We’re looking for a Junior Security Operations Engineer who is AI-Forward to help scale and modernize our SecOps program. This is a hands-on, builder role for someone who will design and ship the security tooling that powers our triage, investigations, and response workflows.
You’ll report to the Technical Operations Director and work alongside our GRC lead to improve our vulnerability intake, threat response, darkweb posture, and internal security tooling. A core part of this role is building AI-assisted security tooling: triage agents that pre-classify bug bounty reports, investigation copilots that pull context from logs and SIEM data, response workflows that draft remediation steps and track them to closure. You’ll spend as much time wiring up that tooling as you will reproducing vulnerabilities and working incidents.
This role suits someone who thrives in a lean, high-impact environment, has strong opinions on where humans add value versus where tooling should take over, and wants to shape how a modern security team operates.
Triage & Vulnerability Management
Threat Response & Monitoring
Security Tooling (core to this role)
Compliance & Cross-Functional
We’re a lean, high-trust team. We value people who ship, who can operate independently, and who treat security as an engineering problem rather than a checklist. If you’re someone who sees a repetitive task and immediately thinks “this should be a script, or better yet, an agent,” you’ll fit in here.
Tell us about a time you used AI, automation, or custom tooling to meaningfully change how a security workflow ran. What was manual before, what it looked like after, and what you learned. Links to code, writeups, or demos are welcome.

We’re looking for a Growth Engineer, GTM AI who builds the systems that power our go-to-market motion using AI, automation, and data to generate pipeline, improve conversion, and scale execution.
You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to break down workflows, identify inefficiencies, and rebuild them into scalable, automated systems. You’ll also contribute to more advanced, multi-step AI systems that operate across our GTM stack. The goal is to turn manual processes into repeatable, high-impact execution.
This is a hands-on builder role. You will prototype quickly, ship often, and continuously improve systems based on performance. You should be comfortable going from idea to deployed workflow with minimal guidance and applying new technologies to real business problems.
We’re looking for someone who challenges the status quo, operates with a bias for action, and takes ownership of outcomes in ambiguous environments.

The Role
Telnyx operates a global private network spanning datacenters and colocation facilities across dozens of markets. The Vendor Relations team manages the infrastructure vendor relationships that make this possible.
We're looking for a Vendor Relations Associate to start in a support-focused role — learning the operational backbone of vendor management — and grow into directly managing vendor relationships and commercial discussions.
Responsibilities
• Track & Maintain Vendor Records: Keep contracts, renewals, pricing, SLAs, and contact databases accurate and current across Google Workspace, Jira, and internal tools.
• Coordinate Vendor Onboarding: Manage workflows from NDA through contract execution, tracking deliverables and milestones across active engagements.
• Support RFQ Processes: Prepare and distribute RFQs to prospective datacenter, colocation, and connectivity vendors; collect and organize responses.
• Research & Analysis: Research new vendors and market options for infrastructure expansion. Assist with pricing analysis and vendor comparison.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with network engineering, legal, and finance on vendor-related tasks — escalate items that need attention.
• Grow Into Vendor Management: Participate in vendor calls (initially supporting/note-taking), build toward owning vendor relationships directly.
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (recent graduate)
• Strong organizational skills — you keep spreadsheets clean and follow-ups on time
• Clear written communication — you'll draft vendor emails and internal updates daily
• Proficiency with Google Workspace; comfortable with tracking spreadsheets, pricing tables, and spotting data inconsistencies
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve productivity
• Intellectual curiosity about how datacenters, networks, and cloud infrastructure work, technical background a plus
• Self-starter — can take a task, figure out what "done" looks like, and get there
Bonus
• Internship or coursework in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management
• Familiarity with basic infrastructure concepts (colocation, IP transit, datacenter power/cooling)
• Experience with project management or CRM tools (Jira, Salesforce, Notion)
• Exposure to contract language (MSAs, SOWs, SLAs)

Telnyx is growing fast. We're not just adding headcount — we're physically expanding into new territories, building out facilities in remote locations across the US and beyond. Right now, we're acquiring sites in Washington State, and we need someone who can hit the ground running.
This role is for someone who wants to build things — not sit in meetings about building things.
Why This Role Is Different
Most construction management roles have you buried in an office, managing contractors over email. This one puts you on-site, on the road, solving real problems in real time.
You'll have:
• Ownership — These are your projects. You're not a cog; you're the person we trust to make it happen.
• Variety — One week you're in a remote WA site, the next you're managing a tradeshow build in Europe.
• Impact — You're building the physical backbone of a company that's changing how businesses communicate globally.
• Autonomy — No micromanagement. We tell you what needs to get done; you figure out how.
About the Role
This is a highly travel-intensive, hands-on position:
• Extended on-site assignments (2–3 weeks at a time)
• Frequent travel across the US and EU
• Some sites are genuinely remote — hours from the nearest city
• Travel is project-driven, not routine
This isn't a desk job. It's not for everyone. But if you've ever felt stuck managing projects from behind a screen and wished you could just be there making decisions — this is your chance.
What You'll Do
• Lead construction and facility expansion projects from first shovel to final walkthrough
• Own exhibition and tradeshow builds — logistics, execution, everything
• Manage budgets, schedules, and financial forecasting
• Run procurement for construction, technology, and equipment
• Negotiate with vendors, contractors, and partners
• Handle permits, licenses, and local regulations
• Keep sites safe and compliant
• Spot risks before they become problems
Who You Are
• You've done this before — construction, facilities, large-scale builds
• You're sharp with budgets and can forecast without hand-holding
• You communicate clearly with everyone from contractors to execs
• You're comfortable making calls on-site without waiting for approval
• You're mobile — ready to travel at short notice and stay as long as needed
• You have a valid driver's licence and don't mind rural roads
• You can legally work and travel in the US
Bonus Points
• Experience with Procore or similar PM tools
• Background in exhibitions, tradeshows, or temporary builds
• Mandarin Chinese
• A track record of earning trust with vendors and teams
Why Telnyx?
We're a global communications platform trusted by thousands of businesses. We own our infrastructure — network, data centers, the lot — which means we're always building. You won't run out of projects. You won't get bored. And you'll be part of a team that actually ships.
If you want a role where you're out there making things happen, not watching from the sidelines — let's talk.
