MongoDB is looking for a talented and results-driven Field Marketing Manager based in Seoul to drive marketing and account based marketing programs for the South Korea region. This role works in close alignment with cross-functional stakeholders in sales, marketing, and partner teams. Key responsibilities include developing and executing integrated marketing plans that map to priority business objectives, including: online and offline demand generation programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities. This role will report into the Director of North PacRim Marketing.

How You'll Make an Impact at MarqVision
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and hands-on Social Media & Multimedia Strategist who can elevate MarqVision’s brand presence in Korea through compelling storytelling and high-quality content production. This role requires someone who can think at a brand level while also executing end-to-end content creation, from ideation and scripting to filming, editing, publishing, and performance measurement.
You will translate technical IP protection, anti-counterfeiting, unauthorized sales, and brand impersonation concepts into engaging narratives that appeal to brand managers, marketers, and enterprise audiences. A key part of this role is leveraging AI tools to accelerate production, improve consistency, and enable rapid experimentation across formats.
About Marketing Team
MarqVision’s Marketing Team is responsible for driving awareness, demand, and product engagement across global markets. In Korea and the broader APAC region, we operate as a high-impact growth engine, creating localized content, shaping market narratives, and activating full-funnel campaigns that support both brand and revenue goals.
As part of this team, you will lead social media and multimedia content creation for Korea, owning MarqVision’s brand storytelling across platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging channels. You’ll plan and execute content-led demand generation campaigns, repurpose high-performing assets, and support regional messaging that aligns with global go-to-market initiatives.

Job Summary:
The Manager, APAC Social Media & Influencer Marketing role will lead and scale our social and influencer strategy across key APAC markets including Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia.
This role will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and performance outcomes through social media and influencer marketing. This position plays a critical role in shaping APAC growth strategy, operating at both a strategic and tactical level. Job Expectations:
Develop and execute APAC social media and influencer marketing strategies aligned with global brand and business objectives

The impact you'll be contributing to Moloco:
Creatives are one of the highest-leverage levers in Moloco Ads: they shape what users see, how they interact, and ultimately how much value advertisers extract from our platform. As formats grow more complex (video, playables, rich HTML) and surfaces diversify across exchanges, SDK, and new inventory types, our creative systems must do more than just serve assets — they must learn, adapt, and guide advertisers toward better outcomes.
This space sits at the intersection of ML/bidding, supply, and UI/UX for advertisers. Strong product decisions here directly influence company toplines, ROAS and advertiser retention. At the same time, weak creative strategy can quietly erode performance, create operational noise, and diminish trust in our optimization systems. We need a Staff Product Data Scientist who can bring structure, rigor, and long-term thinking to this inherently noisy problem space.
The person will be the analytical and product thought partner for the Creatives team, owning the data narrative across ideation, launch, and iteration of creative features and strategies. This is not a “support” role; it is a co-owner of the creative roadmap.

We are also looking for innovators capable of using generative AI to design, evangelize, and implement state-of-the-art solutions for never-before-solved problems. Key job responsibilities - Demonstrate thorough technical knowledge on feature engineering of massive datasets, effective exploratory data analysis, and model building using industry-standard AI/ML models and working with Large Language Models - Proficiency in both Supervised(Linear/Logistic Regression) and UnSupervised algorithms(k means clustering) - Understand the business reality behind large sets of data and develop meaningful solutions comprising of analytics as well as marketing management. - Work closely with internal stakeholders like the business teams, engineering teams and partner teams and align them with respect to your focus area - Innovate by adapting new modeling techniques and procedures - Passionate about working with huge data sets (training/fine tuning) and be someone who loves to bring datasets together to answer business questions. This is your opportunity to become a core part of On’s Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Retail team and take on the responsibility to co-lead On’s retail stores in Seoul.
As one of the first hires, On will rely on you to help co-define the various store operation processes. 1. Planning Excellence & Delivery Ownership
We are searching for a strong Senior Media Planning Director to join the Korea team, supporting one of the world’s largest global tech companies and future clients.
This role is responsible for overseeing all media proposals and planning deliverables across channels, ensuring accountability throughout the end-to-end planning process. This includes developing tactical plans to achieve campaign performance and conducting post-campaign reporting to derive actionable insights.
The role requires strong ownership in evaluating the efficiency of workstreams and processes, continuously identifying opportunities for improvement. In addition, the position involves managing regional planning workstreams in close collaboration with hub leaders and other markets. Establishing and maintaining high-quality standards for planning deliverables, as well as demonstrating continuous improvement, is essential.
2. Team Leadership & Client Partnership
In partnership with senior leadership, this role will lead and manage a team of digital media planners, ensuring effective resource allocation and team utilization. Acting as a key escalation point for team-related issues, the role requires strong capability in capacity planning and resource management.
A strong focus on team development, coaching, and Performance Development Review is critical, particularly for managers and executives, to support career growth and maintain a low turnover rate.
As a senior point of contact for clients, this role requires active participation in key milestone meetings, providing thought leadership, and demonstrating expertise in media trends, innovations, and emerging vendors. The role also includes hands-on involvement in onboarding new clients and participating in 1:1 client engagements when required.
