Role Overview
We are looking for a Privacy and Security Leader to build and lead the Digital Trust team in Japan. This role will initially operate as a highly autonomous individual contributor, with a clear mandate to design the privacy and security operating model in Japan and progressively build a dedicated team as the business scales. Reporting directly to the Digital Trust Leader based in Taiwan, this role will govern internal security practices and operations while protecting customer trust and empowering business growth for Rocket Now and Coupang Japan. Overview:
The focus of this role is on our white-label offering, partnering with our B2B partners to ensure they have the data and services to leverage the Agoda’s technological products on their platform and provide a better experience for our shared customers.
Agoda’s Senior Product Managers are responsible for defining the overall strategy and goals for Agoda’s various products, including the website, mobile applications and mobile website, email marketing, as well as advanced internal products and tools such as algorithmic PPC bidding systems and pricing software. SPMs drive the relentless innovation required to stay ahead in an extremely dynamic and competitive industry. SPMs create and maintain a product roadmap and will be responsible for communication with all stakeholders (business heads, marketing, developers, and senior management) to ensure that Agoda’s products continue to perform at the highest possible level and serve the needs of our many customer groups.
A Senior Product Manager will see the big picture and the small detail at the same time. He or she will understand the broad needs of the business, scan the competitive landscape in which their product operates, spot trends and technical developments and update the product roadmap as needed. At the same time, he or she will understand every detail of the product from design to functionality to usability. They will need to understand various eCommerce metrics and concepts very well – conversion, repeat rates, ROI, site performance metrics, bounce rates, return on investment, etc.
In summary, an Agoda Senior Product Manager can expect to work on the cutting edge of technology, data, digital marketing, algorithmic decision-making, and consumer psychology – all at a scale that very few eCommerce companies in the world today can offer.

What you'll do :
Japan is a strategic growth market for The Trade Desk, and this role will be instrumental in driving business expansion through high-impact data partnerships. As Senior Data Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in translating data partnerships into measurable commercial impact across Brand Direct, new business, and agency channels.
You will be responsible for supporting the execution of the Japan data partnerships strategy in close partnership with Commercial leadership, ensuring data, identity, and measurement capabilities are deployed in ways that scale, support priority accounts, and align to regional growth objectives.
This role sits at the intersection of partner management, go-to-market execution, and commercial leadership, and requires comfort operating both strategically and hands-on where impact matters most.

As a member of the Applied AI team at Anthropic, you will be a technical Product Engineer focused on becoming a trusted technical advisor to customers as they adopt Claude. Serve as a technical advisor to Anthropic customers as they deploy new products & workflows with our models: from discovery through deployment, coordinating internally across multiple teams to drive customer success
Partner with account executives to deeply understand customer product requirements and architect technical solutions, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical implementation
Guide technical architecture decisions and help customers build state-of-the-art products & workflows with LLMs via API
Develop customized pilots, prototypes, and evaluation suites that make the case for customer deployment of our models into customer products and workflows via our API
Lead hands-on technical workshops and code reviews with customer engineering teams
Identify common design patterns and contribute insights back to our Product and Engineering teams
Maintain strong knowledge of the latest developments in LLM capabilities, implementation patterns, and AI product development stacks
Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops, implementation support, and building relationships
Attend conferences, lead speaking engagements, write blog posts and white papers on topics surrounding the AI space
4+ years of experience in a technical roles such as Customer Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Software Engineer or Technical Product Manager with a desire to work closely with customers
Production experience with LLMs including advanced prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation frameworks, and deployment at scale
Strong programming skills with proficiency in Python and experience building production applications
Expertise working with common LLM implementation patterns, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, agent frameworks, and retrieval frameworks.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and execute across domains with intellectual openness, finding simple solutions to complex problems
High cooperation mindset for cross-organizational collaboration, balancing competing priorities with integrity
Passion for advancing safe, beneficial AI systems through creative technical applications
Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders while maintaining a low ego and collaborative approach
