Role Summary
Reporting to the Manager of Partner Delivery Success, this role will be responsible for leading and developing Okta partners to successfully deliver Okta services to our valued customers.
The Principal Delivery Success Manager (DSM) is responsible for developing partner delivery capability within a defined product domain and regional partner portfolio. This role ensures service delivery partners are prepared to successfully deploy Okta solutions through capability development, go-live validation, and delivery oversight.
Principal DSMs serve as the primary operational leaders, enabling partners to progress through the Service Delivery Partner maturity model and ensuring they deliver high-quality implementations.
This role works cross-functionally with Professional Services, Alliances, Sales, and Enablement teams to scale partner-led delivery while maintaining implementation quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop delivery capability across the assigned partner portfolio.
- Guide partners through the Service Delivery Partner maturity model.
- Identify specialization gaps and recommend enablement paths.
- Support partners pursuing product specializations (OWI, Auth0, Workflows, etc.).
- Encourage partner certification and skill development.
- Review and validate partner go-live submissions.
- Classify deployments according to Standard, Advanced, and Strategic complexity levels.
- Ensure deployments meet Okta delivery standards.
- Capture delivery feedback from Professional Services and customers.
- Serve as the delivery advisor for sales teams when identifying partners for deployments.

Position Summary

Position Summary

JOB PURPOSE:
In this role, you will be tasked with providing hands-on implementation and deployment services to our customers. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and hands-on leader who can rapidly learn the Okta platform, our technology and the value proposition that we bring to customers of all sizes. You will lead multiple concurrent customer deployment projects with the number one goal to ensure long-term customer success. Additionally you will engage with the full Customer Success team in order to assure a smooth transition post-deployment to the support/maintenance phases. In this role, you will be tasked with providing hands-on implementation and deployment services to our customers. Role Summary
Reporting to the Manager of Partner Delivery Success, this role will be responsible for leading and developing Okta partners to successfully deliver Okta services to our valued customers.
The Senior Delivery Success Manager (DSM) is responsible for developing partner delivery capability within a defined product domain and regional partner portfolio. This role ensures service delivery partners are prepared to successfully deploy Okta solutions through capability development, go-live validation, and delivery oversight.
Senior DSMs serve as the primary operational leaders, enabling partners to progress through the Service Delivery Partner maturity model and ensuring they deliver high-quality implementations.
This role works cross-functionally with Professional Services, Alliances, Sales, and Enablement teams to scale partner-led delivery while maintaining implementation quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop delivery capability across the assigned partner portfolio.
