The role
The Borrow Data Science team is seeking a Senior Staff Data Scientist who will help support growth in our Home Loans business by improving SoFi’s ability to execute with data. This is an exciting role for someone to leverage their analytical skills to create robust reporting, identify growth opportunities and insights, and build ML models using Snowflake, Airflow, dbt, and Sagemaker.
As a Senior Staff Data Scientist, you will serve as a data leader, balancing urgent requests, and delivering high quality projects to key stakeholders, through a clear and repeatable data informed approach. You will be a technical leader, helping the team build reliable, efficient, and scalable data foundations. You will create a culture of strong technical ownership, documenting your approach and ideas to socialize, resulting in strategies that have a wide impact within the organization. The team
SoFi’s Credit team manages credit risk activities for our lending products (Student Loan Refinance, Private Student Loan, Personal Loan, Credit Card, and Mortgage) - including credit strategies/policies for new account origination and portfolio management, collections/recovery strategies and operations, and risk and operational data science and analytics. The team designs data-driven strategies to ensure the growth in lending is consistent with the company’s risk appetite and helps create the products and experiences that put our members’ interests first.
The Senior Credit Manager will work in the Credit team and have responsibilities to analyze and evaluate data to develop and propose value-added credit risk strategies and models for SoFi’s lending products, including Personal Loan, Student Loan Refinance, Private Student Loan, and Credit Card. The initial focus of the role will be on Personal Loan but the candidate may get opportunities to work on other lending products in the future.
The candidate will be responsible for independently developing and implementing Personal Loan underwriting strategies that meet our risk appetite, monitoring and analyzing the risk trends within the portfolio to provide insights and recommendations for strategy enhancement opportunities. She/he will be part of the Credit team with 1LOD responsibilities.
The Senior Credit Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Business Units, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Capital Markets, Product, Engineering, Legal and Compliance. The role:
The Technology and Cybersecurity risk and controls team handles a wide range of cross-functional activities, from security compliance certifications and audits, to risk management, inbound and outbound due diligence, third party risk management, security awareness, policy and procedures, and more.
Each of these ongoing parallel activities entails interpreting and setting requirements, assessing the effectiveness of security controls, risk-based decision making, cross-functional collaboration and communication, and staying up-to-date on security best practices and how changes in the evolving threat landscape need to inform our strategy.
We are seeking an experienced Security Compliance Manager responsible for monitoring and governing security controls in the cloud based on regulatory/compliance requirements and industry standards for our core Banking platform. Candidate must be able to assimilate knowledge quickly, understand stakeholder’s business challenges/risks, and act as a trusted advisor to lead change, policy adoption and monitor compliance against policies and standards.

Strategy & Roadmap Stewardship
Develop and maintain a multi-year strategy and roadmap for Threat Intelligence and Insider Risk capabilities.
Align roadmap priorities with enterprise risk objectives, regulatory requirements, and evolving threat landscape.
Identify capability gaps and define strategic investment opportunities.

Product & Capability Management
Define the value proposition and service model for Threat Intelligence & Insider Risk capabilities.
Establish clear capability maturity targets and continuous improvement plans.
Maintain and prioritize a strategic backlog aligned to measurable risk reduction outcomes.
Ensure capabilities are treated as ongoing products with lifecycle ownership, not one-time projects.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness, including intelligence relevance, dissemination timeliness, detection coverage, and insider risk metrics.
Provide executive-level reporting on capability performance, maturity progress, and risk impact.
Ensure transparency into roadmap progress and value realization.
Portfolio & Program Management
Own the portfolio view of Threat Intelligence & Insider Risk initiatives within the broader security strategy.
Structure and manage strategic programs required to deliver roadmap objectives.
Define milestones, delivery plans, and success metrics for major initiatives.
Track progress against portfolio commitments and escalate risks proactively.
Manage cross-functional dependencies across Security, Engineering, HR, Legal, and other stakeholders.
Support quarterly and annual planning cycles, including investment prioritization and capacity alignment.
Ensure predictable execution through structured governance and reporting cadence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with the Threat Intelligence & Insider Risk functional leader and team to align on priorities and execution sequencing.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.
7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or technology strategy roles.
Experience in Threat Intelligence, Insider Risk, SOC, or related security domains.
Demonstrated experience building and managing strategic roadmaps tied to measurable outcomes.
Strong understanding of adversary tactics (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK), intelligence lifecycle, and insider risk considerations.
Strong product mindset with ability to translate strategy into execution

Role Overview
The Security Product Lead – Product Security & AI Security is responsible for defining the strategic direction, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for securing the organization's product lifecycle and emerging AI/ML initiatives. This role sits within the Security Strategy & Delivery team and partners closely with the Product Security, Engineering, and Data Science/AI functional leaders and operational teams.
This position ensures that Product Security and AI Security capabilities are treated as internal security products—aligned to enterprise risk priorities, supported by a clear roadmap, measured through defined KPIs, and delivered through structured program governance.
The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence without direct authority. By proactively embedding security controls into the product development lifecycle (SDLC) and addressing unique risks associated with AI/ML systems, this role directly supports the organization's overarching goal of protecting member trust, safeguarding corporate assets, and ensuring the continued stability and growth of the business.

Develop M&A Security Strategy: Define and continuously improve SoFi's M&A security playbook, methodologies, and standards to enable rapid, consistent, and thorough security evaluations
Drive Integration Planning: Partner with target companies and internal teams to design secure integration roadmaps that balance speed-to-value with security requirements

Qualifications

The role

The Role

The Role
SoFi is looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead our Originations Core platform within the Borrow business unit. In this role, you will define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the systems and experiences that power how members discover, apply for, and manage loans across SoFi.
You will operate at the center of our lending ecosystem, owning both foundational platform capabilities and critical member-facing experiences. This includes the Borrow experience across web and mobile, reusable UI systems, entry points into the application funnel, and core originations infrastructure such as application data models and credit decisioning.

The role
SoFi is seeking an analytical Programmatic Buyer/Trader to join our fast paced in-house media team. This role is crucial for executing and optimizing complex programmatic campaigns, with a heavy emphasis on the digital video ecosystem (including Connected/Streaming TV and Digital Video). The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing high volume campaigns across multiple DSPs, ensuring performance goals are met, and translating data into actionable strategies that drive member acquisition and brand growth.
What you’ll do:
Campaign Execution & Management
○ Own the end to end execution of programmatic campaigns across multiple channel types (CTV/OTT, Digital Video, Audio Streaming) ensuring campaigns deliver in full and hit aggressive performance KPIs (e.g., CPA, ROAS, VCR).
○ Own the negotiation, setup, and performance monitoring of sophisticated programmatic deals (PMPs, Preferred Deals, Guaranteed) to secure premium inventory and unique audiences at favorable rates.
○ Serve as the platform expert for our primary DSPs, staying ahead of new features, industry best practices, and troubleshooting complex setup issues.
Data & Audience Strategy
○ Drive strategy around audience application and testing.
○ Gain hands-on experience with first party data ingestion, testing, and implementation within the programmatic ecosystem (e.g., CDP integration, DMP segment activation).
○ Utilize advanced analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel) to analyze large datasets, identify performance drivers, and generate strategic, actionable optimization insights.
Ad Operations & Tagging
○ Manage trafficking and ad serving functions, including extensive hands on experience with Campaign Manager 360 (CM360).
○ Expertly handle creative rotation, verification, and site placement management.
○ Own the process of tag building, implementation, and QA for various media vendors and campaign types to ensure accurate tracking and measurement.
Reporting & Strategic Collaboration
○ Partner closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Media strategy, Analytics, Product) to align trading strategies with broader business objectives and ensure cohesive execution.
○ Proactively monitor campaign pacing, deliverability, and performance, implementing adjustments in real time to maximize efficiency and scale.
○ Advance our internal measurement frameworks leading impact driven by campaigns to establish marketing KPIs and forecast long-term growth
○ Build reports and own communication with key internal stakeholders to keep the business apprised of marketing performance
○ Contribute platform and product feedback to internal MDS/strategy teams to drive continuous improvement in our trading capabilities and proprietary tools.
