The Opportunity: Grow with Teads

This isn’t a role where you sit and observe. You’ll be hands-on from day one, learning how digital advertising campaigns come to life; from idea to execution to results.

What You’ll Do (Your Learning Journey)
Within our Campaign Management team, you’ll be the "bridge" between our technology and our clients. You will manage two main types of work:
- Empowering Clients (Self-Serve)
- Onboarding Support: Help clients get comfortable with our world-class Teads Ad Manager.
- Tech Guide: Provide guidance on campaign setup, tracking, and Brand Safety.
- Data Detective: Analyze performance data to find trends and insights that help our clients grow.
- Driving Success (Managed Service)
- Full Lifecycle Management: Take ownership of campaigns from the initial setup to the final report.
- Optimization: Monitor how campaigns are "pacing" (spending) and tweak them to ensure they hit the client's goals.
- Reporting & Insights: Create visual proof of success and weekly reports that show our clients the value we deliver.
- Collaboration & Growth
- Partner with Creative, Sales, and Insights teams to ensure every campaign runs smoothly.
- Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions (we’re all about learning from each other!).
- Help Account Managers plan for future campaigns using data from the past.
About You

- Educated & Eager: You have a degree in Advertising, Media, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Digitally Savvy: You have a foundational understanding of the digital landscape. (Internship experience at an agency, DSP, or AdTech firm is a huge plus!)
- The Precisionist: You take pride in "measure twice, cut once" work. You enjoy getting the small things right.
- A Natural Communicator: You can explain complex ideas simply and enjoy building relationships.
- Tech-Curious: You aren't afraid of learning new platforms like Salesforce, Ad Servers, or Verification tools.
- Problem-Solver: You don’t just see a hurdle; you look for a way over it.
