OVERVIEW
The Director of Asset Protection & Safety International, based out of London, leads ALO’s enterprise protection strategy across international retail markets, ensuring operational integrity, the safety of our people and guests, and the protection of company assets. This leader combines operational discipline, innovation, and mindful leadership to protect both performance and brand experience across diverse regulatory, cultural, and risk environments.
The Director is responsible for developing, standardizing, and scaling a comprehensive international retail protection program across the UK, Europe, and APAC. This role integrates operational risk management, safety governance, investigations, and resilience into a cohesive strategy that positions ALO’s Asset Protection & Safety organization as a global center of excellence for protection and prevention. This role will report into the Sr. Director Asset Protection & Safety
This leader is both visionary and practical, using data, technology, and human insight to anticipate emerging risks and create scalable solutions that sustain trust, profitability, and operational excellence across international markets. The role partners across Operations, People & Culture, Legal, Finance, IT, Facilities, and Supply Chain to ensure ALO’s protection and safety programs evolve ahead of industry trends while remaining compliant with local laws and cultural expectations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & Culture
Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing international field organization, including Regional Asset Protection Managers and supporting Asset Protection and Safety resources across multiple countries.
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and care that supports safety, team engagement, and business performance.
Model and embody ALO’s Guiding Principles of mindful movement, community, intention, and purpose.
Partner with international retail and field leaders to reinforce consistent execution of Asset Protection and Safety standards.
Maintain visible engagement in the field to assess readiness and reinforce duty of care expectations.
Strategic Direction & Execution
Lead ALO’s international Asset Protection & Safety strategy across External Risk, Internal Integrity, Operational Excellence, and People Protection.
Establish scalable governance models aligning global standards with local regulatory requirements.
Ensure strategies are data-informed and aligned to long-term growth.
External Risk
Develop proactive strategies to deter and respond to external theft and organized retail crime.
Build relationships with law enforcement, security partners, and retail coalitions.
Oversee theft and fraud case management and recovery efforts.
Represent ALO in international protection networks.
Oversee security vendor programs and guard force management.
Internal Integrity
Lead internal investigations with discretion and cultural sensitivity.
Partner with People & Culture and Legal on compliant case handling.
Oversee restitution, recovery, and authority coordination.
Ensure cash-handling integrity and audit consistency.
Reinforce ethical behavior and accountability programs.
Operational Excellence
Partner cross-functionally to mitigate controllable loss.
Standardize international retail audit programs.
Use analytics to forecast risk and guide prevention.
Support new store openings and remodels.

Champion a culture of safety, preparedness, and wellbeing.
Provide executive oversight of workplace violence prevention.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business, Risk Management, or related field.
Fifteen or more years of progressive leadership experience with international scope.
Proven success building scalable protection and safety programs.
Experience overseeing investigations, audits, crisis response, and business continuity.
Strong understanding of international retail risk and safety governance.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
High integrity and sound judgment.
Willingness to travel internationally up to 40 to 50 percent.

OVERVIEW
Being a part of the Alo team as an Inventory Analyst serves as the regional extension of the centralized team, bridging brand strategy with local market execution. This role is responsible for monitoring inventory health, delivering real-time market insights, and strengthening cross-functional partnerships to enable faster, more informed decision-making. This role is designed to bridge the centralized model and in-market execution. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of regional market dynamics and acts as a trusted partner to both local leadership and the centralized team, helping to ensure brand consistency while driving local relevance.
As our Inventory Analyst, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Responsibilities
Serve as the 2-way conduit to feed intelligence between the main and local office to support the company strategy and ensure execution
Provide analytical support, act as a thought partner to regional market leadership
Investigate and resolve discrepancies (stockouts, overstock, system vs physical)
Partner with DC/logistics to improve visibility and efficiency on inventory flow and constraints
Build strong connections with cross functional teams to enable faster response to in-season trends
Participate in key cross-functional meetings including Weekly Business Review and Hindsighting to represent regional perspective and support brand execution and buying alignment
Conduct store visits to assess stock position, assortment gaps, and merchandising impact
Capture and communicate insights on inventory, merchandising, and local nuances, translating them into clear, actionable recommendations that inform key decisions for the centralized team
Identify risks and opportunities (climate, events, cultural drivers)
People/Organization Relationships:
Reporting to VP of Allocation and in market to SVP of country retail
Works cross functionally with (but not limited to) Allocation, Country Executive Leadership, Store/DC Ops, Merchandise Planning, Buying, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising
Qualifications:
3–6+ years in allocation, inventory management, and retail operations
Strong connection to product and product knowledge
Ability and flexibility for travel within region and internationally (~25%)

At ALO, we’re inspired by movement — of bodies, ideas, and energy. The Operations Planning Analyst plays a pivotal role in enabling that movement by translating business strategy into operational readiness across the Distribution & Logistics network.
This role sits within European Operations and reports to the Director of Operations, Europe. The Analyst directly supports the Director in driving strategic planning initiatives, ensuring demand forecasts, promotional strategies, and growth initiatives are supported by aligned capacity, labor, and fulfillment plans.
Partnering closely with Channel Planning, Inventory, Supply Chain, and Operations teams, you will proactively identify risks, evaluate trade-offs, and help position the network for service excellence, cost efficiency, and scalable growth.
Responsibilities
Strategic Operations Planning
Translate sales forecasts, promotional calendars, and product launch plans into operational capacity and fulfillment requirements.
Support mid- and long-range operational planning to ensure alignment between demand, storage capacity, labor, and throughput capabilities.
Build scenario models to evaluate trade-offs across service levels, cost, labor, and network constraints.
Identify operational risks and bottlenecks in advance and propose mitigation strategies.
Support network scalability planning as business volume and complexity grow.
Cross-Functional Planning Partnership
Support cross-functional planning efforts with Channel, Inventory, Supply Chain, and Regional Operations teams.
Participate in structured planning discussions to align stakeholders on priorities, timing, and execution readiness.
Prepare scenario models and capacity impact analyses to inform planning decisions.
Summarize findings and provide clear, data-driven insights to support operational decision-making.
Work closely with 3PL partners to collaborate on both input and output datasets to improve KPI’s.
Peak & Event Readiness
Support operational planning for peak seasons, major promotional events, and new product launches (e.g., Seasonal Peak Planning).
Assess network readiness and highlight capacity, labor, storage, or fulfillment risks.
Evaluate pre-event capacity plans and contingency scenarios.
Conduct post-event reviews to refine planning assumptions and improve future readiness.
