About the Team
The Ads Analytics team plays a critical role in Roku’s Advertising organization, leading measurement and analytics initiatives that power decision-making across the advertising ecosystem. We develop and manage products that deliver actionable insights for advertisers while meeting the operational and analytical needs of internal business teams.
We work closely with Product Managers, Ad Sales, Ad Operations, Data Science, and multiple other software teams within the Advertising Engineering organization to deliver high-impact solutions.
Looking ahead, we are exploring AI-driven measurement capabilities to further enhance the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and strengthen internal analytics.
About the Role
We are seeking a high skilled Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in API Development using Spring Boot while also possessing knowledge of Apache Spark-based Big Data pipelines using Airflow. This hybrid position bridges software engineering and data engineering, requiring the ability to design, build, and maintain scalable systems for both application development and large-scale data processing.
You will communicate and collaborate heavily with both business and engineering to ensure high quality standards and overall project delivery success. We’re Excited If You Have
8+ years of experience in software and/or data engineering with expertise in big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Apache Airflow.
Expertise with at least one of the following: Apache Druid, StarRocks, and Trino.
Strong understanding of SOLID principles and distributed systems architecture.
Proven experience in distributed data processing, data warehousing, and real-time data pipelines.
Advanced SQL skills, with expertise in query optimization for large datasets.
Expertise in data modeling, schema design, and data visualization tools.
Experience building highly scalable, low-latency, APIs.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively as needed.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. (preferred)
Experience in AdTech, in advertising data platforms and campaign measurement. (preferred)
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform). (preferred)

We're looking for a Senior Game Data Analyst who brings strong analytical fundamentals, game curiosity, and the judgment to turn messy questions into practical insight.
As a Senior Game Data Analyst, you'll partner with game teams and publishing stakeholders to answer complex questions about player behavior, feature performance, commercial outcomes, and long-term game health.
You will:
Lead analysis across player behavior, feature and content performance, monetization, and overall game health.
Turn ambiguous design, product, and publishing questions into clear analytical plans and recommendations.
Develop proxy metrics for player-experience goals such as pacing, challenge, friction, agency, and build diversity.
Combine telemetry, playtests, surveys, sentiment, and product context to evaluate whether features are landing as intended.
Apply judgment to imperfect evidence, including small samples, pre-launch tests, incomplete telemetry, noisy signals, and bias.
Support commercial questions around launch, acquisition, segmentation, campaigns, and franchise health.
Build dashboards and analytical frameworks that support consistent decision-making.
Communicate insights clearly across design, product, publishing, research, engineering, data science, and leadership.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with large behavioral datasets, especially event-level gameplay data.

We are looking for a driven individual with excellent business acumen, significant experience in the AdTech / MarTech space, and a commitment to professional growth to join our team as a Strategic Customer Success Manager.
As a part of a team focused on customer experience, adoption and success, you will act as a trusted advisor for customers. As a Strategic Customer Success Manager you will be focused on building strong relationships with your customers as a customer advocate, driving adoption through value, consumption growth, and ensuring retention.
You will collaborate with Technical Specialists, Field Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering to strategize and plan customer engagements. You will provide use case recommendations, share your product expertise through custom demos and presentations, and help onboard and enable customers on the Branch platform.
This position requires excellent client management skills, ownership, and a proven track record to understand customer business objectives. You will have a passion for problem-solving, building relationships, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Mechanics & Rhythm of Business (RoB)
· Architect and own the Engineering operating cadence, including QBRs, Monthly Business Reviews, strategic planning sessions, and org-wide communications.

· Maintain a portfolio-level view of all major engineering initiatives, serving as the CTO’s early warning system for slippage, dependency risks, and scope creep.
· Standardize delivery frameworks—create lightweight yet high-compliance definitions of "Ready" and "Done" to drive consistent execution across teams.
· Oversee major cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment on scope, priorities, and timelines.

Required Experience/Skills
· 8–10+ years in Engineering Operations, Technical Program Management, Strategy/Business Operations, or Software Engineering leadership within a high-growth SaaS environment.
· Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, CI/CD, DevOps, and microservices architecture.
· Advanced analytical skills with expertise in Excel, Looker, Tableau, or similar tools—able to convert data into executive-ready narratives.
· Demonstrated experience driving AI-related innovation across engineering teams, including evaluating AI opportunities, implementing tools, and influencing change at scale.
· Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence without authority and build trust across all levels.
· Demonstrated success improving engineering processes, delivery predictability, and cross-functional alignment at scale.

As the EMEA Marketing manager focused on our key priority regions UK, DACH and Northern Europe, you will be developing and executing comprehensive regional marketing strategies to achieve business growth, drive pipeline working cross-functionally with global marketing, Sales, and SDR teams. This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Senior Director, International Marketing.
We are looking for a strategic individual contributor with demonstrated experience in B2B SAAS delivering and executing commercial impact across field marketing, campaign development, and regional/demand marketing and ABM campaigns. Your responsibilities extend to partnering with the local sales team, execute impactful marketing campaigns, and assess campaign effectiveness, ultimately generating pipeline (net new and expansion), enhancing brand awareness, and fostering customer engagement.
Location: This role is based in Ireland or the United Kingdom. Candidates must be located in one of these countries.
