What you’ll be doing
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure on platforms spanning AWS and GCP. Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of critical systems
- Collaborate with your peers to be responsible for the entire software lifecycle, seek the right problem to solve, and strive for excellence
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables related to your technical expertise and assigned domains
- Lead incident response efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly and minimize downtime. Implement effective incident management processes and post-incident reviews
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure the integrity and security of infrastructure and applications. Implement security best practices and compliance standards
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize system resources for maximum efficiency. Conduct regular performance tuning and capacity planning exercises
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team and across the organization. Proactively identify areas for enhancement and implement solutions to address them
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and procedures. Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and contribute to the collective learning of the team
- Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation, and be available to work with global teams in the event of critical outages
We’re excited if you have
- 12+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles
- Experience in cloud-focused software development, preferably in Go, Python, or other object-oriented programming languages
- Experience with a number of the following: ECS, Docker, Kubernetes, Envoy, Istio, Linkerd, Solo
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native technologies
- The drive and self-motivation to understand the intricate details of a complex infrastructure environment
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and compliance principles
- Proven track record of driving results and delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical project stakeholders, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Certifications in relevant technologies such as Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are preferred
- BS Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent

Deploy and evolve SRE practices across the organization by establishing core SRE principles, frameworks, and methodologies. Define and implement service reliability practices, including Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and Error Budgets, to balance innovation velocity with system reliability.

Manage Error Budgets as a mechanism for making data-driven decisions about feature velocity vs. reliability. Track, report, and enforce error budget policies, facilitating conversations between engineering and product teams about risk tolerance and release decisions.

Reliability Engineering & Infrastructure

Reduce toil through automation by identifying repetitive operational work and systematically eliminating it through infrastructure-as-code, automation frameworks, and intelligent tooling. Measure and track toil reduction efforts, aiming to keep toil below 50% of team time.

Implement capacity planning processes that ensure systems have adequate headroom to meet SLOs during peak traffic, unexpected load spikes, and degraded states. Develop predictive models and automated scaling mechanisms.

Observability, Monitoring & Reporting

Build comprehensive observability systems that provide deep visibility into service health, performance, and user experience. Implement monitoring strategies based on the Four Golden Signals (latency, traffic, errors, saturation) and USE/RED methodologies.

Create SRE dashboards and reporting mechanisms that provide real-time visibility into SLO compliance, error budget consumption, and system reliability metrics. Develop executive-level reporting on reliability trends, incident impact, and improvement initiatives.

Establish alerting strategies that are actionable, symptom-based, and aligned with SLOs. Reduce alert fatigue by tuning thresholds and eliminating noise while ensuring critical issues trigger appropriate responses.

Collaboration and Leadership

Partner with development teams to implement reliability from the design phase using SRE principles. Conduct design reviews focused on failure modes, scalability, observability, and operational concerns. Guide teams in building services that meet SLO requirements.

Collaborate through code reviews and design reviews, ensuring infrastructure-as-code, automation scripts, and reliability improvements follow best practices, are well-documented, and maintain high-quality standards.

Manage project priorities using error budgets as a decision-making framework. Leverage agile methodologies while ensuring reliability work gets appropriate prioritization alongside feature development.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

Identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks through detailed analysis of metrics, traces, and profiles. Optimize system resources, tune configurations, and implement auto-scaling to ensure SLO compliance during varying load conditions.

Drive continuous improvement through SRE feedback loops by analyzing SLO violations, incident trends, and toil metrics to identify systemic improvements. Champion the reliability roadmap and advocate for technical debt reduction.

Maintain a culture of documentation and knowledge sharing by creating comprehensive runbooks, operational guides, system architecture documentation, and disaster recovery procedures. Ensure operational knowledge is distributed across the team.

Track and report on SRE metrics, including SLO compliance rates, error budget consumption, mean time to detection (MTTD), mean time to resolution (MTTR), toil percentage, and reliability improvement velocity.

Participate in a 12x7 on-call rotation and be available to work with global teams in the event of critical outages

We’re excited if you have:

Preferably 8+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles, with demonstrated expertise in implementing SRE principles, SLO/SLI frameworks, and error budget policies in production environments.

Deep experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, or equivalent, including experience building custom dashboards, alerts, and SLO-based monitoring.

Strong background in incident management, including experience as an Incident Commander, conducting blameless postmortems, and implementing systematic reliability improvements based on incident learnings.
-
Strong understanding of distributed systems and reliability engineering, including failure modes, fault tolerance patterns, circuit breakers, bulkheads, rate limiting, and graceful degradation strategies.

Experience with a number of the following: Kubernetes, Docker, Service Mesh such as Istio, Envoy, Linkerd, Solo & ECS

Experience in cloud-focused software development, preferably in Go, Python, or other object-oriented programming languages

About the role
As an SRE on the Datapath Inline quality engineering team you will have an opportunity to work on world-class SWG solutions. As part of the Inline quality engineering team, you would be required to test, qualify and automate our inline SWG solutions for Email security. You will collaborate with backend service teams to ensure the overall quality, reliability, scalability and performance of the Netskope products. You will work on both the frontend as well as the web application backend. We are looking for a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to join our Engineering team. This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore, reporting to the Director, Site Reliability Engineer.

Overview
We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support and enhance the infrastructure that underpins our global business operations. This role involves maintaining and improving enterprise-level systems, including data center operations, hardware platforms, virtualization, backups and recovery, operating systems, networking, and security.

Infrastructure Shared Services (ISS) is responsible for Everpure's engineering infrastructure, development environments, and production-adjacent services across our global data centers and public cloud environments. Within ISS, the Bare Metal Kubernetes Platform team designs, builds, and operates large‑scale Kubernetes environments on bare metal servers, backed by Everpure arrays and Portworx, and integrated with ISS’s observability, CI/CD, and multi‑tenancy frameworks.

As an Bare Metal & Kubernetes Engineer, you will be a senior individual contributor responsible for designing, deploying, and operating large‑scale bare‑metal Kubernetes clusters and platform services in our on‑prem data centers.
You will:

Platform Design & Architecture

- Define standards for cluster lifecycle management (provisioning, upgrades, decommissioning) using tools like Kubespray, Foreman, and internal CD pipelines.
- Contribute to design of multi‑tenant, secure clusters including RBAC, OIDC/SSO, namespace isolation, and quota/limit strategies.
Implementation & Operations
- Deploy, operate, and continuously improve large‑scale bare‑metal Kubernetes clusters across multiple data centers (dev, stg, prod).
- Implement and maintain cluster networking: CNI (e.g., Cilium), BGP, load balancers, ingress, and multi‑rack/ToR topologies.
- Build and maintain GitOps‑based workflows (e.g., ArgoCD) and CI/CD pipelines to manage cluster add‑ons, platform services, and tenant workloads.
- Ensure observability of the platform (metrics, logs, traces) using Prometheus, Elastic stack, Grafana, and related tooling; define SLOs and alerts with SRE teams.
- Participate in “follow the sun” on call for the production system. Lead or contribute the incident management and incident postmortem
Reliability, Security & Compliance
- Own and improve reliability and performance of clusters and platform components; lead root cause analysis and long‑term fixes for complex incidents.
- Implement and enforce security best practices for Kubernetes, including secure defaults, RBAC policies, network policies, and secrets management.
- Collaborate with SRE, Security, and Network Engineering to meet agreed SLIs/SLOs and support models for on‑prem Kubernetes.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner closely with BU engineering teams (e.g., GitHub Actions runners, ELK, KubeVirt workloads) to onboard and run production use cases on the bare‑metal clusters.
- Provide technical leadership on cross‑team projects: lead design reviews, write design docs, and drive decisions that balance reliability, cost, and user experience.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
- 6+ years of experience in infrastructure, SRE, or platform engineering roles, including at least 3 years running Kubernetes in production, with significant experience on bare metal.
- Strong proficiency in Linux systems administration, networking, performance tuning, and security hardening.
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes internals (API server, etcd, controllers, scheduler, kubelet) and key concepts (Pods, Deployments, Services, Ingress, ConfigMaps, Secrets, HPA).

Own and design the corporate IP Address Management (IPAM) and DDI (DNS, DHCP/IPAM) platforms.
Design scalable IP allocation, DNS, and DHCP strategies across multiple datacenters and environments.
Integrate IPAM/DDI systems with provisioning, bootstrapping, and CMDB workflows.

Monitoring, Observability, and Reliability
Implement and improve monitoring, alerting, and dashboards for infrastructure health (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Nagios or similar).

Participate in incident response, perform root cause analysis, and implement long‑term fixes and runbooks.
Build API and Integration around IPAM Solution

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Linux Systems Engineer to join our team. This role will focus on managing and optimizing our Computer-Aided Design (CAD) systems. Key Responsibilities:
- System Administration: Design, configure, and maintain Linux-based servers and workstations used for CAD applications. Ensure high availability, usage optimization and performance of these systems.

About the role
The Staff Cloud Security Architect will serve as a critical subject matter expert, responsible for defining, designing, and implementing secure cloud architectures and solutions across our enterprise environments. As a key technical leader, you will collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams across Rubrik to integrate security across all aspects of cloud deployment, operations, and management. Your strategic insights will help shape cloud security strategies, reference architectures, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements. Your deep technical expertise, ability to influence, build and establish best practices, and thought leadership will ensure the secure enablement of our cloud technologies across our hybrid and public cloud environments. Experience you'll need

- 15+ Years of experience securing complex on-prem or cloud deployments with a minimum of 6+ years of dedicated experience in cloud security architecture and design, including significant experience across AWS, GCP, and/or Azure environments.
- Deep technical understanding of core cloud service models, including compute, network, and storage technologies on AWS, GCP, and/or Azure platforms.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language or scripting language such as Python, Go, or Java for automating and managing security tools and processes.
- Extensive working experience with containerized applications (Kubernetes, Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architectures.

NetBrain is looking for a DevOps Engineer who will combine deep network domain knowledge of current operational challenges. In this role, You'll focuses on AWS cloud infrastructure, automation, and secure deployments.NetBrain has a global presence with offices worldwide. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with product, development and security teams to deliver solutions efficiently and securely.
- Design, deploy and manage scalable AWS cloud infrastructure, using advanced scripts and tools to ensure the implementation of infrastructure as code (using Terraform, CloudFormation or AWS CDK).
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and deployment gating (CodePipeline, CodeBuild, Github Actions or Jenkins).
- Automate provisioning and deployments for microservices and serverless workloads.
- Establish monitoring, tracing and alerting with CloudWatch, Prometheus/Grafana, Datadog and X-Ray.
- Implement centralized logging.
- Manage IAM roles, policies and enforce least-privilege access and implement encryption (at rest and in transit), secure APIs and AWS WAF.
- Integrate container security practices while supporting compliance efforts with automated controls and documentation.
- Configure and manage VPCs, subnets, routing, NAT gateways and secure connectivity.
- Design and maintain highly available multi-AZ and multi-region architectures.
- Develop and test backup and disaster recovery strategies (AWS Backup, RDS snapshots, S3 versioning).
- Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis and implement preventative measures.
- Maintain clear technical documentation, runbooks and onboarding guides.
Who You Are
- 5 years of experience with cloud-related technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud with a bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a master’s degree.
- Expertise in programming in Python, Ruby, or Bash scripting languages.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD tools.
- AWS Professional Certification is a plus.
- Familiar with the provision and configuration using management tools (e.g., Puppet, Chef, Ansible).
- Familiar with application monitoring tools like ELK, Splunk, or Datadog.
- Familiar with IaC such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Experience with SAAS project implementation.
