Strong communication skills and comfort working in cross-functional teams
• A portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, process, and shipped work

This will be a 1099 independent contractor engagement, and the initial term will be for three months, with the option to extend. A submitted portfolio will be required. 

The hourly rate will be between $50-$65/hr.
