We are looking for a Middle Project Manager  to join our talented team. This role is primarily remote, however, it is aligned with Warsaw location, as there may be occasional opportunities for in-person collaboration with the client.

These are expected to be infrequent. Numerous new and ongoing projects ranging from enterprise content solutions, mobile apps, and data services to experience-driven enterprise e-commerce, user experience, and marketing. Global opportunities to work with different industry verticals: retail & luxury, financial, healthcare, travel & hospitality, automotive, and media & entertainment. Not only must you be willing to aggressively learn and expand your expertise, but you must be driven by results, hungry for challenges, and willing to push yourself and take part in strong professional world-class teams.

The ideal candidate’s skills include: 

• 3+ years of working experience in Project Management in a software development environment; 
• remote or international project team management; 
• experience in people management; 
• solid experience working with end customers; 
• proven practical team leadership experience; 
•  strong knowledge of Agile methodologies; 
• must be able to gather & document project requirements & specifications; 
• experience in translation from the language of tech to the language of business; 
• must be able to allocate work within and between project teams based on the given nature and complexity of the tasks; 
• strong verbal & written communication skills, analytical and interpersonal communication skills, and exceptional organizational and work structuring skills; 
• exceptional customer service and related skills;

The Role 

As a Project Manager within our organization you will be facing interesting questions about the implementation of large-scale software systems that need to handle the daily challenges of scaling, resilience and performance. • Collaborer, consulter et conseiller nos clients sur divers sujets axés sur le succès à long terme et la croissance de leur entreprise, notamment des sujets tels que la transformation d'entreprise, la transformation organisationnelle, stratégie numérique, etc. en partenariat avec des collègues des domaines concernés ;
• Surveiller et évaluer de manière indépendante le flux du projet, orchestrer plusieurs flux de projet, rendre compte de l'avancement du ou des projets et garantir que les projets continuent de répondre à la mission, à la vision et aux objectifs stratégiques globaux ;
• Être flexible dans vos méthodes de travail, être conscient des meilleures pratiques agiles et trouver le bon équilibre entre la gestion de projet traditionnelle et la gestion de projet/produit agile ;

• Maitrise des différentes phases de réalisation d’un projet digital de la phase de conception à la mise en production
• Expérience de l’avant-vente aussi bien en coordination, qu’en préparation de deck, soutenance et pitch client qu’en élaboration de planning et budget
• Expérience e-Commerce que ce soit dans les étapes amont de la création et l’enrichissement de cette information produit : PLM, MDM, PIM (Akeneo, Salsify, etc.), DAM (Adobe, Aprimo, Bynder, Keepeek,..) ou dans les étapes aval de distribution de cette information : CMS orientés composants (Adobe AEM, Sitecore, etc.), plateformes e-commerce (SFCC, commercetools, etc.), marketplace, canaux de distribution, merchandising, promotions, etc.
• Travailler en équipe et fédérer les différents intervenants autour d’un objectif commun
• Être force de proposition, vous êtes en mesure de gérer des situations complexes et d’apporter des solutions concrètes et adaptées à vos clients. Pédagogue, vous êtes capable de construire une relation de confiance avec vos interlocuteurs

Responsabilités du poste

Vous pilotez la livraison de projets digitaux complexes en assurant la qualité, la satisfaction client et l’alignement stratégique, tout en jouant un rôle de référent au sein de l’équipe Valtech et en accompagnant les clients dans leur transformation digitale.

Gestion de projet et delivery

• Assurer la responsabilité globale du delivery de solutions digitales (plateformes, applications, etc.) de haute qualité.
• Orchestrer plusieurs flux de projets simultanés, assurer le suivi des plannings, des jalons, du budget et des ressources, tout en garantissant la maîtrise des risques et la qualité des livrables.

• Implement and manage operational support services for large international clients

• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors and internal delivery teams to ensure end-to-end service excellence

Must have qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: 

• 5+ years of relevant experience in ITIL-based processes and SLA management
• Experience setting up managed services contracts and SLAs
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methods such as SCRUM and Kanban
• Understanding of DevOps principles
• Experience working in an international and multicultural context with offshored teams
• Excellent command of English (C2 level)
  

Nice to have qualifications  

• ITIL, ASL and/or BiSL certification
• Experience with online commerce and/or experience platforms

Qualifications requises

This is a full-time job based in Canada. The offered salary range is $90K to $110k annually, depending on experience and location.
