The Experience you bring:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Business System Administration, or equivalent experience

• Extensive client-facing experience with a strong technical aptitude and presentation skill and/or Experience in field sales or customer consulting experience is preferred.

• Working experience with a global system integrator is a big plus.

• Track record of successful projects in Enterprise accounts.

This position is part of the GTO Shared Services team, providing specialized technical, strategic, and operational support to the Global Technical Sales Organization in driving a scalable, high-performing sales function.

This hybrid role blends deep technical expertise in the Boomi platform with program-level coordination of global RFx initiatives. The ideal candidate is a seasoned Boomi professional capable of driving technical solutioning and leading and delivering high-quality responses to RFPs, RFIs, and Security Questionnaires, while also contributing directly to technical content development and solution positioning.

The role is pivotal in collaborating with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Product Teams, and SMEs to ensure submissions are accurate, timely, and aligned with Boomi’s strategic value. Success in this role requires a blend of strong organizational skills, sharp technical acumen, and a solid foundation in integration and iPaaS technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage global RFx response efforts (RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires), ensuring alignment across sales, presales, and product teams and own the end-to-end RFx process — from intake and planning through to submission.
  
  
• Act as a central point of contact for all technical content development, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and messaging alignment across product areas such as integration & Automation, API Management, Data Management, AI Management,etc
  
  
• Work cross-functionally with sales engineers, security, legal, and product SMEs to gather, curate, and update technical content used in proposals.
• Track and report on key metrics, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement across technical content development and delivery processes, driving continuous optimization.
  
  
• Maintain and evolve a library of standard responses , templates, and reusable technical assets for solutions and proposals.
  
  
• Design scalable and reusable integration solutions by aligning customer business strategies with technical capabilities, collaborating closely with field solution engineers and presales teams.
  
  
•  Drive technical validation through architecture reviews, feasibility assessments, and proof-of-concepts to ensure proposed integration solutions meet established standards.

       Required Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience across presales, RFx/program management, solution engineering, or proposal development.
  
  
• Strong familiarity with the RFx lifecycle, and demonstrated experience managing or contributing to technical RFP/RFI responses.
  
  
• Aligned working schedule to maintain key overlap with US EST hours for cross-regional engagement.
