The Opportunity
As our GTM Recruiter based in Singapore, you will own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles across the APAC region, including Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Marketing. This is an exciting opportunity to build out Postman's commercial presence in APAC while working closely with regional and global leadership.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles across APAC — including Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Customer Success Managers, Regional Marketing Managers, and Partners — from role scoping through offer and close.
- Partner with APAC GTM leaders and People Business Partners to develop hiring plans, define success profiles, and align talent strategy with regional business objectives.

About You
- 9+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 5-6 years focused on GTM or commercial roles (Sales, CS, Solutions, Marketing) in the APAC region.
- Strong knowledge of APAC talent markets, particularly in Singapore, Southeast Asia, Australia, Japan, or India — with a network in the GTM/SaaS space.
- Experience recruiting for a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology company, with an understanding of how GTM teams are structured and what drives success in those roles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — able to build strong relationships with regional leaders, global TA partners, and candidates across multiple time zones.
- Proficiency in sourcing across APAC-relevant channels and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, NodeFlair, Seek, JobStreet) alongside global tools.
- Data-literate and organized — able to manage your pipeline using an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Ashby), track key metrics, and provide clear reporting to business partners.
- Based in Singapore with full authorization to work in Singapore; flexibility to collaborate with global and regional teams across time zones.

The Opportunity
Each Corporate Account Executive has a territory of around 100 accounts, containing existing Postman users on all levels of Postman. The goal is to build strategies to manage target accounts while working with Sales Development representatives, with the intention of understanding how they are using Postman, and introduce them to all the capabilities of our Enterprise Suite. This is a unique opportunity to join the rapidly growing sales team at Postman and we are looking for passionate, energetic people to further scale our fast-growing business. The ideal candidate has personally driven significant sales growth at Technical SaaS companies.
What You'll Do
- Take ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Build a strategic plan for your territory
- Create and manage sales sourced outbound opportunities

About the Role
We're building out the Customer Success Engineering team at Postman, and we need business-minded engineers who can solve real problems at scale. You will partner closely with Customer Success Managers and own the “How” of technical solutioning. This is a consultative role that requires both depth and versatility. This is no support role; you'll be the technical architect of Customer Success, turning complex and nuanced challenges into repeatable solutions that benefit our entire enterprise customer base.
As a CSE, you consult on the technical implementation path. When a customer needs to get from point A to point B, you figure out how to make it happen - whether that means architecting workflows within Postman, guiding integrations, or creating pragmatic workarounds when the product doesn't quite fit. A key part of this role is turning individual solutions into reusable assets that shorten time to value for future customers. We don’t believe in reinventing the wheel each time.
Success in this role requires a blend of technical expertise, systems thinking, and the ability to translate complex business objectives into actionable implementation steps.
What You’ll Do
- Value Acceleration at Scale: You'll unblock customers facing everything from basic setup issues to complex architectural challenges. However, your role isn’t just to fix individual problems – your goal is to identify patterns and build solutions that prevent those problems from happening again. When you solve for one customer, you're solving for hundreds.
- Technical Discovery and Solutioning: Partner with CSMs to understand the business objectives, then translate those into technical reality. This means deep technical discovery, understanding their entire stack, and designing implementation paths that actually work in production. No theoretical solutions – everything needs to be battle-tested and deployable.
- Collateral and Enablement: Build reusable assets such as technical guides, templates, scripts, or reference implementations that scale best practices across customers.
- Product Feedback Loop: Capture customer challenges, propose interim solutions, and document gaps to inform product roadmap discussions.
- Adaptive Problem Solving: When out of the box functionality is insufficient, design pragmatic solutions (workarounds, custom scripts, integrations, etc.) to help unblock and activate customers.
About You
You need 6-8+ years in a technical customer-facing role and a portfolio of “built things”.
Customer Success Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Technical Account Manager… the title doesn't matter as much as the hands-on technical work that solves real problems for customers.
You should have:
- Strong foundation in Computer Science or Engineering (degree or equivalent real-world experience)
- Experience with JavaScript and related technologies such as Node.js or TypeScript, or equivalent experience with other modern scripting languages
- Deep understanding of APIs, developer workflows, and modern DevOps practices
- Proven ability to scope ambiguous problems and deliver working solutions quickly
- Experience building technical collateral that scales - scripts, templates, automation tools
- Comfort engaging both individual developers and enterprise architects
You should be comfortable in Postman and familiar with the broader developer toolchain – GitHub, AWS, Azure, and other pipelines. Most importantly, you need to understand how enterprises actually build and ship software, not just how they say they do in planning meetings.

About the Team
The Channel Sales team at Postman is responsible for scaling our enterprise business through strategic partners, including systems integrators, resellers, and technology alliances. What You’ll Do
- Own and develop a defined territory by recruiting, enrolling, and activating strategic partners (SIs, resellers, and technology partners) to drive Postman Enterprise sales revenue
- Build and scale a partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline by enabling partners to identify, qualify, and progress opportunities within accounts with large Postman user bases
- Drive partner-led opportunities through the full lifecycle, from joint prospecting and deal qualification to close, in close alignment with direct sales teams

- Strong understanding of partner-led sales motions, including co-selling, joint account planning, and opportunity orchestration with direct sales teams
- Experience supporting complex enterprise deals by enabling and influencing partners rather than owning the direct customer close
- Familiarity with developer platforms, APIs, or highly technical products strongly preferred
- Ability to build trusted relationships with partner sellers, practice leaders, and executives, as well as internal sales and SE teams
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority

The Opportunity
The Account Development Representative will have the responsibility of uncovering business needs for Strategic & Enterprise Accounts to build a pipeline for the sales organization.
