The Enterprise Business Development Manager is responsible for acquiring and closing new Enterprise-level partners across nationwide and multi-market/multi-location groups within the Home & Auto category. Groupon is mid-transformation. Seven parallel streams. Real targets: contact deflection, resolution rates, repurchase. The streams are moving - but each one needs a single accountable person who can both diagnose the problem and ship the fix. That's this role. You won't be coordinating. You won't be waiting for an analyst or speccing things out for an engineer. You'll pull the data yourself, write the prompt yourself, build the dashboard yourself, and hold people accountable without having authority over them. If it's blocking you, you do it.
You'll report to Maguelonne, Director of Operational Transformation. Your closest partners will be teams across Customer Service, Merchant Operations, Product, Engineering, Supply, and Content with key stakeholders based in Madrid and Prague.
At 30 days: You've personally pulled and analysed the data on your stream. You've shipped at least one small automation or prompt-driven workflow. You know the landscape — the streams, the blockers, the key players.
At 60 days: You own at least one stream with a clear delivery plan. You've prototyped one AI workflow running on real data. Stakeholders come to you when things are stuck.
At 6 months: Contact deflection rate is improving on your stream. At least one AI workflow is in production and being used daily. Your manager doesn't have to chase status — you surface risks before they become issues.

Groupon's Merchant Operations team handles over 25,000 merchant cases a week across a global operation of 120+ people. The team is being made faster and smarter - through better processes, sharper data, and AI tools that are changing how the work gets done. This role sits at the centre of that. You will own the analytical and operational agenda that makes the whole machine run better: scoping problems, building solutions, and executing on them without being managed through it. If you need a clearly defined task list and someone to check in daily, this is not the right environment.
You will report directly to the Head of Merchant Operations, who owns the strategic direction of the team. Your closest partners will be the Head of MO India, the Salesforce Product Manager, and the Merchant Center Product Manager. You will also work regularly with Commercial Operations leadership.

You will engineer the core of our proprietary internal platform that democratizes AI across the company. This is not a standard full-stack role maintaining existing systems, you will build the factory that enables other teams to create autonomous AI Agents. You will design Chain of Thought reasoning flows, integration layers, and agent logic that allow AI to execute complex business tasks at scale. This is applied AI engineering: no model fine-tuning, just sophisticated system design and relentless execution. You will join a new focused team of two engineers, collaborating daily with the AIGO team and cross-functional partners across Global Operations, Customer Satisfaction, and Engineering.
First 30 days: Set up your development environment, adopt AI-first workflows, gain a functional understanding of our internal AI platform, ship a bug fix to production, and build your first AI Agent using our platform.
First 60 days: Deep dive into a key product area’s architecture, design and implement a small-scale AI feature, and demonstrate independence in troubleshooting and shipping without hand-holding.

You'll report to Ales Drabek, CTO, who owns the NextGen Architecture initiative. You'll lead a core team of 7 engineers building the Encore platform (shared libraries, infrastructure, and tooling) while coordinating closely with cross-tribe engineers who depend on it—Encore, Platform, Product Design, QA teams, and multiple product squads. This is a technical leadership role where you'll operate hands-on; we need someone who codes in production, not just manages. The vehicle is Project Foundry: a production fleet of AI agents designed to give Groupon a parallel sales force that operates 24/7 and to make every human rep sharper the moment they step into a deal. Two layers: the first runs full sales motions autonomously — outbound, inbound triage, reactivation — so reps receive warm opportunities rather than cold lists. The second equips reps at the handoff point — context surfaced, deal history ready, next action suggested.
Reporting directly to the CSO, the GTM AI Specialist learns the full architecture, contributes to both layers, and progressively takes end-to-end ownership of agents in production. About the Role:
Groupon is rebuilding how it sells — from the ground up, with AI. The vehicle is Project Foundry: a production fleet of AI agents designed to give Groupon a parallel sales force and make every human rep sharper the moment they step into a deal. The fuel Foundry runs on is intelligence: which leads are worth pursuing, in what order, and why. That intelligence layer is what this role exists to build and own.
Reporting directly to the CSO, the AI-Powered Growth Intelligence Associate owns Groupon’s lead scoring architecture, routing logic, and pipeline forecasting. You work with one of the most data-rich commercial environments in e-commerce — proprietary consumer transaction signals, merchant health data, and years of conversion history. You don’t configure Salesforce. You extract signal from it, build models on top of it, and use AI to turn raw data into the queue every rep opens each morning. There is no separate analytics team to hand off to. You build it, you own it.
The intelligence layer you build is what Foundry's autonomous agents run on. When an AI agent sequences an outbound lead, reactivates a dormant merchant, or routes an inbound inquiry — it is working from your scoring model. When a rep opens their queue, the ranked order reflects your logic. You sit at the foundation of the AI sales architecture, not at its edge.

As a Business Operations Associate, you’ll work directly with the Head of Category Growth & Enterprise Partnerships and help drive revenue, projects, and operational improvements in one of Groupon’s key verticals.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role.

We’re looking for an ambitious Master’s or final-year Bachelor’s student who wants to understand how enterprise partnerships are built, how category growth is driven, and how commercial decisions translate into revenue.
Monitor core KPIs (revenue, margin, conversion, pipeline performance)
Identify performance gaps and growth opportunities
Improve reporting structure and dashboard clarity
Turn raw data into structured business insights
Your goal: leadership trusts the numbers and acts on them.
Own smaller initiatives end-to-end
Support strategic efforts tied to enterprise deals and category growth
Track timelines, surface blockers, and follow up with stakeholders
Ensure important initiatives don’t stall
Your goal: increase execution speed and remove bottlenecks.
Map workflows and identify inefficiencies
Propose simplifications or automation
Support sales tracking and internal coordination processes
Your goal: help transition from scrappy execution to scalable systems.
Analyze sales performance and pipeline dynamics
Identify revenue-impacting bottlenecks
Gain exposure to enterprise partnerships and commercial decision-making

Master’s student or final-year Bachelor’s
Background in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, or similar
At least one relevant internship (startup, consulting, e-commerce, operations)
Strong Excel skills

The Sr. Manager of Sales Tooling & AI is a strategic and technical leader responsible for architecting, optimizing, and scaling Groupon’s sales technology ecosystem, with primary ownership of Salesforce and Salesloft. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Sales Operations, Engineering, and Analytics, ensuring our sellers are equipped with intuitive, automated, and AI-enabled tools that drive productivity and performance.
This leader will modernize and simplify a historically layered sales tech stack by establishing a clear point of view on systems architecture, automation strategy, and AI-forward solutioning. The mandate is not simply to administer tools, but to transform them into a competitive advantage by reducing friction, improving data integrity, and enabling intelligent workflows that drive measurable commercial outcomes.
