As the EMEA Marketing manager focused on our key priority regions UK, DACH and Northern Europe, you will be developing and executing comprehensive regional marketing strategies to achieve business growth, drive pipeline working cross-functionally with global marketing, Sales, and SDR teams. This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Senior Director, International Marketing.
We are looking for a strategic individual contributor with demonstrated experience in B2B SAAS delivering and executing commercial impact across field marketing, campaign development, and regional/demand marketing and ABM campaigns. Your responsibilities extend to partnering with the local sales team, execute impactful marketing campaigns, and assess campaign effectiveness, ultimately generating pipeline (net new and expansion), enhancing brand awareness, and fostering customer engagement.
Location: This role is based in Ireland or the United Kingdom. Candidates must be located in one of these countries.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will own a portfolio of high-value customers and be accountable for delivering measurable business outcomes throughout the customer lifecycle. You will drive retention, expansion, and cross-sell within your portfolio, develop and execute strategic account plans, and serve as the primary advocate for your customers and the partners serving them.
You will act as a trusted advisor—aligning customer business and digital objectives with the value of Pantheon’s platform. Leveraging strong relationship management, data insights, and operational rigor, you will guide customers through change, optimize adoption, and ensure long-term commercial success for both the customer and Pantheon.
This role is highly cross-functional: you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Support, and Services teams to ensure customers receive a consistent, high-quality, and outcome-driven experience.

Compensation:
