Nous recherchons un(e) Architecte de données principal(e) (niveau Principal) possédant une solide expertise en architecture de données d’entreprise, en habilitation de l’IA et en paradigmes de développement cloud-native. Ce rôle va au-delà de l’ingénierie pratique : il requiert un(e) leader capable de définir la stratégie de plateforme, la posture de sécurité, d’influencer des clients de haut niveau et d’accompagner des équipes sur plusieurs programmes menés en parallèle.

En plus de solides compétences sur Microsoft Fabric et Azure, le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) possède une expérience sur AWS ou GCP, ainsi qu’avec Databricks, et une compréhension globale des architectures de données modernes. Il/elle doit être à l’aise pour soutenir les démarches commerciales, porter la vision architecturale et garantir l’intégrité technique des solutions tout au long de leur mise en œuvre.

Afin de gérer efficacement ce projet et son écosystème, le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) démontre une expertise pratique avérée en SQL, Python, systèmes distribués, gouvernance des données et architecture cloud. Il/elle doit être à l’aise pour accompagner les clients, cadrer et résoudre les écarts architecturaux afin de répondre aux exigences des solutions, et définir une stratégie à long terme en matière de données et d’intelligence artificielle.

Responsabilités du poste

Architecture et stratégie

• Concevoir et piloter des architectures de données complexes à l’échelle de l’entreprise sur MS Fabric, Azure, GCP, AWS ou dans des environnements Databricks (serverless ou hébergés).
• Définir et faire respecter les standards architecturaux, les modèles et les cadres de gouvernance couvrant l’ingestion, la modélisation, la traçabilité (lineage), la sécurité et l’orchestration.
• Structurer des approches architecturales intégrant l’IA, incluant les fondations de données pour le ML, le feature engineering et des pipelines d’opérationnalisation à faible latence.
• Agir en tant que conseiller(ère) principal(e) auprès des responsables techniques côté client afin de définir la stratégie à long terme, les feuilles de route et les initiatives de modernisation.
• Diriger l’orientation architecturale lors des phases d’avant-vente, incluant la conception de solutions, le cadrage, l’estimation et les présentations auprès des instances dirigeantes.
• Anticiper les impacts en aval des décisions architecturales ; conserver la responsabilité lorsque les équipes de delivery ou certaines contraintes nécessitent des écarts par rapport à la conception initiale.

Leadership en ingénierie des données

• Concevoir des pipelines de données hautement disponibles, distribués et tolérants aux pannes, supportant des charges de travail batch et streaming.
• Superviser la migration et l’intégration de sources de données complexes et hétérogènes vers des plateformes Fabric, Azure, GCP ou Databricks.
• Définir des modèles de type medallion/lakehouse (zones Bronze/Silver/Gold) ou leurs équivalents cloud.
• Établir des standards d’entreprise pour les couches ingestion → transformation → exposition (serving) dans des environnements multi-cloud.
• Optimiser les performances des traitements de données à grande échelle sur Spark, Databricks et les moteurs natifs de Fabric.
• Assurer le leadership sur 2 à 3 projets simultanés avec une allocation variable, en garantissant la cohérence architecturale et la qualité de livraison, tout en contribuant à des travaux techniques approfondis lorsque nécessaire.

Exécution technique et contribution pratique

• Développer des transformations avancées, des pipelines et des frameworks en utilisant SQL, Python, dbt et les outils cloud-native de Fabric/Databricks.
• Mettre en œuvre l’automatisation via des API REST, Data Factory, des services d’orchestration et des outils de workflows multi-cloud.
• Encadrer les ingénieur(e)s sur l’architecture distribuée, la conception des métadonnées, les cadres de qualité des données et les bonnes pratiques de gestion de plateforme.
• Réaliser des analyses de causes racines sur des problématiques complexes de plateforme ou de performance, et mettre en place des remédiations durables et évolutives.

Collaboration et influence

• Agir en tant que principale autorité technique lors des revues d’architecture, de la conception de solutions et de la planification transversale.
• Conduire des échanges stratégiques avec des parties prenantes de niveau direction et exécutif.
• Traduire des architectures complexes en impacts métiers clairs pour des audiences non techniques.
• Encadrer les équipes d’ingénierie, les architectes techniques, les chefs de projet et les architectes juniors afin de renforcer les capacités organisationnelles.
• Représenter l’architecture lors des échanges d’avant-vente, des présentations de capacités et des cycles de propositions.

Qualifications requises 

Afin d’être éligible à ce poste, vous devez posséder les qualifications essentielles suivantes: 

• Plus de 10 ans d’expérience en ingénierie des données, architecture de données ou ingénierie de plateformes.
• Expérience dans la conception ou la mise en place de plateformes de données d’entreprise sur au moins l’un des environnements suivants : Azure, GCP ou AWS, ainsi que Databricks.
• Expertise approfondie en SQL, Python, traitement distribué des données et conception de données cloud-native.
• Expérience significative avec les modèles d’architecture medallion/lakehouse.
• Solide connaissance des plateformes de données modernes : Databricks, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Delta Lake, BigQuery, etc.
• Expérience avérée dans la direction architecturale de grands programmes et de plusieurs projets menés en parallèle.
• Expérience en automatisation et intégration d’entreprise via des API REST.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à interagir avec assurance auprès de la direction et des clients.
• Expérience en avant-vente, en conception de solutions techniques ou en leadership architectural orienté client.

Qualifications souhaitées

• Maîtrise des outils de reporting Tableau, Power BI et Microsoft Fabric.
• Expérience dans la conception d’architectures de données intégrant l’IA et de pipelines de données pour le machine learning.
• Expérience démontrée dans la définition et la mise en œuvre des meilleures pratiques DevOps.
• Expérience avec Spark, Hive, Impala et autres frameworks Big Data.
• Connaissance des composants d’architectures multi-cloud (Azure, GCP, AWS).
• Expérience avec des outils d’automatisation de pipelines tels qu’Airflow, Azure Data Factory et Prefect.
• Expérience dans la direction d’équipes techniques et la gestion de projets data / analytics / machine learning.

The role  

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer with a strong background in data engineering, ideally with hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Pub/Sub, Dataflow, and BigQuery. The ideal candidate will have solid proficiency in SQL and Python, along with familiarity in moving and transforming data across cloud-based data zones and streaming pipelines (ETL/ELT). Comfort with cloud services, data management, automation tools, and real-time data processing is essential. 

Role responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of the data engineering domain to build and support non-interactive (batch, distributed) & real-time, highly available data pipelines  
• Build fault-tolerant, self-healing, adaptive, and highly accurate data computational pipelines  
• Provide consultation and lead the implementation of complex programs  
• Develop and maintain documentation relating to all assigned systems and projects  
• Tune queries running over billions of rows of data running in a distributed query engine  
• Perform root cause analysis to identify permanent resolutions to software or business process issues
• Implement and maintain dbt transformation models, CI pipelines, and data contracts for curated campaign, ad group, keyword, audience, and landing-page marts.
• Build and monitor data quality gates (Great Expectations and reconciliation checks) and freshness SLOs.
• Optimize BigQuery cost and performance using query tuning, storage design, and reservation strategy.
• Implement platform hardening controls including retries, dead-letter queues, DR runbooks, and support for VPC-SC and DLP validation.

Must have qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: 

• Strong expertise in:   
  • Python - for building data pipelines, processing tasks, and automation  
  • SQL - Advanced SQL capabilities (nested fields, analytic functions).  
• Hands-on experience with Core GCP Data Stack:  
  • BigQuery: Expert-level SQL, performance tuning, and specifically BigQuery for advanced SQL, performance tuning, partitioning and clustering strategy, and production-grade curated marts and feature tables; working knowledge of BQML for scoring and evaluation in analytics workflows. 
  • Dataflow (Apache Beam)
  • Strong proficiency in building reliable batch and incremental pipelines for GA4/Google Ads data into BigQuery, with streaming patterns (windowing/watermarks/triggers) used when near-real-time alerting is required.
  • Pub/Sub: Experience with event-driven architecture and message queuing.  
• Hands-on experience with Visualization & BI:       
  
  • Looker Core – Advanced proficiency in LookML (not just drag-and-drop), including derived tables, explores, and Liquid syntax.  
  • Semantic Modeling: Develop robust LookML models to create a trusted layer of data governance, ensuring metrics are consistent across the organization.  
  • Dashboard Creation: Design intuitive, high-impact dashboards in Looker for two distinct audiences: Operational teams (paid search performance monitoring, anomaly triage, and optimization workflows) and Executives (ROAS, conversion efficiency, budget pacing, and channel contribution reporting). 
• Ability to independently own workstreams while collaborating closely with data science, analytics, and engineering peers in agile delivery.
• Advanced English skills

While deep prior experience with agentic systems is rare, we are especially interested in candidates who have built, prototyped, or meaningfully experimented with modern LLM‑driven applications. 

Role responsibilities 

• Design and build agentic AI systems that facilitate conversational workflows for seller enablement 

• Develop a chat‑based seller assistant that:  

• Answers seller questions using enterprise data 

• Provides insights on ordering, pricing, and customer behavior 

• Generates pre‑visit one‑pagers to guide sales conversations 

• Integrate large language models (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) with internal data sources and APIs

Must have qualifications

• Experience as a full‑stack or backend engineer building production systems 

• Strong foundation in software engineering fundamentals (APIs, data modeling, system design) 

• Familiarity with databases, data stores, and data modeling concepts (experience with MongoDB is a plus, but not required) 

• Hands‑on experience working with LLMs (via OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar), including prompt design and evaluation

Responsabilités du poste 

• Piloter des stratégies de mesure complexes, incluant les volets de balisage, d’instrumentation et de mise en œuvre, à travers plusieurs domaines métier, canaux, plateformes ou groupes de parties prenantes.
• Définir des stratégies de mesure et des approches d’implémentation alignées avec les enjeux business, les exigences de reporting, les besoins d’expérimentation, les comportements de consentement et les usages des données en aval.
• Traduire des besoins métiers et parties prenantes parfois ambigus en plans de mesure structurés, cadres d’événements, exigences de tracking, conceptions d’implémentation et recommandations actionnables.
• Piloter et guider la conception des événements, l’architecture de balisage, les comportements de tracking tenant compte du consentement, la stratégie de QA et la configuration des plateformes nécessaires pour garantir une mesure fiable et scalable.
• Définir et renforcer les bonnes pratiques en matière de plans de mesure, conventions de nommage des événements, logique des paramètres, exigences de data layer, documentation de tracking et processus de validation.
• Diriger les audits d’implémentation et identifier les écarts, risques, inefficacités et opportunités d’amélioration de la qualité et de la cohérence de la mesure.
• Agir en tant que partenaire senior auprès des clients et des parties prenantes internes en conseillant sur les impacts liés à la mesure, les compromis d’implémentation, les stratégies de collecte de données, les considérations de confidentialité et les priorités d’instrumentation.
• Collaborer avec les Data Analysts, CRO Analysts, spécialistes SEO / GEO, Analytics Engineers, Data Engineers et Architectes afin d’aligner les solutions de mesure sur les besoins de reporting, les réalités des plateformes et les objectifs business.
• Examiner et améliorer les implémentations existantes afin d’accroître la clarté, la scalabilité, la conformité au consentement, la cohérence et l’utilité des données.
• Contribuer aux propositions commerciales, au développement des compétences et au leadership intellectuel interne lorsque l’expertise en mesure est requise.

Qualifications requises 

Afin d’être éligible à ce poste, vous devez posséder les qualifications essentielles suivantes: 

• Solide expertise opérationnelle en mesure digitale, tracking événementiel, stratégies de balisage et implémentation analytics.
• Forte capacité à définir des approches de mesure, des cadres d’événements et des stratégies d’instrumentation dans des environnements métiers complexes.
• Compétence avancée dans la traduction de concepts techniques de tracking en recommandations claires et pertinentes pour les parties prenantes métier.
• Très bonne compréhension des systèmes de gestion de tags, des data layers, des comportements de consentement, de la gouvernance des cookies et des parcours événementiels clients.
• Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et en pensée systémique à travers les plateformes, les implémentations et les dépendances des données en aval.

As a Senior Experience Analytics & Optimisation Consultant, you will leverage advanced Web Analytics and Conversion Rate Optimisation experience to study user behaviours, inform strategic decisions and run experiments to optimise digital performance across customer accounts. 

In this role you will have daily contact with multiple product teams at a large enterprise business. Largely self-sufficient, you will get your hands busy with various Analytics and Optimisation technologies, and you will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to undertake data deliverables and implement a/b tests and personalisations at scale.  

You will be part of a large Data practice spanning all European markets, with teams of experts across fields such as data engineering, AI, web analytics, experimentation, data strategy, martech and more. 

Role responsibilities

• Extract and analyse web behavior data from multiple platforms (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, GA4, ContentSquare, Qualtrics, Adoreboard, among others). 

• Identify user problems, trends, and anomalies to generate actionable insights and experiment hypotheses. 

• Study how analytics tags / events are implemented in various areas of a website to identify measurement gaps and produce relevant recommendations. 

• Consult with product teams to recommend digital measurement for upcoming product features. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into strategic recommendations. 

• Design dashboards and reports to communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

• Plan and document experiments end-to-end, including: targeted pages & audiences, metrics, design briefs, development briefs, content brief, QA brief, analytics briefs, test duration etc. 

• Work with multi-disciplined teams (designers, developers, QA testers...) on the end-to-end implementation of experiments in Adobe Target. 

• Be an expert in Adobe Target, with knowledge about audiences, pages, KPIs and advanced features (ML recommendations, Automated personalisation, Visitor profile attributes, Profile scripts...) 

• Use Adobe Analytics and ContentSquare to report on experiment performance and provide clear recommendations and learnings. 
• Plan and conduct workshops with stakeholders, for example to ideate solutions to user problems 

Must have qualifications

• 6-8 years in web analytics and or CRO roles 

• Proficiency with Optimisation platforms (Adobe Target, Optimizely, AB tasty, Kameleoon etc)

We are seeking a Senior Google Cloud Data Engineer with a strong background in data engineering and a hands-on approach to driving projects independently from start to finish. This role requires someone who thrives in a proactive environment and can deliver impactful solutions in cybersecurity analytics and anomaly detection. 

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing dashboards and insights to detect and visualize security threats, including executive-level dashboards. Comfort with Looker Core, BigQuery, SQL, and Python is essential, along with familiarity in Machine Learning for anomaly detection, alerting mechanisms, and data manipulation.
