As a Performance Media Manager, you lead digital-first media strategy and execution for complex client engagements. You bring 6-8 years of experience in digital media planning and buying, ideally within an omni-channel agency environment.

This role is ideal for someone who blends hands-on activation expertise with strategic thinking and thrives in a consultative, fast-evolving environment, including a strong curiosity and motivation to leverage AI-enabled tools and approaches to work smarter, faster, and more effectively. 

Reporting to Paid Media leadership, this position plays a critical role in bridging strategy and execution, managing up by supporting media leads with insights, performance storytelling, and proactive recommendations, while managing down by guiding day-to-day planning, buying, and optimization across accounts. Role responsibilities

Media Strategy & Planning

• Lead digital media planning across paid search, paid social, programmatic display, video, and emerging platforms.
• Translate client business objectives into full funnel, performance-driven media strategies.
• Develop audience-led plans leveraging insights, testing frameworks, and emerging AI-supported planning or forecasting tools.
• Present media plans, rationale, and performance insights to internal teams and clients with clarity and confidence.
• Evaluate media opportunities, negotiate rates/added value, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and platforms.

Media Buying & Activation

• Negotiate with digital media partners and platforms to evaluate opportunities, secure strong placements, and support campaign performance.
• Execute and oversee hands-on campaign activation, optimization, and budget pacing across platforms such as Google, Meta, Amazon, TikTok, DV360, and/or the trade Desk.
• Identify opportunities to test new channels, partners, formats, and betas, and AI- enabled capabilities where appropriate.
• Leverage automation, AI-driven bidding and targeting features within platforms to enhance speed, precision, and scalability.
• Collaborate with creative, account, and analytics teams to ensure cohesion across campaign deliverables.

Measurement & Optimization

• Own ongoing optimization, performance analysis, and insight development across channels.
• Partner with analytics and data teams to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and attribution.
• Clearly communicate results and recommendations grounded in data and business impact.
• Utilize AI-supported analytics, modeling, or optimization tools to uncover patterns, inform recommendations, and accelerate decision-making.

Client Leadership

• Serve as a senior digital media POC for clients, providing day-to-day strategic guidance while aligning closely with Paid Media Leadership across media,
• measurement, and performance.
• Deliver high-quality client service by producing timely, well-structured media outputs—including media plans, strategic perspectives, and performance nsights—that support clear decision-making.
• Collaborate cross functionally with creative, experience, strategy, and data teams to support integrated, experience-led solutions.
• Mentor junior planners and buyers, raising the bar on media excellence across the practice.
• Helping elevate media best practices and encouraging thoughtful adoption of new tools and technologies, including AI.
• Confidently present media strategies, performance insights, and recommendations to clients.

Must have qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: 

• 6-8 years of experience in digital media planning and buying, ideally within an omni-channel agency environment.
• Strong, hands-on expertise across paid digital channels (paid social, display, programmatic, online video, search); familiarity with traditional channels is a plus.
• Proven experience managing and optimizing multi-channel budgets
• Working knowledge of tracking methodologies, measurement tools, and ad ops fundamentals.
• Experience partnering with analytics and data teams on dashboards, reporting, and measurement.

This is a full-time position based in Toronto, Canada. The offered salary range is  80,000 - 110,000 CAD annually, depending on experience and location.

Rôle

Ce rôle est essentiel pour faire évoluer notre moteur de mise en marché. Vous concevrez et opérerez un système de suivi propulsé par l’IA qui garantit que chaque lead de haute qualité est pris en charge rapidement, de manière cohérente et efficace, sans dépendre d’une équipe BDR traditionnelle.

Vous agirez comme point de liaison entre les systèmes alimentés par l’IA et les équipes de vente, en veillant à ce que l’automatisation améliore — et non remplace — l’efficacité commerciale. • Assurer la visibilité des exigences de certification partenaires (Google, Adobe, Shopify, etc.) et en suivre l’état
• Mettre en place des workflows automatisés pour identifier les écarts de certification et déclencher des suivis
• Capturer et structurer les succès, cas d’usage et preuves issus des partenaires pour réutilisation par les équipes ventes/marketing
• Collaborer avec l’équipe Partenariats pour aligner les certifications avec les priorités GTM et les opportunités de co-vente

Suivi de performance et optimisation

• Suivre et rapporter :
  • Le délai de prise en charge des leads
  • Les taux de conversion lead-vers-rendez-vous

Amélioration des processus et scalabilité

• Identifier les goulots d’étranglement dans la gestion et la conversion des leads

• Suivre le pipeline influencé par les partenaires, la couverture des certifications et l’efficacité des campagnes partenaires

Qualifications

• 3 à 6+ années d’expérience en opérations de revenus, marketing opérationnel ou croissance
• Solide expérience avec les CRM et la gestion du cycle de vie des leads
• Expérience concrète avec l’automatisation et les outils d’IA dans les processus go-to-market
• Capacité démontrée à concevoir et optimiser des workflows combinant automatisation et exécution humaine

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager (AI & Automation) to own and optimize how inbound and outbound leads are captured, routed, and converted into pipeline. 

This role is critical to scaling our go-to-market engine. You will design and operate an AI-driven follow-up system that ensures every high-quality lead is engaged quickly, consistently, and effectively—without relying on a traditional BDR team. 

You will act as the connector between AI-powered systems and human sellers, ensuring that automation enhances—not replaces—sales effectiveness. This is not a traditional operations role. You will be building the engine that converts demand into pipeline, using AI and automation to augment sales teams and unlock scalable growth. 

Key Responsibilities 

Lead Routing & Speed-to-Lead 

• Own end-to-end lead routing logic within the CRM

The role

• Change impact & readiness. Lead impact assessments for affected groups; baseline readiness; identify resistance points; co-create mitigation actions with relevant teams.

• Communication strategy and execution. Craft clear narratives and “what’s in it for me” messaging diverse audiences, from executive sponsors to end users; design multi-channel comms (Town Halls, Teams, SharePoint, enablement hubs). (Supported by programme comms cadences already in use.)

• Enablement & adoption. Design role-based training paths, -QuickStart guides, and -job embedded- aids for AI tools and agents; partner with Tool Champions to test features and translate updates into adoption actions.

• Benefits tracking and sustainability. Define measurement strategies, establishing clear success metrics and KPIs tied to adoption, usage and business outcomes. Instrument feedback loops and setup mechanisms for continuous improvement. Execute sustainment plans post-luanch to embed change into BAU processes to lock in value over time.

Must have qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: 

• 3-6 years in change management for digital/technology transformations, ideally spanning enterprise platforms and modern SaaS.

• Demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity and make progress with incomplete information, using hypothesis-driven- approaches and iterative learning.

• Proven track record managing multiple projects concurrently with structured prioritization and clear communication.

• Strong stakeholder management across all levels (exec sponsors, functional leaders, product/engineering teams, change champions).

• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and visual—able to simplify complex AI concepts, frame trade-offs, and drive decisions. (Programme artefacts emphasize transparency/visualization.)

• Expérience e-Commerce que ce soit dans les étapes amont de la création et l’enrichissement de cette information produit : PLM, MDM, PIM (Akeneo, Salsify, etc.), DAM (Adobe, Aprimo, Bynder, Keepeek,..) ou dans les étapes aval de distribution de cette information : CMS orientés composants (Adobe AEM, Sitecore, etc.), plateformes e-commerce (SFCC, commercetools, etc.), marketplace, canaux de distribution, merchandising, promotions, etc.

Responsabilités du poste

Vous pilotez la livraison de projets digitaux complexes en assurant la qualité, la satisfaction client et l’alignement stratégique, tout en jouant un rôle de référent au sein de l’équipe Valtech et en accompagnant les clients dans leur transformation digitale.

Gestion de projet et delivery

• Assurer la responsabilité globale du delivery de solutions digitales (plateformes, applications, etc.) de haute qualité.

• Assurer le reporting régulier auprès des équipes internes, du client (Comité de Direction) et du Responsable de Compte.

Relation client & stratégie

• Cultiver une relation de confiance avec les clients, assurer leur satisfaction et être garant de la qualité de la relation.
• Recueillir les besoins, challenger les organisations / processus et proposer des solutions adaptées dans une logique d’amélioration continue.
• Participer activement aux réponses commerciales (RFP, RFI, soutenances, présentations) et à la définition de la stratégie de développement du compte en collaboration avec le responsable de compte.

Leadership & coordination

Qualifications requises

Afin d’être éligible à ce poste, vous devez posséder les qualifications essentielles suivantes :

• Formation ingénieur ou équivalent
• +10 ans d’expérience dont 2 ans dans des contextes similaires (agence digitale, compte international, etc.)
• Maitrise des différentes phases de réalisation d’un projet digital de la phase de conception à la mise en production
• Expérience de l’avant-vente aussi bien en coordination, qu’en préparation de deck, soutenance et pitch client qu’en élaboration de planning et budget
• Expérience e-Commerce que ce soit dans les étapes amont de la création et l’enrichissement de cette information produit : PLM, MDM, PIM (Akeneo, Salsify, etc.), DAM (Adobe, Aprimo, Bynder, Keepeek,..) ou dans les étapes aval de distribution de cette information : CMS orientés composants (Adobe AEM, Sitecore, etc.), plateformes e-commerce (SFCC, commercetools, etc.), marketplace, canaux de distribution, merchandising, promotions, etc.
• Travailler en équipe et fédérer les différents intervenants autour d’un objectif commun
• Être force de proposition, vous êtes en mesure de gérer des situations complexes et d’apporter des solutions concrètes et adaptées à vos clients. Pédagogue, vous êtes capable de construire une relation de confiance avec vos interlocuteurs

You will own and coordinate responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Present across Valtech’s Verticals such as Luxury, CPG, Retail, Mobility... , you hold a strategic position at the core of the bid management process.

Role responsibilities

• Lead and structure the full bid process for RFPs and RFI’s;

Must have qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: 

• Strong delivery background with experience as Project Manager or Project Director on complex projects;
• You know one or more technology environments such as Adobe, Shopify, Salesforce, or MACH architectures (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless);
• You have a strong team-oriented mindset and analytical mindset with a high level of rigor and attention to detail;

We are looking for a  Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to deliver large and complex Marketing Cloud Engagement implementations within enterprise-grade digital transformation projects.

The role  

Valtech is looking for a Flutter Lead Developer to shape our cross-platform mobile and web application landscape. In this role, you will own the technical strategy, architecture, and delivery of scalable, high-performing Flutter applications that power digital experiences across our business. • Lead Flutter mobile app development across Android / iOS.

Must have qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: 

• 7+ years of total development experience, with at least 3+ years in Flutter development. 
• Strong knowledge of data structures, modern design patterns, and best practices in object-oriented software engineering. 
• The ability to write clean and neat code that is easy to maintain. 
• The ability to cover all (or almost all) your work with tests. 
• Understanding the principles of user interface design. 
• Expert knowledge of the Dart language.
• Experience developing native applications (Android/iOS) will be a plus. 
• Knowledge of development and configuration tools (Git, Jira, Jenkins, etc.). 
• Experience with RESTful APIs to connect to back-end services. 
• Knowledge of modern architectural patterns in mobile development (BLoC, MVVM) and the principles of functional programming.

A day in the life of a Senior Cloud Engineer (Azure)

As a Senior Cloud Engineer (Azure), you are part of a multidisciplinary project team working with software engineers, QA engineers, and frontend engineers on experience and commerce platforms. You will work with Infrastructure as Code (mostly Terraform), support teams in setting up their pipelines, helping them to deploy and scale their applications, design and ensure security on the cloud infrastructure of our client, set up recovery procedures, etc. You’ll work with containerized environments hosted either in Azure PaaS (Container Services, App Service, Azure functions) or on Kubernetes (AKS), although at times you will also work in an IaaS context with VMs.

On top of that, you help teams to grow and incorporate cloud techniques – these teams may contain cloud engineers, but could also consist of DevOps-minded software engineers. You participate in the European cloud team and actively contribute to growing the cloud engineers in that team. You help with advice, estimates, risk analysis, and proactively alert project management around cloud work streams. You’re supporting cloud and solutions architects by assessing their solutions for feasibility and against the competencies and skills of the teams that need to execute them. You sometimes jump into projects to help them overcome a bump in the road and help colleagues to identify problems for what they are, and help them find the appropriate solution and to get the time they need to implement that solution.

The role  

We are looking for an experienced mobile application Product Designer with experience in the e-commerce, travel, and or banking sectors; someone who can hit the ground running and can make an impact from day one. This is an opportunity for the right person to join our multi-functional team working with a globally recognized client. A chance to work on projects that push the boundaries of brand and digital experience.

The product designer is responsible for creating and developing the strategic feature roadmap by using data, user research, and hypothesis testing. This role typically involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, in a client-blended team, to understand user needs and business goals. We need someone who uses their design, user research, and prototyping skills to create solutions that meet these requirements. Often to work on various stages of product development, from concept ideation to final implementation, ensuring that the product is both aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly.

Role responsibilities

• Work on custom features for specific products, working very closely with the client team.
• Keep healthy communication with your project manager and client.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate on user research, interviews, and surveys to gather insights.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in product design.
• Participate in design critiques and brainstorming sessions.
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development process.

Must have qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: 

• 5+ years' experience as a Product Designer, as well as a strong portfolio of app-related projects.
• Excellent knowledge of Figma.
• Experience in creating user-centered designs by understanding strategic business requirements and user feedback.
• You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics.
• You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions.
• Excellent English knowledge.
• Being proactive, highly driven, and actively involved in assisting and advising other team members on ways to improve and overcome problems.

The role  

We are looking for a Senior Python Engineer (AI & Cloud) to join a high-impact agile Task Force. You will be responsible for industrializing a Generative AI solution for a major French healthcare corporation, moving from POC to a production-ready MVP. 

You will thrive in this role if you are: 

• A Python & Cloud Expert: You have a strong command of GCP (Vertex AI) and integrating LLMs (Gemini, RAG architectures)
• A Precision-Oriented Developer: You can handle high-security constraints (HDS/GDPR) and complex data pipelines with a focus on accuracy (>90%)
• A Practical Innovator: You enjoy turning cutting-edge AI (Voice AI, NLU) into reliable industrial services
• A Collaborator: You value teamwork and knowledge-sharing within a cross-functional squad of Data and Salesforce experts. 

Must have qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: 

• Deep understanding of Python internals, concurrency (asyncio), and design patterns
• Experience in building scalable and secure RESTful or GraphQL APIs
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins) to ensure automated testing and seamless deployment
• Experience with system integrations and data processing
• Hands-on experience with AI / LLM uses cases
• Experience with API frameworks: FastAPI or Flask (Django not required)
• Cloud experience required: preferably GCP, but AWS is acceptable
• Understanding of cloud deployment patterns
• Teamwork experience
• Proactive, collaborative mindset, quick learner
• Good English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking) 

Nice to have qualifications  

• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes)
