Overview of Role
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle DBA with 5–8 years of experience to join our Managed Services team. This role is unique; you will be responsible for maintaining the stability and performance of our current legacy environments while simultaneously architecting, migrating, and managing our future-state database infrastructure.
As a consultant-minded DBA, you will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, ensuring their data remains secure, highly available, and scalable as they transition to modern cloud or hybrid architectures.
Responsibilities
Core Database Management (Current State)
- Administration: Perform day-to-day monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Oracle 12c, 19c, and 21c environments.
- Performance Tuning: Proactively identify bottlenecks using AWR, ADDM, and ASH reports. Optimize complex SQL queries and memory structures.
- High Availability: Manage and maintain Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and GoldenGate for real-time replication and disaster recovery.
- Security & Patching: Execute quarterly RU/PSU patching and ensure compliance with security standards (encryption, auditing, and user access control).
- Exadata: Strong expertise in managing Oracle databases on Oracle Exadata, including deployment, configuration, patching, and lifecycle management.
Strategic Transition (Future State)
- Cloud Migration: Lead the migration of on-premises databases to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), AWS (RDS/EC2), or Azure.
- Modernization: Implement and manage Autonomous Databases (ADW/ATP) and Exadata Cloud Service.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Utilize Terraform or Ansible to automate database provisioning and configuration management.
- Architecture Design: Assist in designing scalable, multi-tenant architectures that align with the customer’s long-term digital transformation goals.
Managed Services Excellence
- SLA Management: Ensure all database services meet or exceed defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Customer Advisory: Translate technical database concepts into business value for stakeholders.
- Incident Management: Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical production outages.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5–8 years of dedicated Oracle DBA experience, preferably within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications: Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) is required; OCI Solutions Architect or Autonomous Database Specialist certifications are highly desirable.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage client expectations during high-pressure migrations.

Overview of Role
The MicroStrategy Administrator will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of the MicroStrategy platform. They will work with a variety of MicroStrategy products and will leverage their python, SQL, and automation skills to monitor, maintain, and improve MIcroStrategy environments. This role requires collaborating with clients and analysts to identify optimal technical solutions, utilizing and improving established processes, and collaborating on the Managed Solutions team.
Responsibilities
- Implementing and managing security roles, access controls, and authentication mechanisms within MicroStrategy to ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies.
- Manage user access and permissions
- Work with clients and analysts to gather requirements and design solutions
- Provide technical support to MicroStrategy users, troubleshooting issues, and answering questions related to report development, data access, and platform functionality
- Stay up-to-date on the latest MicroStrategy features and best practices
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the MicroStrategy environment, including system architecture, configurations, and troubleshooting guides
- Proven experience in dashboard development, report building, object development, and maintenance
- Develop workflows to automate administrative functions utilizing tools such as Python, MicroStrategy’s Rest API, Command Manager and System Manager.
- Monitor system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing system resources (CPU, memory, disk space) to ensure efficient operation and scalability. This may involve query optimization, caching strategies, and load balancing.

- Strong experience in CI/CD and Git-based version control (Bitbucket – push/pull, branching), along with JIRA and Confluence.

Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of experience working with the MicroStrategy Analytics Platform in an administrative capacity.
- Strong familiarity with the differences in administrative process between self-hosted and Managed Cloud Environments (MCE).
- Strong understanding of MicroStrategy architecture and components.
- Experience with MicroStrategy installation, configuration, and administration
- Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Experience managing environments with heavy utilization of intelligence cubes and high volumes of subscriptions.
- Experience utilizing MicroStrategy Workstation, understanding the differences in capabilities between Workstation and Developer application capabilities.
- Experience building automation solutions utilizing Python and MicroStrategy’s Rest API.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including advanced query writing and performance optimization
- Strong Experience utilizing System Manager and Command Manager applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
- Working knowledge or Hands-on experience of BI/reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio) is desirable and will be viewed as an added advantage.
- Experience or familiarity with Google BigQuery is a plus.
- Experience with security and user management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and own deliverables end-to-end.

Overview of Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Data Engineer to join our Managed Services team. In this role, you will be the technical backbone for our enterprise clients, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-performance data platforms using Snowflake and Azure Databricks. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that our customers' data ecosystems are scalable, secure, and cost-optimized across multi-cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Engineering: Design and implement end-to-end data lakehouse architectures using Azure Databricks (Delta Lake),Azure HDInsights and Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse.
- Pipeline Development: Build scalable, metadata-driven ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF), PySpark, and SnowSQL, including ingestion workflows from HDInsight-managed Hadoop and Kafka clusters.
- Managed Services Support: Provide Tier-3 technical support for client environments, including performance tuning, complex bug fixes, and architectural optimizations.
- Multi-Cloud Integration: Oversee data movement and integration strategies across Azure, AWS, and GCP to ensure seamless "Data Everywhere" capabilities for clients.
- Cost & Performance Governance: Monitor and optimize Snowflake credit consumption and Databricks cluster usage to ensure clients receive maximum ROI.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Row-Level Security (RLS), and data masking (Dynamic Data Masking in Snowflake / Unity Catalog in Databricks).
