About the role
This is a pivotal design role and a crucial partner to the Game Director on one of our R&D game projects. You will play a key role in shaping the game and design vision for a new game concept, from prototyping through production and launch. You will also mentor and nurture the growth of a talented team of game designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

What you'll need to be successful

A holistic view of game systems, including the downstream effects of design decisions throughout both the product and player lifecycle, coupled with a strong understanding of fundamental design principles, metagame systems, game economies, and player psychology, to design from first principles.

We’re hiring an AI Solutions Architect to lead the future of IT systems and automation at Fortis. This senior-level role focuses on improving how our internal tech works — using AI, automation, and innovative design to make everything more secure, scalable, and efficient.
You’ll lead the design of our IT tools and platforms, ensuring they’re modern, user-friendly, and powered by cutting-edge AI like LLMs (think ChatGPT, Gemini, and similar tools). This role reports to the Director of IT. It works closely with Security, Legal, Engineering, and other departments to ensure our IT systems are robust, safe, compliant, and built to scale.
This isn’t just an execution or admin role — it’s a leadership position for someone who can research, propose, and help drive future-focused IT strategies across the business.
What You'll Achieve
- Define and implement scalable, secure, AI-driven IT architectures aligned with business needs.
- Research, propose, and implement AI/LLM-based automation for IT processes, support systems, and knowledge management.

About the Role
We're building a game unlike anything else on the market. One that blends multiple gameplay layers into a fresh, deeply engaging experience for a broad casual audience. The creative foundation is strong. Now we need someone who can turn that innovation into a thriving business.
As Associate Director of Product, you'll own the product direction end-to-end: the game economy, live operations, monetization strategy, and the critical decisions that take us from soft launch validation to global launch and scale. This is a hands-on IC role with outsized strategic impact: you won't manage a team on day one, but you'll shape the business, influence every department that touches the game, and build toward a people-leadership track as we grow.
This isn't a role for someone who wants a playbook. It's for someone who can write one - for a game that's breaking new ground, for an audience we're still learning about, in a market that rewards boldness over convention.
