The role:
We are seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst who will support Workday on a day-to-day basis focusing on unlocking its vast reporting possibilities. This is an exciting role for someone to make a direct impact at SoFi by shaping our processes and providing reporting solutions to help drive visibility, while also playing a key role in our implementation of Workday Financials.
Success in this role hinges on your technical aptitude, quantitative abilities, and business acumen: You are an expert in Workday Financials and also understand data flows/SQL/Tableau, while also having the ability to step back and understand the business needs. You treat stakeholders as a partnership – you are there at each step of the way and you know that we only succeed if we succeed together.
This position will be part of the Business Intelligence and Systems team within Accounting Controllership.

The role:
SoFi is searching for an Accounting Policy Manager with strong technical accounting experience to support the Company’s accounting policy function.
The Accounting Policy Manager will be responsible for supporting the documentation of technical accounting conclusions as well as the development and maintenance of the company’s accounting policies. This individual will work closely with the finance and legal teams as well as with other teams within the controllership organization to ensure compliance with applicable technical accounting and regulatory standards.
Your deep understanding of accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and industry practices will be instrumental in providing timely guidance to the business in planning transactions, programs, and products. You will also collaborate within the controllership organization to ensure accurate implementation and documentation of technical accounting decisions.
This position will report to the Accounting Director, Policy and M&A, and will be part of the SEC Reporting & Policy Controllership team.
The right candidate will have technical accounting experience across a range of topics, including loan sales, securitizations, consolidation, and revenue recognition, paired with a background in financial services and/or software & technology. The Accounting Policy Manager will also have strong communications skills, including drafting technical memos and presenting relevant accounting considerations to cross-functional audiences.

The role:
The Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Program Management Office (PMO) and Testing Group at SoFi is part of the Controllership and is responsible for ensuring the company has the necessary internal control and assessment elements in place to meet the SOX requirements. The PMO facilitates risk assessment and scoping to determine project scope of each reporting year, then prepares the internal control assessment plan and accompanying timeline, inclusive of scheduling and conducting walkthroughs for each process and control, and updating corresponding control description and process flowcharts.The Testing team facilitates all SOX management assessments for SoFi and its subsidiaries by attending control walkthroughs and conducting testing for all in-scope systems and controls. The IT Testing team performs testing over IT General Control, IT Automated Controls, Key Reports and IT-related Entity Level Controls. The Data Analytics team develops and implements testing automations, evaluates new technologies and supports reporting and dashboarding for the SOX Audit.
Responsibilities for the SOX Data Analytics & AI Manager, include, but are not limited to, identifying, developing and implementing data analytics and automation solutions for the SOX PMO & Testing teams, partnering with external stakeholders to implement automation solutions related to SOX controls, providing oversight of the SOX Data Analytics program, and assisting the SOX PM with reporting as needed. The SOX Data Analytics & AI Manager will report to the SOX IT Testing & Data Analytics Senior Manager, and will work with a mix of direct, indirect, and external team members to execute the program, including the SOX PMO IT Sr Manager and PMO team, to employ strategic and critical thinking skills to develop data analytics and automations.
