We currently have several openings in our team for an experienced Customer Success Manager for our hyper-growing commercial segment.
We seek energetic and highly productive CSMs for our ever-growing customer base. You will work with a large portfolio of customers to proactively launch and drive adoption and act as the voice of your customers internally at Boomi. You are relentless and dedicated to orchestrating high-value engagements including adoption, implementation, value creation, business reviews, roadmap alignment, and documenting measurable outcomes for our customers.
This is a hybrid role based in our Vancouver office, with in-office days Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What You'll Do
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customer's business objectives, challenges, and opportunities and help deliver value-driven engagements
Identify, design, and being able to achieve the customer's goals in a short-term relationship
Maintain a deep understanding of our platform and make recommendations on how customers can use it to accelerate their business objectives
Deliver proactive and reactive customer success motions through touchpoints that require product knowledge, joint planning, problem-solving and ability to multi-task
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, services, support, and product to ensure adoption as well as mitigate any adoption risks
Track and report on key metrics related to customer engagement, adoption, satisfaction, and retention
Proactively identify opportunities to expand the usage of Boomi products and services within existing customer accounts
The Experience You Bring
4 - 6 years of experience working as either Success Manager, Technical Consultant, Architect, or in other roles with a project, delivery, or technical account management focus
Experience working with a large portfolio of customers (+100) and being able to manage multiple accounts at different stages in the life cycle.
Excellent ability to understand and communicate complex business and technical subjects to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to actively listen to customers and translate their business needs into personalized consultation
Proven business and technical acumen to proactively identify customer needs and implement success, adoption, and outcome realization plans
Have a data-driven and analytical mindset to prioritize, manage, and deliver multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously
Technical proficiency and a strong understanding of cloud-based software solutions
Develop, test, and iterate on scaled playbooks and engagement strategies
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills as well as customer-facing experience
Bonus Points If You Have
2-3 years of working as a Customer Success Manager for a SaaS or a cloud-based platform
Experience in iPaaS, Automation, or Data/Application Integration space
Experience with Customer Success Management tools like Gainsight, Totango or ChurnZero

How You'll Make An Impact
As a Boomi Platform Architect, you’ll serve as a designated and technical trusted advisor to your assigned accounts by becoming an extension of their team through proactive, prescribed and personalized engagements. This role will require you to deeply partner with your customers, understand their Boomi and environmental landscape, and apply your product, solution and industry expertise to ensure we deliver successful outcomes throughout all phases of their journey.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of assigned clients while providing agile support for short-term engagements as needed.
What You'll Do
Partner with an Enterprise Architect, and work closely with customers to support with their Boomi Platform Services Implementation
Translate business requirements to recommendations on specific implementation patterns, and provide guidance on optimizations around performance, security, and capacity management
Be a product expert of Boomi Platform Services including Integrate, Master Data Hub, APIM and Flow
Recommend best practices for implementing, managing, and governing Boomi Platform Services
Produce documentation for architectural patterns and best practices in the form of white papers, design artifacts and presentation
Create reference architectures for Boomi Runtimes using native cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP and OCI
Provide CI/CD advisory to support clients to integrate Boomi within their existing CI/CD pipelines
The experience you bring:
Familiarity with Boomi AtomSphere or other visual-based integration middleware platforms
Proven ability to design and optimize application and data integration processes across disparate systems
Experience with enterprise integration tools, middleware technologies, and application and data integration patterns including ESB, MOM, JMS, SOAP/REST web services, databases, ETL
Practical experience implementing services-oriented architecture design and enabling technologies including messaging, XML, JSON, web services, and HTTP
Experience with Cloud and Software-as-a-Service paradigm and enabling technologies
Experience and/or certification in one or more of AWS, Azure and GCP
General knowledge of common business systems (CRM, SFA, ERP) and processes (lead to cash, requisitions, order management, etc.)

What You'll Do
Provide architecture-level infrastructure recommendations, configuration, and sizing requirements to support the Boomi product suite and runtime.
Translate business requirements to recommendations on specific implementation patterns, and provide guidance on optimizations around performance, security, and capacity management
Be a product expert of Boomi Platform Services including Integrate, Master Data Hub, APIM and Flow
Recommend best practices for implementing, managing, and governing Boomi Platform Services
Produce documentation for architectural patterns and best practices in the form of white papers, design artifacts and presentation
Create reference architectures for Boomi Runtimes using native cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP and OCI
Provide CI/CD advisory to support clients to integrate Boomi within their existing CI/CD pipelines
The Experience You Bring
8+ years of technical experience in the field of IT, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
Familiarity with Boomi AtomSphere or other visual-based integration middleware platforms
Proven ability to design and optimize application and data integration processes across disparate systems
Experience with enterprise integration tools, middleware technologies, and application and data integration patterns including ESB, MOM, JMS, SOAP/REST web services, databases, ETL
Practical experience implementing services oriented architecture design and enabling technologies including messaging, XML, JSON, web services, and HTTP
Experience with Cloud and Software-as-a-Service paradigm and enabling technologies
General knowledge of common business systems (CRM, SFA, ERP) and processes (lead to cash, requisitions, order management, etc.)
General knowledge of key application infrastructure components such as VMware, storage (NAS, SAN, SMB), Java JVM, networking (firewall, load balancing, proxies)
OS experience with Linux and Windows.
Experience with setting up infrastructure on-premise and/or in at least one common cloud service provider like AWS, Azure and GCP.

How You'll Make An Impact
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Tax to lead and manage all aspects of our global corporate tax function. As a key member of the Finance leadership team, the Director of Tax will be responsible for leading a high-performing tax function while developing and executing tax strategies, ensuring compliance of all domestic and international subsidiaries, and optimizing the company’s global tax position while supporting its growth. With that, this individual will be responsible for areas such as tax planning, cash tax forecasting, compliance, reporting, and strategy across the global organization, ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and international tax regulations.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with experience in SaaS, cloud computing, or digital product-based business models. While not required, the candidate will preferably have experience with partnership taxation, private equity fund structures, managing tax matters for investment partnerships or similar entities, and IPO’s.
This position reports to the Vice President of Accounting, will be located in the U.S. working within eastern time zone hours, and will manage both internal and external resources that are geographically dispersed.

What You'll Do
Serve as a senior functional and technical expert for Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Talent Management, and Performance.
Lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday business processes and system enhancements to meet business objectives and compliance requirements.
Manage bi-annual Workday releases, performing impact analysis, regression testing, and adoption of new features.

The Experience You Bring
4+ years of hands-on experience configuring, implementing, and supporting Workday HCM or other HRIS systems.
Deep functional and technical expertise in at least three core Workday modules (e.g., Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Security).
Demonstrated experience with Workday report writing, calculated fields, security administration, and business process configuration.
Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with the Agile project management methodology is highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive system adoption and process improvements.

Overview: This position is part of the Solution Engineering Operations team that supports the Global Solution Engineering organization in delivering high-quality, scalable RFx responses.

Required Skills & Experience:
B.E./B.Tech degree (or equivalent practical experience)
10–16 years of professional experience in presales, solution engineering, RFx/proposal development, or related roles
Good understanding of the Boomi platform, including Integration, API Management, Master Data Hub, and AI capabilities
Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to work across functions and geographies
Experience working in fast-paced environments with distributed/global teams

A Product Support Engineer knows that, in order to make our customers successful, they need to be experts not only in our Boomi products and elements of the platform, but also across a wide range of IT concepts.
This role has specific requirements, detailed below:
- Working week, covering Sunday to Thursday (to align with our UAE customer base)
- Hours of coverage: 7am - 3:30pm UTC
- On-Call rotation (on call schedule to be covered according to business needs)

Role Responsibilities:
Providing technical direction and assistance to our partners and customers regarding their use of the Boomi Platform (and all its core elements)
Assistance and deep dive investigation with identifying root causes for issues reported by our customers
Resolving complex cases, including integrations with third-party systems and API-related troubleshooting
Working closely with our customers & partners and collaborating internally with our Engineering, Product Management, and Technical Architecture teams to help address issues with larger scale, higher volume, and unique integration requirements.
Handling initial escalations for support cases with potential for high impact and visibility across the organization.
Coaching other support engineers on difficult technical integration issues and actively participating in our community, leveraging their skills and experience to provide further support to our community members.
Leading knowledge-sharing sessions, writing advanced technical documentation, and contributing to internal training
Prioritizing and managing escalated issues with our internal development teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills, managing customer expectations, setting priorities, and communicating complex technical issues across a wide audience with technical and non-technical backgrounds.
Using and leveraging Boomi’s AI-driven tools and continuously looking for opportunities to engage with their peers, our customer-facing internal teams, and other internal stakeholders on this topic.
Vocal advocate for the usage of AI agents, always encouraging teams to leverage these capabilities to enhance efficiency and troubleshooting. Actively educating customers through support cases, ensuring they incorporate AI-driven insights into their troubleshooting approach, and improving their overall experience with our products.
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field of study.
Experience as a Support Engineer (Application support) or junior developer, with a demonstrated passion for helping customers solve complex integration problems.
Ability to design, optimize, and integrate business processes.
Experience with enterprise integration tools that can be used to extend the team’s knowledge.
Motivated individuals who enjoy a fast-paced work environment and understand that the SaaS culture requires creativity, collaboration, fast decision-making and a sense of urgency.
Having experience with any of the following would support your success in working with our platform:
Experience with programming language (primarily Python)
SQL Expertise, Data Modelling, and XML technologies

Experience with Windows/Linux servers

About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Campaign Operations Specialist to support the execution and optimization of our marketing campaigns. This early-career role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-growing company. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in making sure campaigns are launched correctly, leads are tracked accurately, and revenue can be attributed to marketing’s impact.
You’ll work hands-on with Marketo, Salesforce, and Asana to help launch, promote and track campaigns, primarily focusing on event marketing. This role reports to the Director of Marketing Operations on a global Marketing Operations team.
What You’ll Do
Build and launch marketing campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce, focusing on field events, trade shows and some batch email sends. This includes building landing pages, emails, forms and process workflows (smart campaigns).
Sync and manage campaign data between Marketo and Salesforce
Set up campaign tracking and UTMs
Test campaigns before launch to ensure accuracy and deliverability
Use Asana to manage campaign timelines, tasks, and approvals
Execute against deadlines and ensure deliverables are completed on time, launching an average of twenty campaigns per month
Effectively communicate with stakeholders, which include both global field marketing and corporate events
What You Bring
Basic familiarity with Marketo, or similar tools; training will be provided
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to follow documented processes and work with technical systems
Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets

Role Overview and Responsibilities:
This role within the IT Data Management team will report to the Sr. Director of IT Data Management and Operations. The focus of this role will be as a reporting and analytics advisor. That is to provide end to end support for internal reporting and dashboard management. Document Processes and Training for end users
Create new reporting outputs, with a focus on self-service, automation, and standardization
Data validation and quality control, as well as root cause analysis for any data inconsistencies
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science or similar discipline

Working Knowledge of Data Quality Concepts and applying them to reporting
Working Knowledge of Snowflake Data Cloud
