We are looking for a Podcast & Video Producer, with a strong background in content production. The role is primarily onsite with one of our financial services clients in New York. You will be responsible for overseeing a busy ecosystem with an associated volume of podcast and video content across a range of platforms.
In this role, you will collaborate with the content team & oversee the post-production projects through delivery. You will be liaising with stakeholders and suppliers as required. OLIVER is hiring a Project Manager to join the team. We’re a New York-based team serving our client with high-quality creative for spirit brands. Those with experience in managing digital content and e-commerce within a creative agency with some ai trainings will have an advantage.
The Project Manager is responsible for running social, Programmatic, digital, and OOH projects with some focus on ai. You will be working alongside our account and creative teams to drive multiple projects in parallel from brief to delivery. You will work with the Project Director and Account teams to help lead and schedule projects and resources to fulfill deliverables to the highest standards. You will have a good understanding of digital and OOH disciplines and are confident working with internal and multiple external partners. You will assume responsibility for the review and approval process of creative deliverables and ensure the projects run on time and on budget.
You will need to be great with creative teams and account teams alike. Process is key. Someone who respects and understands, although creative needs freedom, it also needs to follow a framework and process to allow it to thrive. What we want to see is a proven track record of producing multiple complex projects in parallel. You should have meticulous attention to detail even with repeated briefs is essential; excellent communication and organizational skills are a must.

With a track record in complex projects, you will help ensure the smooth transition of the plan and manage ongoing needs. The primary focus for this role will be to implement and consistently improve the daily operational effectiveness of accounts. Tightening up processes, streamlining workflows, embedding AI and machine learning solutions where they can deliver measurable gains, and ensuring teams cooperate around best practices — making sure we are utilising the systems, resources, and partners we have to their fullest potential.
The Senior Production Technology Director is responsible for ensuring that the agency has best-in-class processes, systems, and AI capabilities that maintain the highest standards in project and campaign delivery and meet the evolving demands of the client with the same level of commitment and passion as the client.
