Asia Sales Operations – Sales Operations Senior Executive
As a Sales Operations Senior Executive, you will own the end-to-end sales order lifecycle across Asia Distributor and Commercial network - primarily supporting Asia distributors and channel partner sales orders from order receipt through to delivery execution, dispute/returns resolution, and performance reporting. You will partner closely with Commercial Planning, Finance, Operations, and 3PL warehouses to ensure accurate master data, compliant order processing, and consistently excellent distribution experience.
What you’ll be doing
• Manage back-catalog and new-release distributor and commercial sales order processing: review, validate, and accurately process distributor/channel partner orders while ensuring compliance to order requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for order administration during coverage periods (e.g., planner leave), ensuring continuity of service.
• Own EDI / order transmission exception management: investigate non-receipt or transmission errors, coordinate fixes, and confirm re-processing.
• Maintain purchase order forms, purchase pricing/assortment lists, and presell SKU set-up, ensuring data accuracy across systems.
• Coordinate outbound execution with 3PL warehouses: create deliveries, validate dispatch readiness, and ensure day-one launch requirements are met for Asia distributor launches.
• Manage distributor and transport bookings: coordinate delivery schedules with distributors/key accounts and collaborate with Freight Forwarders on shipment bookings as required.
• Collaborate closely with MDG team to ensure operational continuity; serve as the primary functional backup for distributor data workflows during peak volumes or resource absences (e.g., holiday cover) to maintain uninterrupted onboarding and data integrity.
• Support the monthly demand and supply planning process by updating production order and inventory data in the Rolling Forecast (RF) file, ensuring the commercial team has an accurate supply picture for their alignment meetings.
• Coordinate the rework order process by aligning monthly schedules and new product launch requirements to ensure inventory is ready when needed, helping the team maintain a smooth flow of product to market.
• Own distributor dispute and returns escalation: respond to order queries (ETAs, delivery concerns), re-process problematic returns, and coordinate damaged stock recoveries with freight partners.
• Drive process improvement and project delivery: streamline operational workflows, enhance booking processes, and support workflow/tool upgrades (e.g., SAP / SharePoint) in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Build and maintain KPI reporting to monitor order turnaround time, open order aging, and launch readiness; provide insights and corrective action recommendations.
• Maintain product serial number records to support end-customer registration, ensuring accurate traceability from production through to the final user for warranty and service purposes.
• Coordinate FTA processing for active lanes; manage the necessary documentation and certificates of origin to ensure current shipments successfully qualify for preferential duty rates.
What we’re looking for
• 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations / Sales Administration, ideally supporting South Asia distributor and channel partner networks.
• Strong end-to-end order management expertise (back-catalog and new release), including customer compliance checks and backorder management.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and order management tools (e.g., SAP), plus working knowledge of EDI processes and issue resolution.
• Solid understanding of outbound logistics concepts (3PL warehouse coordination, delivery creation, transport/booking processes).
• Proven ability to manage disputes and returns workflows, including escalation handling and root-cause problem solving.
• Strong analytical capability: KPI definition, reporting, and insight generation to improve operational performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to influence cross-functional teams and mentor junior team members.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple workstreams, and deliver improvements within defined policies and practices.
Desirable
• Experience supporting workflow automation platforms (e.g., SAP, SharePoint) and/or sales operations systems integrations.
• Exposure to master data governance (MDG) processes and data quality controls.
• Continuous improvement experience (Lean / Six Sigma) applied to sales ops or supply chain workflows.
• Experience in consumer electronics, gaming, or fast-paced new product launch environments.

What you’ll bring:
10+ years of experience working in a program/project management capacity for large-scale business systems and/or complex software development initiatives from kick-off to market delivery
Experience with Software Development Lifecycle, Design/System Thinking, Agile frameworks, preferably Scrum and Kanban, and Program Management Methodologies to implement the right practice for the programs
Effective leadership to prioritize assignments to meet required deadlines, craft action and program plans, identify gaps and risks to put in place mitigating factors and communication plans

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain software build and release pipelines that support delivery across PlayStation consoles, Web, Mobile, and PC platforms.
Automate provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management of cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) to enable consistent, secure, and scalable deployments.
Build internal tools and applications that streamline development workflows and accelerate software delivery.
Engage closely with dependent engineering, QA, and operations teams to understand requirements, remove obstacles, and ensure smooth end-to-end delivery, often driving alignment across teams.
Monitor and analyze telemetry (metrics, logs, traces) to detect issues, identify improvement opportunities, and lead efforts to improve operational excellence across CI/CD systems and tools.
Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate system performance, reliability, and pipeline health.
Identify and resolve CI/CD challenges proactively, providing support to development teams and continually improving system resilience.

Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

Experience developing with JavaScript and/or TypeScript.

THE ROLE
As a Product Manager, you will work as part of the central Live Services games team at PlayStation Studios. Your primary responsibility is to work as a subject matter expert, collaborating with a small central team to support game studios and with other partners (analytics, marketing, etc.) to help build, launch, and manage successful live service games, while helping studios to build out top-notch embedded capabilities.
Under the guidance of the Director of Product Management, you will partner closely with multiple teams to use data, insights, user testing, and creative solutions, to inform product development with a keen sense of critical product KPI’s and game health.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support product management across multiple live and upcoming titles from PlayStation Studios to help effectively build out capabilities and successfully launch and manage their live service titles.
Evaluate design specs and mockups, identify and escalate risks, and advise on mitigation strategies, while contributing directly to feature definition and validation roadmaps across development cycles.
Lead/co-lead initiatives to drive measurable improvements through hypothesis development, testing, and iteration.
Communicate performance results and actionable recommendations to both product and studio feature team stakeholders, connecting player experience to business outcomes.
Highlight opportunities for product performance growth for various titles, and support improvement initiatives to a successful outcome with analysis and reporting.
Provide hands-on support to studios across various core competencies from feature design to live content, performance reporting and market knowledge.
Help share best practices to support game studios standing up and evolving their processes and capabilities.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Experience in product management for live service games, preferably on AAA Console/PC titles.
Understand, conceptualize, and abstract the design of game systems, features, and mechanics.
Data fluency and working experience of partnering with analytics, research, and insights groups.
Solid grasp of statistics, hypothesis testing, and experimental design for live game features.
Proven business and market awareness with analytical capabilities, using data to inform decisions.
Social intelligence, great interpersonal skills, excellent communication and empathy for creative teams.
Working knowledge of different types of games, genres, and business models (F2P, premium, cosmetic economy, etc.).
Experience working with publishing partners (marketing, release management, store, etc.).
Deep passion for games and ability to evaluate and break down the components of what makes a successful live game.

The Influencer and Content Creator Strategist will lead influencer initiatives in Canada—owning both high-impact paid creator partnerships and the ongoing PlayStation creator/talent partnership program. As a key member of the Global Communications and Canadian Marketing team, this role is responsible for developing and executing influencer strategies that support brand and campaign objectives. Your mission is to create cultural impact and measurable excitement around game and product launches by partnering with creators who authentically move the gaming community—then turning those partnerships into best-in-class content moments across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter). The individual will oversee strategic planning, day-to-day program management, global content alignment, local content development, and performance reporting and analysis.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in influencer marketing and relationship management across both paid and earned programs. They possess excellent organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This person should also be comfortable stepping into an established program and ensuring continuity, operational efficiency, and sustained momentum throughout the duration of the contract.

● Own the Canada creator/influencer strategy across the launch calendar, ensuring creator activity ladders to clear campaign objectives (awareness, excitement, cultural conversation, community engagement) and fits the realities of gaming communities
● Lead paid influencer partnerships end-to-end with agency support: creator sourcing and evaluation, outreach, negotiation, contracting, briefing, deliverable management, approvals, and post-campaign reporting.

The Software Engineers within our Platform Engineering Group design, build, document, and deploy large-scale data platforms that optimize performance and scalability across PlayStation systems. You will work on solving complex data challenges, improving platform capabilities, and ensuring high availability, all while supporting a dynamic, interactive environment for PlayStation users.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about building innovative data platforms that scale to millions of users, collaborating across Engineering and Product teams in an agile environment. You’ll have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies, tools, and processes, helping to drive forward our technical and architectural goals.
Contribute to the development, testing, and deployment of high-quality code across the data platform
Collaborate actively with global teams across multiple time zones, ensuring alignment and continuity
Support platform capabilities for data cataloging, analytics, and ETL/ELT pipelines
Assist in identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing improvements with guidance from senior engineers
Build and support services that handle structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data (audio, video, text, images)
Participate in on-call rotation for production support and help troubleshoot critical issues
Contribute to platform documentation and maintain clarity for internal consumers
Present work in team demos and represent engineering contributions in internal discussions
Follow best practices in testing, monitoring, and deployment to ensure platform reliability
Continuously learn and apply new tools, patterns, and technologies in the data platform space
3+ years of experience developing scalable, distributed systems
Proficient in at least one language: Scala, Java, or Python
Experience building or maintaining cloud-based applications/services (AWS preferred, GCP is a plus)
Exposure to event streaming platforms such as Kafka, Kinesis, or SQS and Data Ingestion
Familiarity with distributed data processing frameworks like Apache Spark or Apache Flink
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability best practices
Comfortable working in a globally distributed team
Willingness to participate in production on-call rotations
Exposure to Databricks or similar unified data platforms
Experience working with unstructured data formats such as images, video, or audio
Familiarity with data cataloging, lineage, and metadata tools
Experience supporting platform-scale features such as ETL frameworks, analytics services, or data quality checks
Knowledge of GCP or multi-cloud environments
Curiosity and enthusiasm for tackling scalability and reliability challenges
30 Days: Ramp up on our tech stack, development tools, and team workflows. Deliver your first minor enhancement or bug fix and sync with global peers.
60 Days: Begin contributing to core platform features. Participate in code/design reviews and propose improvements.
90 Days: Own medium-scope features end-to-end. Engage in roadmap discussions and build strong cross-functional relationships with global stakeholders.
