About the role

The Sales Development team performs the most important function within Conga. Our pipeline is our lifeline. You’re the first line of communication with all potential prospects and will be Conga’s biggest advocate.

Motivated with sales instinct. You’ll drive market share by qualifying and delivering leads that build pipeline for our Sales Executive team in your defined market segment. Numbers-driven professionals that want to learn, grow, and develop their career.

This role works on multiple technologies and databases to make sure the product development moves towards rapid development, rich controls, more scalable, and better security.
Are you the person we’re looking for?
Related Experience. You should have at least 6 Months of experience in the software industry as a AI Engineer and the technical requirements necessary to design, develop, test and implement solutions.
Technical Skills. You’re likely to have proficiency in AI development technologies such as Python, FastAPI, PyTest, Celery and other Python frameworks and familiarity with AI/ML, GenAI, and MLOps concepts. You also possess good understanding with object-oriented programming, concurrency, design patterns, and REST APIs. Your familiarity with CI/CD tooling such as Terraform and GitHub Actions and frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and databases like SQL and NoSQL such as MongoDB, MSSQL, or Postgres. Conga is looking to hire a Manager, Software Engineering to join our extremely talented AI Engineering team. As an Engineering Manager at Conga, you’ll lead a team of software engineers working on our next generation AI Solutions. This team will be responsible for building statistical and machine learning models that support product features across the company. You’ll get to work directly with other Engineering Managers, Architects, Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Directors, all of whom make up the larger team. Are you the person we’re looking for?
Platform & API Product Experience. You have 3+ years of product management experience with a focus on platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products in a B2B SaaS environment. You have a proven track record of owning APIs, integration frameworks, or shared platform services — and you deeply understand what it means to treat internal teams as your customers. Experience with major ecosystem platforms such as Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce is strongly desired.
Technical Fluency. You are comfortable in conversations about system architecture, API design (REST, GraphQL, webhooks), authentication/authorization frameworks, data models, and scalability. You don't need to write the code, but you need to understand the trade-offs behind the decisions. Familiarity with ML-based platform services or data pipeline products is a plus.
Developer & Internal Customer Empathy. Platform PMs serve two kinds of customers: the external customers who ultimately use Conga products, and the internal engineering teams who build on your platform. You know how to gather requirements from both, write clear and actionable platform specs, and define SLAs and versioning policies that keep everyone unblocked.
Roadmap & Prioritization. You will own the platform roadmap — balancing foundational investment, feature requests from internal product teams, technical debt, and strategic extensibility initiatives. You will work with engineering leads to plan release cycles, manage dependencies across multiple product teams, and clearly communicate trade-offs to stakeholders at all levels.
Metrics & Platform Health. You will define and track the right platform KPIs — API adoption, reliability, latency, developer onboarding time, and integration success rates. You will use data to identify friction points in the developer experience and prioritize improvements accordingly.

As a Software Engineer II - Full Stack at Conga, you will be a key member of the Product Development team, helping innovate, design, develop, and support modern software solutions. As FP&A Manager at Conga you’ll support the maintenance of our corporate financial model inputs, monthly financial close processes, reporting, and analytics needs, and then some.
