The role:

SoFi’s Affiliate Marketing Team is seeking a Senior Affiliates Manager to join us as we continue to rapidly expand our affiliate partnerships across multiple verticals.  This role’s primary focus is the “Relay Credit Score Monitoring and Financial Insights” product, Small Business Loans product, and Protect (Life and Auto Insurance) product. In this role, you’ll work closely with the x-functional team to build and maintain the affiliate program, manage internal processes (including compliance, reporting & analytics, forecasting, etc.), and lead internal stakeholder and partner engagement.

What you’ll do: 

• Maintain a deep understanding of lead generation and the day-to-day operations of managing our affiliate partners and relationships
• Optimize and develop affiliate programs and strategically growing affiliate accounts
• Passionate about developing, closing and growing affiliate partnerships. Has the ability to optimize from lead to revenue through negotiations and is able to translate that data into actions
• Highly self-motivated and success-driven professional, capable of generating relationships through own initiative
• Uses data to drive optimization decisions on performance campaign strategies, placements and creative
• Responsible for scaling volume efficiently using the data and forecasted goals within the affiliate channel
• Analyzes data, optimizes performance, identifies areas of improvement, and recommends ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues
• Develops affiliate contact management strategy and recruit new affiliates through research, referrals, and other avenues
• Works with Business Unit, Growth Engineering, Data Science, Marketing to achieve goals
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop internal strategy and structure for the Affiliate department that will support growth and long-term success

What you’ll need:

• 3+ years in Affiliate Marketing
• 7+ years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Demonstrates knowledge of, adherence to, monitoring and responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations and laws as they pertain to this position.
• Data driven mindset and experience in optimizing and scaling partnerships and/or performance campaigns
• Experience with data reporting & affiliate marketing platforms (Tableau, Impact, Snowflake etc.)
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced performance driven environment
• Effective organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

This role sits at the center of a highly strategic initiative to drive exponential, organic member growth through referrals and peer-to-peer engagement. You’ll help define how millions of members discover, share, and advocate for SoFi across our ecosystem—including Checking & Savings, Invest, Crypto, Personal Loans, Student Loans, and more.

What you’ll do: 

• Drive execution and performance of SoFi’s referrals and virality marketing initiatives, helping scale the channel into a major driver of member growth
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to define requirements and influence the roadmap of our AI-enabled referral platform
• Lead end-to-end project management of key initiatives, including launching new referral program structures (e.g., incentives, gamification, sharing mechanics) and scaling existing ones
• Collaborate with Business Unit Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, and Communications teams to develop and execute strategies that maximize referral-driven growth across all SoFi products
• Integrate referral and virality strategies into marketing tentpoles (e.g., sponsorships, events, and brand campaigns) and Social & Community teams to amplify reach and engagement
• Develop and optimize audience strategies for key segments (e.g., students, military, and other affinity groups) to increase referral rate and participation
• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities across the referral funnel, including referral rate, referrals per member, and conversion rates
• Use testing and experimentation to continuously improve user experience, messaging, and program effectiveness
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to ensure SoFi’s referral program remains best-in-class
• Communicate insights, performance, and opportunities to cross-functional partners and senior leadership

What you’ll need:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, product marketing, or related fields
• Proven ability to execute and scale marketing programs in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and optimize performance
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
• Ability to manage complex projects and drive initiatives forward in ambiguous, evolving environments
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and contribute to strategic discussions
• Customer-first mindset with an understanding of user behavior, engagement, and conversion dynamics
• Demonstrates knowledge of, adherence to, and responsibility for compliance with applicable regulations and laws

SoFi’s Affiliate Marketing Team is seeking an Affiliate Operations Specialist to join us as we continue to rapidly expand our affiliate partnerships across multiple verticals. This role’s primary focus is across our SIPS and Member verticals including Deposits, Investments, Financial Insights, and may support other products such as Credit Card, Crypto, SoFi Plus, Small Business Loans + Insurance (Protect). In this role, you’ll work closely with the Affiliate Managers &  x-functional team to provide operational support and overlap, manage internal processes (including reporting & analytics, campaign troubleshooting, ownership of long tail partnerships, etc.), and support internal stakeholder and strategic partner engagement.

What you’ll do: 

• Maintain daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting across multiple product verticals, completing analysis to identify trends in performance, areas of improvement and opportunities, and recommended ways to increase performance
• Work the Affiliate Managers to support the optimization and development of affiliate programs balancing growth, cost, and LTV
• Highly self-motivated and success-driven professional, capable of generating internal and external relationships through own initiative
• Uses data to drive optimization decisions on performance campaign strategies, placements and creative
• Support enhancement of foundational affiliate capabilities and processes including invoicing, compliance and operations
• Responsible for identifying new partners opportunities and working with Affiliate Managers to onboard and  scale volume efficiently using the data and forecasted goals within the channel
• Support the collaboration with the x-functional business team inclusive of Business Unit, Product Marketing, Data Science, and Engineering to achieve goals.
