We are looking for a Director, GTM Systems & Infrastructure to build and lead the systems, automations, and data infrastructure that power our Go-To-Market organization. This role sits at the intersection of AI, automation, internal tooling, and data orchestration, focused on accelerating revenue by transforming how our GTM teams operate. You will design and scale the technical backbone that connects our GTM systems, operational workflows, and revenue data to create intelligent, automated processes across Sales, SDR, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships. The annual salary hiring range for this position is $174,000 - $250,000 USD.

Your work as a Forward Deployment AI Engineer will include several components:

The vehicle is Project Foundry: a production fleet of AI agents designed to give Groupon a parallel sales force that operates 24/7 and to make every human rep sharper the moment they step into a deal. Two layers: the first runs full sales motions autonomously — outbound, inbound triage, reactivation — so reps receive warm opportunities rather than cold lists. The second equips reps at the handoff point — context surfaced, deal history ready, next action suggested.
Reporting directly to the CSO, the GTM AI Specialist learns the full architecture, contributes to both layers, and progressively takes end-to-end ownership of agents in production. We are looking for an HPC Data Center Production Engineer to build and own the automation and tooling that powers Jump's HPC data center operations. This is a development-heavy role focused on automating the onboarding and lifecycle management of data center hardware—servers, switches, rack PDUs, CDUs, and environmental sensors—and building tools for capacity planning, outage simulation, monitoring, and metrics integration. You will work hand-in-hand with the HPC Planning, Engineering, and Operations leads to turn tooling and monitoring vision into production-ready systems. Heavy, daily use of AI tools is expected to accelerate development and raise the quality bar on everything you build.
What You'll Do:
Hardware Onboarding Automation
Design, develop, and maintain automation to onboard new hardware devices into Jump's HPC data centers, including servers, network switches, rack PDUs, CDUs, and environmental sensors.
Build end-to-end provisioning workflows that take hardware from racked-and-cabled through discovery, configuration, validation, and production-ready state with minimal manual intervention.
Extend and adapt onboarding automation as new hardware platforms and device types are introduced.
Data Center Tooling Development
Develop tools for power and cooling capacity planning—enabling the operations and planning teams to model current utilization, forecast growth, and identify constraints before they become problems.
Build outage simulation tooling to model the impact of power, cooling, or network failures across HPC facilities and validate redundancy/failover configurations.
Develop and maintain operational tooling that supports day-to-day data center workflows such as hardware lifecycle tracking, data center inventory/spares, change management, and diagnostics.
Monitoring & Metrics Integration
Build and maintain monitoring integrations for HPC data center infrastructure—pulling telemetry from servers, switches, PDUs, CDUs, environmental sensors, and facility systems into centralized observability platforms.
Integrate metrics feeds from colocation and data center providers into Jump's monitoring stack, normalizing data for alerting and capacity reporting.
Work with the Operations Lead to implement the monitoring and alerting strategy, translating requirements into deployed, production-grade instrumentation.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work very closely with the HPC Planning, Engineering, and Operations leads to understand tooling and monitoring needs and bring their vision to fruition.
Partner with HPC Engineering on integration points between data center automation and compute/storage/network provisioning systems.
Translate operational pain points and manual processes into automated, maintainable solutions.
Systems Maintenance & Reliability
Own the reliability and lifecycle of all systems and tools you develop—monitor for failures, respond to issues, and iterate based on operational feedback.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for all tooling, automation workflows, and integrations.
Participate in large, coordinated maintenance operations, including during evenings and weekends.
AI-Driven Development
Use AI tools daily across all aspects of the role: writing and reviewing code, analyzing data, debugging, generating documentation, and accelerating development velocity.
Identify opportunities to apply AI to data center operations problems—anomaly detection, predictive capacity planning, intelligent alerting, and beyond.

Skills You'll Need:
5+ years of professional experience in production engineering, infrastructure automation, or site reliability engineering, preferably in HPC or large-scale data center environments.
Proven track record of building and shipping production automation and tooling—not just scripts, but maintained, reliable systems.
Experience automating hardware provisioning and lifecycle management (servers, network devices, power/cooling infrastructure).
Strong understanding of data center infrastructure: power distribution, cooling systems (air and liquid), environmental monitoring, and structured cabling.
Experience integrating with hardware management interfaces (IPMI/BMC/Redfish, SNMP, vendor APIs) for discovery, configuration, and telemetry collection.
Demonstrates a high level of energy, results driven, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Technical Skills:
High proficiency in Golang and at least one additional language (e.g., Python). You will write a lot of code in this role.
Strong Linux systems knowledge—you should live in Linux. Proficient with system administration, networking, storage, process management, log analysis, and troubleshooting at the OS level.
Experience with Grafana for building dashboards, alerting, and visualization of infrastructure metrics. Experience with Prometheus, InfluxDB, or similar observability platforms and building custom integrations/exporters.
Experience with configuration management and infrastructure-as-code tools (SaltStack, Ansible, Terraform, or similar).
Solid understanding of networking concepts: L2/L3 protocols, VLANs, BGP, SNMP, and switch/router configuration (Arista, Cisco).
Experience with APIs and data integration—consuming vendor APIs, normalizing heterogeneous data sources, building data pipelines for metrics and reporting.
Experience with ClickHouse and MySQL—writing queries, designing schemas, and building tooling that reads from and writes to these databases.
Experience with GitHub for version control, code review, CI/CD workflows, and collaborative development.
Demonstrated heavy use of AI tools (e.g., LLM-based coding assistants, AI-driven analytics) in a professional setting. You should already be using AI daily and be eager to push its application further.

The Opportunity
The new Market Research business unit will be focused on data monetization, market intelligence, and research-driven revenue. The General Manager of Mode Market Research will build this business from the ground up, own multiple revenue streams, and turn underutilized data assets into meaningful profit centers. We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead the electrical engineering design and oversight of Jump's mission-critical HPC data center infrastructure. This role takes responsible charge of power system design, from medium voltage distribution through high-density rack-level delivery, across new builds, expansions, and ongoing operations. You will establish electrical design standards, perform engineer-of-record duties, and work closely with mechanical, structural, and technology teams to ensure integrated, resilient system design for our high-performance computing environments.
What You'll Do:
Electrical System Design & Standards
- Lead the electrical engineering design for Jump's critical HPC data center infrastructure projects, taking responsible charge for overall project delivery and technical excellence.
- Design/Review plans for complex power systems including generator plants, medium voltage distribution, uninterruptible power systems, automatic transfer systems, and redundant power architectures for mission-critical facilities.
- Develop initial electrical system concepts and establish design standards, specifications, and criteria for data center projects.
- Perform calculations, equipment selection, equipment specification, system design, and system layout for high-density computing environments.
- Produce high-quality technical deliverables including drawings, specifications, and reports consistent with Jump requirements and industry standards.
Engineer of Record & QA/QC
- Perform Engineer of Record duties and assume responsible charge for electrical discipline deliverables.
- Serve as engineer of record for electrical power striping from RPPs/busways to device cabinets, ensuring correct phase balancing, circuit allocation, and redundancy across high-density HPC environments.
- Participate in QA/QC processes and technical reviews of work produced by team members and external partners.
- Conduct due diligence reports, gap analyses, and feasibility studies for new data center sites and expansions.
Project & Team Leadership
- Lead multi-discipline project teams and coordinate with mechanical, structural, and technology teams to ensure integrated system design.
- Establish and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for assigned projects.
- Mentor and train junior engineers while providing technical leadership and guidance.
Construction & Field Operations
- Perform field investigations, construction administration, and commissioning oversight.
- Process and review RFIs, change orders, bulletins, and addenda during construction phases.
- Evaluate existing site conditions and provide detailed assessment reports.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Interface with colocation providers, contractors, equipment vendors, and manufacturers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support business development activities and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
AI-Driven Engineering
- Use AI tools daily to accelerate design work, perform calculations, analyze power data, draft documentation, and improve engineering workflows.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI across electrical design and operational processes.
Codes, Standards & Continuing Education
- Maintain current knowledge of electrical codes, industry standards, and emerging technologies relevant to data center design.
- Stay current with LEED principles and their application to data center environments.

Skills You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with electrical building systems emphasis from an accredited university.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- EIT credential required if PE not yet obtained.
- Minimum 7+ years experience designing electrical systems for mission-critical facilities, data centers, or high-performance computing environments, preferably in a consulting or end-user engineering capacity.
- Proven track record as lead project engineer capable of directing technical teams and managing complex projects.
- Experience interacting with clients, contractors, architects, and cross-functional project teams.
- Demonstrates a high level of energy, results driven, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

What You'll Do:
Team Leadership & Organizational Ownership
- Lead and manage data center site leads and their teams across multiple HPC facilities; site leads report directly to this role.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop team members while conducting performance reviews and building a culture of operational rigor.
- Direct onsite contractors by providing clear scope and validating completed work.
HPC Data Center Standards, Processes & Preventative Maintenance
- Develop, document, and enforce operational standards and procedures for Jump's HPC data centers covering power, cooling, cabling, and hardware lifecycle.
- Design and own the preventative maintenance program, including scheduled inspections, component replacements, and firmware/capacity reviews to minimize unplanned downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement of operational processes and pursue automation—including AI-driven approaches—to reduce manual effort and human error.
Critical Facility Systems Expertise
- Serve as the subject matter authority on HPC data center power distribution, power striping strategies, and failover/redundancy configurations.
- Own expertise across air cooling, liquid cooling (direct-to-chip, rear-door, CDU-based), and hybrid cooling architectures.
- Maintain deep knowledge of environmental monitoring and controls (temperature, humidity, airflow, leak detection) and ensure systems remain within design parameters.
Monitoring & Incident Response
- Own the HPC data center monitoring strategy end-to-end: define what is monitored, set alerting thresholds, and ensure comprehensive visibility into facility and hardware health.
- Leverage AI tools to analyze telemetry data, identify failure patterns, predict potential issues, and accelerate root cause analysis during incidents.
- Lead critical incident response and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Establish and track operational KPIs including availability, mean time to repair, and efficiency metrics.
Server & Switch Hardware Expertise
- Maintain deep, hands-on knowledge of server hardware architectures including multi-socket platforms, GPU/accelerator configurations, memory subsystems, NVMe/storage controllers, BMC/IPMI management, and firmware lifecycle.
- Maintain deep, hands-on knowledge of network switch hardware including line cards, optics/transceivers, switch fabrics, and platform-specific diagnostics for Arista and Cisco platforms.
- Evaluate new hardware platforms, drive hardware qualification and acceptance testing, and provide informed recommendations on hardware selection.
Hardware Break-Fix
- Own the overall hardware break-fix function across all HPC sites, ensuring rapid diagnosis and resolution for servers, GPUs, network equipment, storage, and facility infrastructure.
- Diagnose complex hardware failures at the component level—CPUs, DIMMs, GPUs, NICs, PSUs, fans, drives, switch line cards, and optics—and direct the team to resolve efficiently.
- Establish escalation paths, SLA targets, and reporting for hardware failures.
Inventory & Spares Management
- Own inventory processes and spares tracking across all HPC facilities, ensuring critical spares are stocked, tracked, and replenished to meet availability targets.
- Maintain accurate asset records for all serialized and consumable inventory.
Planning, Vendor & Budget Management
- Conduct capacity planning for space, power, cooling, and cabling to stay ahead of growth.
- Gather requirements and plan new hardware installations including physical placement, power/cooling needs, and cabling.
- Manage relationships with colocation providers and hardware vendors; negotiate contracts and SLAs.
- Develop and manage operational budgets for equipment, staffing, and facilities.
Networking & Linux
- Possess strong working knowledge of networking concepts including L2/L3 protocols, VLANs, BGP, OSPF, LACP, ECMP, and high-performance fabrics relevant to HPC environments.
- Understand network architectures such as spine-leaf, fat-tree, and high-radix topologies used in HPC clusters.
- Maintain strong Linux systems knowledge—comfortable navigating and troubleshooting at the OS level, including storage, networking, process management, log analysis, and system diagnostics.
AI-Driven Operations
- Use AI tools daily across all aspects of the role: writing and reviewing documentation, analyzing operational data, drafting procedures, managing communications, and problem-solving.
- Champion AI adoption within the team—set the expectation that every team member integrates AI into their daily workflows.
- Identify and implement opportunities where AI can replace or augment manual operational processes.
Cross-Team Partnership
- Partner with HPC Engineering, Network Engineering, and other teams to align operations with research and business needs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
Travel
- Travel regularly to Jump's HPC data center sites for operational oversight, project execution, and team engagement. This is a core requirement of the role.

- Minimum 7+ years of data center operations experience with at least 3 years leading teams in 24/7 critical infrastructure environments. HPC environment experience strongly preferred.

Our Lead Senior Staff Software Engineers are end-to-end owners who will participate in all aspects of designing, building, and delivering the foundational experiences that make The Trade Desk platform exceptional for the traders who rely on it every day.
The Desk Fundamentals team sits within the Core Workflows engineering organization and owns the platform UI framework that the rest of our buying-side engineering teams build on top of. Our mission is straightforward but demanding: deliver consistent experiences, logical navigation, and user-friendly page components at platform scale. We own the shared design patterns and frontend frameworks that empower other teams to ship features quickly and reliably. We build and evolve the Portfolio Views that give traders clarity into performance across partners and advertisers. You will be required to support the Technology Director in the management of key new account implementations from a technical and operational point of view, working with them to create comprehensive projects to deliver production automation and company-wide solutions. This includes identifying, specifying, and building overseeing bespoke AI-powered tools — from adaptive workflow automation and predictive production scheduling to AI-enabled quality assurance and content adaptation — cooperating with internal stakeholders to ensure plans are delivered on time and on budget. With a track record in complex projects, you will help ensure the smooth transition of the plan and manage ongoing needs. The primary focus for this role will be to implement and consistently improve the daily operational effectiveness of accounts. Tightening up processes, streamlining workflows, embedding AI and machine learning solutions where they can deliver measurable gains, and ensuring teams cooperate around best practices — making sure we are utilising the systems, resources, and partners we have to their fullest potential.
The Senior Production Technology Director is responsible for ensuring that the agency has best-in-class processes, systems, and AI capabilities that maintain the highest standards in project and campaign delivery and meet the evolving demands of the client with the same level of commitment and passion as the client. Work with the Production Support Team to define and implement workflows on tools like Dalim ES/Twist and other automation tools, including AI-enabled automation platforms, and to promote use of automation and AI across the group. Working with the Global Technology and Innovation Director, PMO office, and OMG team to evaluate, architect, and implement AI-powered automation software across our network of agencies and hubs globally — including assessing emerging AI technologies, building proof-of-concept solutions, and scaling successful implementations across the business.

We need a Managing Director of Technology to own the technical side of the house as we scale Human Agency. That means leading client delivery, making architecture calls, building the engineering team, and being the technical voice in rooms with C-suite executives. You’ll work closely on strategy with both the Founder and the Managing Director of AI — but the technical execution, the team, and the platform are yours.
This role requires someone who can move between writing production code and presenting to a client’s CEO in the same week. If that sounds like whiplash, this isn’t the right fit. If that sounds like Tuesday, keep reading.
Lead technical delivery for enterprise clients. You’re the most senior technical person in the room on our biggest engagements. You decide what’s feasible, design the architecture, and make sure it ships. When a client executive asks “can we do this?” — you’re the one who answers.
Build how we deliver, not just what we deliver. One client engagement works because of talented people and brute effort. Ten engagements work because of systems. You design the repeatable model — how we scope, staff, build, and deploy — so the team can run engagements without you in every meeting. That means building discovery frameworks, reference architectures, deployment templates, and evaluation routines that actually get used.
Hire and develop the engineering team. You set the bar, own the pipeline, and make the calls on who joins. We need people who can build with high autonomy in ambiguous environments, and you know how to find them. You also know how to make good engineers better through architecture guidance, code review, and honest feedback.
Own platform and infrastructure decisions. Build vs. buy, tooling, deployment, security — you make the calls. A Principal Engineer handles day-to-day infrastructure execution; you set priorities and architectural direction.
Shape our AI strategy through the lens of what actually ships. You have real opinions on LLM orchestration, RAG, agents, evaluation, and fine-tuning — formed by building things, not reading about them. You decide which technical bets we make and which we skip, based on what creates value for clients, not what looks good on a slide.
Bonus points for: you’ve scaled a startup or early-stage company before — built the team, built the systems, lived through the growing pains; experience in a services or consultancy model (SOWs, staffing, client delivery); a network of engineers you’ve worked with and would hire again.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degrees are a plus but not required
Ethics: Commitment to responsible AI practices — transparency, human oversight, privacy
Travel: Periodic (10–20%) for client work, team offsites, and events
Location: Remote-friendly; U.S. or Canada, with preference for EST timezone alignment
