Core Operations & Execution

• Team Leadership: Manage a team of workplace professionals responsible for meeting operations, Food & Beverage (F&B), repairs & maintenance, shipping & receiving, and onsite events. Provide direction, coaching, and support to ensure team success.
• Operational Management: Oversee complete day-to-day operations of the San Francisco HQ, ranging from janitorial to life-safety services, space planning, and all programs and services in-between. Implement and adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.

Role Summary

The Senior Delivery Success Manager (DSM) is responsible for developing partner delivery capability within a defined product domain and regional partner portfolio.
